If you want to get your affiliates excited about sfi then you need to be upbeat and excited yourself
1. Greet them warmly and sincerely. Make sure they know that you are truly there to assist them in reaching their goals. Don't drown them with tons of information right off the bat.
2. Follow up with letting them know about versa points and their value. That they determine your rank and are part of how much money you earn.
3. Convey to them the importance of doing the daily to-do list.
4. Let them know if they do the to-do list and accrue 500 vp that they will then be awarded with 200 vp for free.
5. Have them study the start page and then study the basics page. Make sure that they study each lesson in Launchpad and finish the quiz at the end of each lesson to receive 15 vp per lesson. After they do these things then have them start working on each of the dropdown training modules at the top of the page on the gray bar.
6. Make sure that they know that they are able to come to you with any questions or other issues they might have.
7. Start training them on duplicating your actions or someone that is successful with sfi.
8. Make sure you are always upbeat and excited about your business. Remind them that this is their business and if they want to succeed, sfi has all of the training they need if they will only follow it.
9. Then once or twice a week send them little training bits of info.
10. Make sure that you are always available to assist them and to help them grow their business.

Greet them, just as a an introduction, but don't stop there.
I have found out that the best way after the initial contact is not to wait for your affiliate to correspond with you and ask you questions. Like me, many new affiliates hesitate to contact a total stranger, especially when we are worried that your questions may seem silly.
I found out that the best way is to stay in regular contact with my affiliates, congratulate them for every milestone they have achieved, no matter how small, post about those milestones on stream. Furthermore, I use that opportunity to check on their profile what they still need to do and include that as an encouragement in my congratulations letter. I saves them from having to ask me those questions until they feel more confident.

The best way to greet new affiliates would highly depends on the timing.

Your new affiliates can be all those less than 30 days with SFI. We need to decide what kind of information to convey to them. We cannot overload them with too much information on day 1 by explaining a lot of things until they get lost and just quit. Unless if they email us and request for further clarifications.

Please refer to the following on what I meant by timing:

1. Newly signup - Day 1

New affiliates are similar to new employees joining a company for work. Normally, there will be orientation session on the first few days. The first day, HR department would introduce member of the management, briefly explain the company profile and job scope. The employees will then be given some materials related to their job to read on their own for further understanding.

We apply the same to new affiliates, welcome them to SFI. Introduce yourself as his/her sponsor and explain briefly about SFI. You could emphasize for them to earn at least 500 points in their first 24 hours with SFI. This will give them 200 points bonus points plus a "fast track" badge. Points and badges are very important in their progress at SFI. this only come during their first 24 hours. Then point out about SFI basics and Launchpad for them to go thru.

2. If they earn the fast track

You congratulate them personally, offer recognition by mentioning their name in your leadership page blog, stream or forum. The best if you can provide small kind of incentive; Tcredit or affiliate reassignment. So, they can see that hardwork will be rewarded.

3. If they don't earn fast track, but progressingly accumulating Versa points

Sent them e-mail saying that you have been monitoring their progress and impress with their commitment with SFI. If they almost reach the 1500 VP, mention to them that they have done great job and motivate them to go for another few points.

4. If they reach EA rank

Congratulate them on reaching EA status. Provide them an incentive of 15-20 affiliates reassignment if they set up a Standing Order of 1500 VPs or more. They might or might not go for the challenge but this is how to get them excited and active.

In whatever situation, communication is very very important at various stages.

it always give positive energy when you are greeted by somebody.
So it is very much necessary to greet and encourage the new affiliates by educating about SFI and share the knowledge what you gained from your up line.

We can call them personally and tell about the SFI today about price benders, hourly draw winning, giving them information about what you archived etc will motovate them to continue in this business.

Example, if I won an auction for USD$10 where as the MRP USD$450, it an exciting thing to the new affiliate to motivate and make them too enter into auctions...

So it is very important to share successful moments with the downline ......

The best way, that I have experienced, to greet new affiliates, is by using honesty.

I find that I have a more responsive and excited affiliate when they understand that this is a business and not a get rich quick scheme. Explain that businesses require an investment of time and money. Don't ask for money or tell them they have to buy something, just make them aware of the basics of owning a business.

Encourage the affiliate to sign in each day, and if possible, try to sign in at the same time and chat.

If you are able, give a gift of TCredits. Explain that you are giving them 30 or 50 TCredits now, to use and understand how Triple Clicks works.

Celebrate their accomplishments.

Initiating communication is the best way to greet new affiliates.

1. Catch them on Chat, if possible, break the ice, and introduce yourself.

If they show a measurable response, then, I would activate a reward system to add to the benefits of being an SFI member. For example, assigning TCredits, Gift Certificates or PSA re-assignments for different levels of achievement.

I always greet my new PSAs or CSAs with a personal welcome email. I give them all of my contact information, including Skype since some of them may be international. I give them the basic overview of what to do to get started and to contact me with any questions or if they need assistance. I think knowing that someone is personally there to help them makes them feel better about SFI and they will start to work the system. I also encourage the 500 VPs within 24-hours to get the extra 200 VPs that are gone once they are gone.

Adam, I have started using a layered approach.

Day one I introduce myself by sending the default letter from SFI welcoming them.

On day three I send the following;
Follow these steps.
1. Sign in to your homepage.
2. Go to the bottom right of the page and select your language if it is present. The page will appear in the chosen language.

Next
1. At the top right is a box called, SFI Basics, read this. It will help you understand how to multiply your business.
2. Next to this is a green box called, Launchpad, this is all your training information to get you started in the business. One lesson per day with a question to complete underneath. This is important training information and earns you points as well.

Daily
1. On your front page is a series of boxes, Alerts, To-do, Tips, Stream etc. Select each one and read through the page. Then click the message at the bottom highlighted in blue. This gives you one credit, now do the same along the line.
2. Now go back to the TODO tab and read through it carefully. There are a lot of tasks here that will earn you points on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Follow the instructions on each one.
3. On the same page there is a list of links to articles of interest. Read each one then click the star on the page for more points.

Follow these steps every day and you will soon grasp the concepts in the business and be ready to move onto the next stage of building your business.

This is not a get rich quick business. You will have to work the business program, however, in my own experience you get back what you put in. Let me know when you are ready to move forward and I will send you a group of links that I use each month.

0n day five.
I send out a group of 5 links and an explanation of why I think they are important and how they have helped me build my business. Hopefully all this is building on their knowledge base as they begin the process of working through Launchpad and building their dream business.

As I talk to some of my CSA's and PSA's I am finding out that they are just excited and delighted that some one has taken the time to talk to them and make them feel welcome.

It doesn't matter if you have all the answers for them. It is the Idea that a person had taken the time to try to help them. Talk to them and was interested in the troubles they were having. We all want to feel that someone cares about the time they are putting in.

Our CSA's that are working hard for us, so we need to work just as hard to help them. I am finding out that alot of CSA's are not being taught the business. Most are just struggling and figuring things out themselves and I have found that some can be a little bitter, but for the most part I have found affiliates just glad that someone contacted them not just one but more and asked how they we doing and could they be helped with anything.

So my answer is just try to treat everyone the way you, yourself would want to be treated. Because I was and have been one of those CSA's and I have some very good downline. But have never heard from my Sponsor and my Co-Sponsor just puts information out there to get VP's not useful information.
