You should in the beginning let your affiliates know who you are and that you want to assist them in any way possible.
After you have established that, you then need to teach them the pure basics in running their SFI business. Walk them through the importance of vp, what vp does for their business and how vp is used in determining your rank and how you are paid. Then teach them that logging in daily and doing their to-do list not only gives them easy VersaPoints but at the same time it gives them the knowledge to grow their business.
You need to slowly introduce them to the mountains of training provided free by SFI. I say to take them to it slowly so as not to overwhelm them. Each week the newsletter should steadily take them deeper into the training.
As they progress be sure and teach them to do the same with their teams. Slowly and surely so as not to frighten them.
Let them know the true grandness of this opportunity. Let them know that there will be times when they get discouraged but if they stay focused and work hard with an uplifted attitude the discouragement will pass.
Be sure and teach them that they need to fully support their team members, because the only way to make this business work is by being a team and really desiring for the success of their team.

Thankfully you can be successful in SFI no matter where you live. SFI

has made it so that no matter where you live, if you are willing to

work and follow the tremendous amount of training SFI gives us for

free, then you can be successful.
First you need to realize that this is not a get rich quick scheme.

This is a bone fide business. As in any business weather it is online

or in a standing building it is not going to be booming overnite. It

will take lots of work and planning. With this said then we can get to

the steps it takes to build your business in to a profitable

interprize!
You need to understand that your rank and your earnings are based on

versa points (vp). As you study all of the training you will see that

you can earn vp in many ways, including your daily to-do list.Things

you purchase from YOUR store (TripleClicks). Remember that a lot of

products that you by at different stores, you can now buy from your own

store and it increases your vp while still buying what you buy anyway.
Then there is the pricebender auction where you can win many different

items for a fraction of their original cost (they are always new items,

not used). You bid in the auction with TCredits that you purchase from

Triple Clicks increasing your vp also.
Then there is Wave3 that you should join, you get different free stuff

each month.
Ok lets get started!
1. Start by reading and learning the training in the following 3 pages.

Start by going to your start page first and learn what it says, then go

to the basics page and study it. You will receive a lesson a day from

launchpad (Great Training!) do each lesson, before you go to the second

lesson make sure you understand the first lesson and then learn each

lesson before going to the next one!
2. Log into your account every day and do the to-do list and read each

one, you will then begin to get a better grasp on operating your SFI

business.At the bottom of each task there is a button that states you

have read the material, click it and you will receive your vp. Do this

for each tab and pay attention to the content of each!
3. Advertizing any business is always a necesity. Sfi has provided an

abundance of gateways for you to advertize. Go to

https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/GatewayList and you will see your

gateways with your id number already there. Then go to

https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/RefTextAds and you will see several pre

written ads if you want to use them instead of writing your own. More

help go to https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/MarketingTools. We have the

option of doing paid ids (if your budget allows it) or you can do a

google search for free sites to advertize on and advertize for free. It

is important to post as many ads as you can as often as you can.
4. As you sponsor people it is of the utmost extreme importance that

you work with your team in any capacity that you can. As you learn

teach your team and make sure that they know that you are there to

assist them!
5. Participate in the forum and get a2a friends that you can learn from

and they can learn from you as you grow!
6. When you log in you will see this grayish black bar with different

headings like Home, hot spots, income marketing and 7 more. The home

tab will always bring you back to where you first log in. Each of the

other tabs have drop down lists with tons of training go through them

all but do it at a slow pace so as not to get overwhelmed by the amount

of training.
7. Set your goals, know where you want to be in six months and start

working towards them, make sure they are written down so you can refer

to them and keep track of how you are doing. As you reach each goal set

a new one a little bit higher until you reach your ultimate goal and

then keep working to keep it!
As you go through each of these remember that you will have some

hurdles that you will need to overcome. If you can't jump over them

then figure out a way to go around them! Never get discouraged and

always stay positive and upbeat and remember that your upline and most

any person in SFI will be willing to assist you!

If you want to get your affiliates excited about sfi then you need to be upbeat and excited yourself
1. Greet them warmly and sincerely. Make sure they know that you are truly there to assist them in reaching their goals. Don't drown them with tons of information right off the bat.
2. Follow up with letting them know about versa points and their value. That they determine your rank and are part of how much money you earn.
3. Convey to them the importance of doing the daily to-do list.
4. Let them know if they do the to-do list and accrue 500 vp that they will then be awarded with 200 vp for free.
5. Have them study the start page and then study the basics page. Make sure that they study each lesson in Launchpad and finish the quiz at the end of each lesson to receive 15 vp per lesson. After they do these things then have them start working on each of the dropdown training modules at the top of the page on the gray bar.
6. Make sure that they know that they are able to come to you with any questions or other issues they might have.
7. Start training them on duplicating your actions or someone that is successful with sfi.
8. Make sure you are always upbeat and excited about your business. Remind them that this is their business and if they want to succeed, sfi has all of the training they need if they will only follow it.
9. Then once or twice a week send them little training bits of info.
10. Make sure that you are always available to assist them and to help them grow their business.

I have found out that most of the inactive csa's are inactive because of one of the following reasons
1. Their sponsor is inactive
2. they don't understand the workings of SFI
3. They speak a different language so they have a hard time getting a grasp of what all of the training shows them. Explain that when they log in on their home page if they will go to the bottom of the page and look on the right side of the page they will see

Click on the drop down arrow and select your language then your page will always be in your own language and you will better understand what you are reading.
Go to your genealogy page and check to see what the last log in dates of the Csa's
are starting with the latest log in. Then write up an informative letter and save it so you can copy and paste it in an email and then send it to their personal email and personalize it by at the beginning put their name. Then go down the list and send each one a (Personal) email then go to the next log in date and do the same. Most of the inactive Csa's don't check their sfi mailbox and also instead of them getting an email for a group of people they will see that you have taken the time to email them personally instead of just putting them in a big group. This will show them that you are truly interested in them and you are willing to take the time to work with them! It won't get them all active but you will definarely get some responses!

I know where you are coming from. When I joined I was flat broke. I read the training and then kept rereading it until I started to understand. I then made sure I followed these steps.
Before you get started you should think about where you are at in life now and where you want to be in ther future and set goals. What I did is I set my goals to a point that I knew it would take work and patience but that I would be able to obtain them. As I drew closer to my goals then I would raise them a little bit higher, (Iam still doing this).
1. I joined wave3 for a one time payment of $1.95 and put the decal on my car.
2. If you haven't been in for 24 hours yet do all of the items that give you vp to get 500 vp before 24 hours and you also get 200 free vp and some extra benefits at the same time.
3. Make sure you log in to your account every day and do your to-do list each item completed gives you vp and read more of the training.
4.A2A and connect with people that are already becoming successful and pick their brains for all of the info you can get. People in this company are always eager to assist others.
5.
Posting ads in the classifieds are a great help.
I am not to sure about how original and creative, but listed below are the top ten websites that allow you to post your ads free of charge:

10. Remember that this is not a get rich quick scheme this is a true business. As in any business weather it is on the internet or if it is in a building like a grocery store, it doesn't start off with a bang. It takes lots of time and very hard work and careful planning. Be patient it will begin growing. It doesn't matter if it takes some time to build because you aren't spending any money, just your time and energy. As your business begins to grow and you start receiving some compensation then it is wise to start investing some of it back into your business!
11. Never be afraid to ask questions. Go to your up line and ask for their advice if they don't assist you go to their up line and to your A2A friends and ask them.
12. Go to the forum and you will see just about every question asked and answered.
13. Again always be positive and upbeat and whatever happens NEVER GIVE UP!

Goals--- Most people don't realize it but just about everyone has goals. If you have any desire to better yourself or your lifestyle, then you have goals! The Main problem is that most people don't do anything about it. The first step is to stop and think of what your desires are. Then write them down. After doing that think of ways to obtain them. Look at them every day and keep reminding yourself of what you want. Then begin to work towards reaching those goals. All you need to do is realize what they are and then make up your mind that you are going to reach them. Just remember that you won't reach them in one day but that it takes lots of commitment, patience and work. Don't forget that you need to start planning on how you can reach those goals and get BUSY Then check at least once a week to see how far you have progressed!
If you never give up and keep working you will succeed. Don't count your failures as mountains in your path, but consider them part of your training as what not to do.
