Rather than thinking in terms of "Financial Support" for your down-line.
I would suggest you consider, "Value Support".
By that I mean: What Value can you offer your team that is beneficial to their performance & results?
For instance,
if you offer them free TClicks: the value in that Support is
* additional opportunities for them to win an auction.
* additional MRP that they can use to purchase products.
* additional "chances" in pick the price contest.
* ability to market the splash page that gives a free TCredit to new TripleClick members
if you offer them a Gift Certificate: the value in that Support is
* spending power to do all the same as giving TClicks
* additional spending power to purchase products
* the ability to purchase a minimal standing order
if you offer to transfer affiliates to their down-line: the value in that Support is
* ability to step into the role of a Leader
* ability to put what they learn into practice & duplicate your efforts
* ability to make commissions thru their affiliates & get AE's, etc.
if you offer to put them in your own co-op: the value in that Support is
* ability to gain new recruits
* possibly teach them how to place ads
* exchange ideas on ad copy or placements of ads
The List Goes on & on, and I am sure you are creative enough & have picked up several Tips that you might have Under-Valued. Yet, when we are New, we are just that - NEW. Unless someone gives us their Valuable Tips - all we can think about is "If only I had enough Money to Buy my way in..."
I don't think that it's practical to think money without knowledge is the Cure All in this business model.
There is no responsibility on your part or any other Sponsor at SFI to financially support our team.
Our obligation & motive is to Support our Teams in a much more Valuable way - giving freely of the Benefit of Our Knowledge.
Then we know we have done what we can - for our Team - and for ourselves.
Your question suggests that you are referring to a "hard-working" psa/csa. That's the biggest hurdle I have with my down-line...Getting Them To Work Hard!!! :)
You already have the Best Quality of an affiliate there is - HARD WORKING - it's key!
So, Invest whatever & however it works for YOUR Budget, but moreover Sale the Value of your position with your Team. Share the Value of the Tasks their performing. Share the Value of the Ground Work they are laying. Share the Value of the FREE TOOLS in place SFI.
Soon you will see your Team realizing their Own Value! And everyone's business will grow at a more rapid pace.
