What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

I have looked at some answers and while we are right to stick with the guidelines laid down by SFI in sending one mail per week, I feel it is not cast in stone and may not apply to some affiliates. As some affiliates might be shy, reserved or they may not even know what to do, then this rule should not apply to them.
On the other hand, people are irritated or offended by unwanted/unsolicited mails, they find it a bother to clean up since it might take up valuable time.
So how do we get a balance and do what is right by our team members.
I believe it all boils down to knowing individual affiliates and to do this means you need to check their VP ledger, to see how they are doing and where you might be needed to point them in the right direction.
As per sending the mails, yes! send the necessary mail per week to get your 30 VP and then because you know your team mates, you can individually send mails them. To make it easier for you, you can group them into categories of where they need help or guidance.
Write your encouragement/advice on word, and paste it to them on their individual mails. This can even be personalised by changing the name on the mail to the name of the person you are sending it to and this gives them a sense of "this mail was for me" not a general run of the mill mail and this could encourage the affiliates to finally open up and communicate with you.
Thanks.
I hope this was helpful.

How can you offer financial support to a hard-working PSA/CSA who is truly financially challenged?

To this question I have seen many answers and some I must confess baffled me. I mean how do you build a team without training the members to work together by doing what SFI has taught us is the road to success? I mean if you truly like a person and you wish them to succeed in life, you teach them how to fish, don’t give them a fish which will last only for a while.
The best way to help your PSA/CSA is to teach them to do what you are doing which is working hard Duplicating yourself.
Please don’t get me wrong I am not saying don’t help them but you should not baby them by always giving them financial help because you will spread yourself thin and then both you and your down-line will lose out.
The most crucial time to render help is the second or third month, help them to reach EA but teach them to use your gift whatever it is judiciously. As it most likely will be TCredits, they can use it in such a way as to make a turn over with it. Just think if it is a traditional business and you keep giving somebody money to invest and they are not making a turn over won’t you bail and cut your looses?
Same way here, to truly help them, teach them how to make the money they need themselves through TripleClicks sales, Duplication, SFIPPA, Daily Grand, T-Time and even the auctions; I mean the list is long enough that they should be able to find at least two things to do in SFI that will generate income for them. So people! Please stop encouraging over dependence on sponsors; after-all they also started that way and if they didn’t work hard they won’t get to where they are.
So strengthen your teams by educating them and helping them to be like you, lead by example@ show them what to do and when they do it and make it through their own effort, they will appreciate it better.
I wish you all good success.

How does one support all your downline affiliates if you have barely enough to support your own self?

There are many ways to support your affiliates and not necessarily financially. As a metter of fact the financial support should only happen if you can afford it and it should be a onces off not a regular thing.
The best support you can give your downline is to lead by example, teach them what to do and do it by showing them. When they learn well and do what you have taught them, you will find out that you have all worked together to build up your team and the gains will come in financial terms which will enable you to reward them for a job well done and also enable them too to do better in the future.
Wave3 is a very helpful means that you should advice them to buy and I am guessing nobody will say they don't have $2.00, which is all you need. Wave3 cost only $1.98 and it's a onces off but the gains is for as long as SFI provides it. Then the key most important aspect of SFI is to tell others about it so you can duplicate yourself; the more hard working people on your team the more money you all make.
Look for everyday items people use in TripleClicks store, make a listing of them and advertise them.
Make Cheap hand written posters, paste them in your local area and give them to individuals, because the real money is in sales and the more sales you generate the more commissions you earn. Get your team members to do the same and to also buy the products they usually buy in shops in SFI because you earn VP for it which all translate to shares in the TripleClicks Executive pool at the end of the month (more money).
So for the sponsor, I advice you to build your own solid foundation first because if you don't it will come back and bite you in the butt later. When you are solid then you are equiped to help others build their own firm foundations. SFI Launch-Pad and Basic are your most treasured allies in the building blocks industry of SFI business.
I wish everyone a successful career in SFI.

What was the best advice you ever got from your upline and how has it helped you?
Affiliate since: 01/01/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
The best advice I got from my upline was to make sure I check in everyday and to do my daily To-Do List so as to earn the VP for the day, making sure I always visit the TripleClick store and to treat it as my own shop because any item I buy in the store earns me points and I should also introduce TripleClicks to people as this could mean extra income for me and even create a residual income from repeat buyers who use my gateway, but best of all I was not to think that SFI was a get rich quick internet business or scam, it is a proven business that if nurtured would set me up for life by making me my own boss and creating long lasting income for me including a pension.

What is the best way to get your PSAs to submit a sponsor rating and comment on how you're doing?
Affiliate since: 01/01/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
As a Sponsor you are meant to mentor the Affiliates in your team; part of doing that is when you check them out on their TConnect page and check their VP ledger when you do your daily work. In doing this you see where they are lagging behind or have not done their work for the day and you encourage them through personal mails apart from the regular weekly general mail to do what they need to do.
You mail them individually, talk to them on Skype to encourage, guide or remind them of actions left undone; this is what my sponsor does. In doing all this when it comes time for them to rate their sponsor, they will do it gladly and you don't have to remind or tell them about it because having done your own part, they will do their own too naturally.
It is the law of sowing and reaping, you get back what you invest in.
I hope this answer helps.
To everyone's success.

What is the best method to attract and convince people to join SFI?

I do not suppose that there is any method one can categorise as the best, since people are different.
I believe that there might be divers ways of attracting different people to join SFI.
!. For the sceptics, I believe the best method would be through your own testimonial; showing them what SFI has done for you and you as an affiliate as gained from joining SFI.
2. For friends and family who already trust you, seeing your earnings might do it for some while others just by telling them or showing them through a tutorial would convince them.
3. For strangers, using your gateways, gift cards and persistence might ultimately make them curious enough to check it out like it happened with me, once in them may also key into the benefit and stay hooked for the long term.
Best of all I think you need a positive attitude that gives off the right vibes which will attract people to want to know what gives you so much (vavavoom) and ultimately make them want to hook their wagon to yours to also enjoy the ride like you are doing being part of SFI.
And never ever tell a fib, answer questions about SFI honestly and what you don't know tell people you will get back to them; then ask other affiliates or your up-line who knows or read up on it in the Launch-Pad and always do a follow-up on people get back to them as promised with the right answer.

How do you explain to prospects what SFI is about in a simple way?

You can explain SFI in this simple way.
SFI means Strong Futre Internation. A business you can work on at your own convinient time from the comfort of your home.
*It's free to join and has all the training you need to succeed; this is also free to you as an Affiliate.
* You can earn money from commissions that you get paid when any of the following happens:-
You buy goods from the Trippleclicks store.
You sell good on the TripleClicks Store.
You introduce other people to the business.
Other people you've introduced buys or sells anything on the TripleClicks store.
You can also earn money by selling your old stuff that are useable (like a garage sale).
You get paid for Introducing business owners who in turn advertise and sells their goods on the TripleClick store.
And best of all you don't have to pay for a shop to display your goods or pay for advertising said goods on the TripleClicks site.
You get to build your business using free resources from SFI and best of all every avenue you earn from is for life as long as the people continue to buy or sell on the TripleClicks store.
To cap it all you have constant support form veterans who know more than you do about the business and from fellow Affiliates as well as from Gery the CEO of the company himself.
I hope this was simple enough.
All the best.

Which is best for me to participate in...W3 or S-Builder Co-op?
Oyefunke Oyewole, Aff (Ireland)

Affiliate since: 01/01/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
My advice to you is to participate in both.
Why?
Number one, Wave3 is like a super bonanza, you only pay once and it's so cheap, just $1.98 and it's like you are set for life or for as long as you want to be. Every month you get free Member Reward Points, Free TCredits and the chance to buy some selected goods on TripleClicks cheaper than people who are not W3 members and the chance to win other fabulous gifts.
Now tell me, is this a bonanza or not.
As for the S-Builder, if like me, you find it difficult to talk to people and get sign ups, the S-Builder will do all that for you. Though it's not a given that people who sign up will stay or even be active, the risk is not more than, (if not less)if you signed the people on yourself. You get people who signed on assigned to you every month and unless you are jinxed some of these people will stay and you will earn money through them.
And less I forget, the cost of the S-Builder is just about $0.72 cents per day.
That is why I said initially that both of them are good to run your business with as part of the first building blocks of your business. And did I mention the free ad you also get for your business by sticking the decal to your car and giving out the cards with your gateway details on it.
So you see my friend your best bet is to go for gold by investing a little in the two of them.
I wish you all the best.

What's more important--the initial contact with a prospect or the follow-up, and why?
Oyefunke Oyewole, Aff (Ireland)

Affiliate since: 01/01/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Well I would say both contact are of equal importance depending on the individual at the receiving end.
Why?
The initial contact is crucial because first impressions matter a lot.
If you are talking to a sceptic, you need to have your facts at your finger tips and know what you are talking about; you need to be able to prove with evidence if asked to by the new contact.
Then if it is someone who is carefree and takes things at face value, then the initial contact is wasted if you cannot do a persistent follow-up.
Some people need that extra push and a lot of talk to convince them you are serious and mean business.
So in both cases the ball is in your court as the initiator, to be able to determine what category the person you are talking to falls into.
Having done this, it will help you plan the right strategy to use in making them understand and see the reality of becoming a successful Affiliate themselves.
I will conclude by saying both the initial contact and the follow-ups are important; if you make the so.
Because the work doesn't even end there; if they sign up you still need more follow-ups to build them into your team and encourage them to also build their own team.
I hope my answer will help a little, and I wish you every success.

How would you convince an affiliate giving up on SFI to continue in the business?
Oyefunke Oyewole, Aff (Ireland)

Affiliate since: 01/01/2013, Power Rank: 99999999
Convincing someone whose mind is already made up is not an easy task, but that also depends on your own power of persuasion and your ability to open the person’s eyes to untapped potentials in the business.
First of all you need to help the person remember their reason for joining SFI in the first place, and you believe that their dream is achievable.
Direct them to people who have been able to achieve this kind of goals and even beyond; if you are on your way to achieving yours tell them how you did it.
Then ask them why they want to quit, and why they don’t believe in themselves.
Offer to them a helping hand, by letting them know you’re there for them if they need help.
Encourage them through gift cards; challenge them as a member of your team by providing team contest, with promising rewards that will help grow your team’s income.
Take them through all SFI compensation plans, and advice them on how registering as ECA can help boost their business and get new affiliates.
How?
Once registered they can approach local shops around them with the offer to help sell their products for free by listing them on-line in their TripleClicks store.
Finally just let them know you are there for them as a team.
