I would not offer financial support before I know for sure the person is indeed hard-working; to me that would be earning 10 point a day, every day for at least a month.

Once I see this happening I will first transfer 3-4 PSA's to this person so he/she can collect 120 VP per month using the PSA/CSA Mailer.

Next step would be transfer of TCredits for him/her to use in PB auctions, purchase product, etc.

Then I'll send a gift certificate as a reward for achieving a goal, whether qualifying as EA or sponsoring, etc.

Bottom line, I would not offer financial support w/o setting some goals; if you help and don't ask for anything in return you'll end up spoiling the affiliate and when you stop the financial support nothing gets done anymore.

You can offer financial support to a hard working PSA/CSA by giving them a small gift certificate as a token for their dedication and persistence in qualfiying as an EA if they are financially strapped for cash starting out.You can usually tell if they continue to communicate to you that they are broke and have no funds.You can help them if you are able,but remember that they have to learn to fend for themselves.... so don't try to continue to carry them on your back.

I would suggest that you do it sometime in their 2nd or 3rd month, especially if they have logged in and are still active.Making EA is always easy the first time out,and you want to monitor their Versapoint activity carefully going into month 2.This is the crucial point where we lose most of our affiliates,especially when they see their first check and become disappointed and disillusioned.They are at the beginning stages and have to realize that this is not a quick rich quick business and they are building a growing residual income.

You want them to go to the TripleClicks store and began to purchase products or services.They can start small by buying some TCredits and bid with them.This will get them Versapoints for their purchase and also 1 pt per bid at the auction.In addition, they will gain 5 Member points and can use them to buy credits free when their Member points grow to 126.I teach them how to rollover these points everytime to score more Versapoints and by doing this,it is their survival guide to maintain their EA2 status every month. Once the light bell turns on, they will see how easy this works and when they teach all of their downline to follow the same process, their Total Group Versapoint Activity will continue to escalate along with their residual check each month.

The key is to simply buy products and services from the store You want to wet their appetite and get them in the habit of having fun and shopping.They can easily get started with as little as 1.99 for 1 Tcredit and score 102 Versapoints in the process.

The one type of question that keeps coming up relates to money or the lack of it. Here are a few of my own suggestions that may help you.

1. Go to the Income Tab on your SFI Affiliate Page and click on Pay Per Action. Read and get to know this well because it’s a way you can earn an extra income even without money or a downline. Copy and promote both links which has your member number one for SFI Affiliate Signups and one for TC Member Signups. Each time you generate a qualified SFIPPA signup or a TC Member signup, you'll earn a bounty plus VPs. The only drawback is that all affiliate sign-ups you generate via the PPA program will be dispersed among SFI Affiliates These sign-ups will not be recorded as your PSAs or be placed into your downline but you get the money which is what you need for now right?. When you earn enough monthly income invest some of it in an S Builder Standing Order. (You won’t regret this). S Builder has been very successful for me. I get a constant stream of PSAs every month. So while you’re producing a monthly income in PPA, you’re S Builder will be sponsoring for you.

2. Another great way to make money with SFI is to sponsor ECAs or E-commerce Affiliates because you get a percentage on all their TripleClick sales. All it takes is to sponsor a few of them to put you into some serious commissions.

3. Another way to earn commissions is to sell TripleClicks products. For example while I do my daily activities, I go to the TripleClicks tab and scan for items (1 VP) to see what I can sell. I normally post them on my website to promote. However you don’t have to have a website to sell a product. Simply find an item you like and want to sell. Click on the SFI Affiliates tab. There you will find 2 sometimes 3 links with your member number. Copy all those links and promote them with your other SFI links. After a couple of weeks if a product doesn’t sell, find another to replace it and start promoting that link.

Well those are few of my suggestions and I sincerely hope they help you. With some effort these can be very successful ways to make money with SFI with 0 investments.

To this question I have seen many answers and some I must confess baffled me. I mean how do you build a team without training the members to work together by doing what SFI has taught us is the road to success? I mean if you truly like a person and you wish them to succeed in life, you teach them how to fish, don’t give them a fish which will last only for a while.
The best way to help your PSA/CSA is to teach them to do what you are doing which is working hard Duplicating yourself.

Please don’t get me wrong I am not saying don’t help them but you should not baby them by always giving them financial help because you will spread yourself thin and then both you and your down-line will lose out.
The most crucial time to render help is the second or third month, help them to reach EA but teach them to use your gift whatever it is judiciously. As it most likely will be TCredits, they can use it in such a way as to make a turn over with it. Just think if it is a traditional business and you keep giving somebody money to invest and they are not making a turn over won’t you bail and cut your looses?

Same way here, to truly help them, teach them how to make the money they need themselves through TripleClicks sales, Duplication, SFIPPA, Daily Grand, T-Time and even the auctions; I mean the list is long enough that they should be able to find at least two things to do in SFI that will generate income for them. So people! Please stop encouraging over dependence on sponsors; after-all they also started that way and if they didn’t work hard they won’t get to where they are.

So strengthen your teams by educating them and helping them to be like you, lead by example@ show them what to do and when they do it and make it through their own effort, they will appreciate it better.

Firstly, you need to ascertain whether the PSA/CSA is committed by logging in every day and earning 11VP.
Communicate with the PSA/CSA and find out whether they have any T credits and/or MRP’s.
The aim is to show the affiliate how he/she can maintain EA rank with minimal costs.

Send him/her a gift certificate of at least $10.
They should then purchase 5 x 1Tcredits which should give them 510VP.
Also you could transfer Tcredits to the PSA/CSA and tell them to bid in a DP auction.
They will receive 10MRP instead of 5MRP.
With these MRP’s, they could then purchase extra Tcredits which will give them extra 102VP each.

By helping them retain EA in this way, they should be able to continue to do this on their own.
Some PSA’s/CSA’s just need a bit of encouragement to stay committed.
I would certainly not advise any sponsor to offer financial assistance on a continuous basis.
This would only make him/her lazy and would eventually give up once no assistance is offered.

Keep encouraging and communicating with him/her.

Also, point out that once you are EA for the second month you will get referrals from your upline which will help you duplicate your business.

I actually suggests following to all my PSA/ CSAs especially who are financially challenged:

1) Do the daily , weekly and monthly actions regularly not only to earn VP but to become updated and chance for next date’s daily grand which may earn for him/ her a better opportunity. It may earn MRP which may be used to purchase TC thereby increasing purchase VP or TC may be utilised to PTP to earn VP / win .

2) Secondly, play the T-time game daily once, if not more. So that, you can gain TC here.

3) Becoming Fast Track member is one advantage, you can get 200 VP more. So you can save few VPs from the VP Ledger for the next month to maintain your EA status to become EA2.

4) When you have some TC (won or purchased against MRP), go for PTP.
I think if anybody, can follow these religiously, it will not be hurdle for him to become EA2 without investing any money.

Rather than thinking in terms of "Financial Support" for your down-line.
I would suggest you consider, "Value Support".

By that I mean: What Value can you offer your team that is beneficial to their performance & results?

For instance,

if you offer them free TClicks: the value in that Support is
* additional opportunities for them to win an auction.
* additional MRP that they can use to purchase products.
* additional "chances" in pick the price contest.
* ability to market the splash page that gives a free TCredit to new TripleClick members

if you offer them a Gift Certificate: the value in that Support is
* spending power to do all the same as giving TClicks
* additional spending power to purchase products
* the ability to purchase a minimal standing order

if you offer to transfer affiliates to their down-line: the value in that Support is
* ability to step into the role of a Leader
* ability to put what they learn into practice & duplicate your efforts
* ability to make commissions thru their affiliates & get AE's, etc.

if you offer to put them in your own co-op: the value in that Support is
* ability to gain new recruits
* possibly teach them how to place ads
* exchange ideas on ad copy or placements of ads

The List Goes on & on, and I am sure you are creative enough & have picked up several Tips that you might have Under-Valued. Yet, when we are New, we are just that - NEW. Unless someone gives us their Valuable Tips - all we can think about is "If only I had enough Money to Buy my way in..."

I don't think that it's practical to think money without knowledge is the Cure All in this business model.

There is no responsibility on your part or any other Sponsor at SFI to financially support our team.

Our obligation & motive is to Support our Teams in a much more Valuable way - giving freely of the Benefit of Our Knowledge.
Then we know we have done what we can - for our Team - and for ourselves.

Your question suggests that you are referring to a "hard-working" psa/csa. That's the biggest hurdle I have with my down-line...Getting Them To Work Hard!!! :)

You already have the Best Quality of an affiliate there is - HARD WORKING - it's key!

So, Invest whatever & however it works for YOUR Budget, but moreover Sale the Value of your position with your Team. Share the Value of the Tasks their performing. Share the Value of the Ground Work they are laying. Share the Value of the FREE TOOLS in place SFI.

Soon you will see your Team realizing their Own Value! And everyone's business will grow at a more rapid pace.

I truly appreciate your genuine sensitivity to your Team members frustrations. This ALSO Shows how Valuable you ARE Already!!

Its quite important help your down line who are financially challenged. Never forget your progress depends upon the progress of your downline. If the get dis-heartened just after joining. They are sure to get turned into just tire kickers. They will stop even signing in & die a slow & natural collapse.

So, its our duty to welcome them & assure all the support & guidance in the welcome message itself. Be constantly in touch with them, keep asking them if the have any doubts. Do they need any help?

Tell the to Get started, Read Launch Pad and answer the question so that the understand SFI thoroughly. Although they will only understand it full after 12 months. But they can reach to EA free after first month.

Here comes your role. By this time you should go through their profile & know about their goals & ambitions and also their financial position. Now you can decide on measures required to be taken to help your doenline (CSA/PSA).

Personally I start by awarding them with TCredits (10
to each member per month in installments of 5 TCs)

2. Then I issue them Gift Certificates

3. Promote their links on my Traffic Exchanges & Safelists

4. Tell them to follow me & my way of helping themselves & their dowlines.

I think it depends on a couple of factors e.g How financially stable you are yourself and if you could afford to do it lest you end up stretching yourself thin. SFI is meant to improve our lives not to render us worse off so i would say :
1. the best way you could support your hard working PSA & CSA would probably be transferring some TCredits to them to enable them to participate in auctions and earn VPs in the process whilst at th same time they stand the chance of bidding for the resources that they need to support their business such as the S-builder units, PSAs, CSAs; gift cards and so on.

2. Secondly, You could set up an S-builder co-op unit without expecting your PSA/CSA to contribute financially to advertising then allocate the sign-ups from that to your down-line as they are financially challenged to contribute towards its expenses; this will be the greatest financial support which i believe your down-line will very much appreciate.
