I have found that using the TripleClicks Gift cards are beneficial. Everyone likes to get a free gift. I also hand out a card with my information on it.

Joining Wave3 is a great way to advertise your TripleClicks business. Everyone can see the decal on your car and if interested they can ask. When ask I hand out an SFI card, Wave3 card, ect.

Posting flyers is very informative and gets the word out.

I try to communicated with my Movers as much as possible.

I am always excited to see the yellow bubble.

That means they are online. I always try to talk to anyone of my team that is on line.

I have found that a lot of people are not receiving the help they need from their sponsor or have never heard from their sponsor. I personally am one of those people, so I try to communicate with anyone on my team that wants to talk or answer their questions, if possible.

I have even directed some of my PSA's and CSA's to my a2a friends for assistance. When I am unable to help them.

I personally do have a great down line that does send out good information and have even asked if I could use their information for my team. They have been very positive and have encouraged me to use their information to help my Team.

I go to my Team and try to find someone every day to reach out to and see if I can help them or encourage them.

I also request all of my team members to Please rate me at the first of the month. I welcome all responses. Good or Bad, Positive or negative. I did receive a negative response once and it made me step back and review what I must have been doing wrong and corrected my mistake. The negative review was really good for me because it motivated me to do better.

I also reached out to communicate with that person and try to understand what they were needing from me.

I believe that some people are afraid to reach out because they my not get positive engagement from your affiliates. Not everyone likes to converse with strangers, but I for one love to talk to people.

I hope I didn't get to off track in answering this question. I do that sometimes.

I think that you need to start communicating with your a2a friends by getting to know them first. Then when you feel that you all have a connection you can then ask them questions.

I personally have never hear from my Sponsor after many attempts.

I turned to my a2a friends. If it were not for my a2a friends I would not have been able to succeed in SFI. My friends helped me, guided me, support me in my achievements and encourage me everyday.

I would have been lost with out the awesome friends I have met through the a2a.

Like I said at the beginning You have to become friends before you can expect support and assistance.

You must also in return do the same for them as they do for you. Duplication

Sometimes I don't get a response from someone that I have tried to communicate with, but I didn't give up and they did respond to me. It was kind of negative at first, but I thought maybe that person was having a bad day. So I tried again and received a positive response and communication with them has been good ever since.

Just remember we all speak different languages and some people may not understand our friendly forwardness here in the United States.

I personally have friends from many different countries and I enjoy getting to talk to them.

I believe a2a is a great way for the whole world to communicate with each other in a positive and supportive way.

I believe letting your affiliates know they are not alone and that there is an abundance of information on SFI Basics, Launch pad and the To-Do-List. Asking questions of your upline and Ask SC is very informative. Utilizing all the Tutorials. Getting people to have a Standing Order if it is in their budget and Triple Click gift cards are a great way to get the word out to potential affiliates. Also READ, READ, READ. But most of all let them know that you are their for them.

I most definately belief that you should communicate with your Sponsor and Co Sponsor. I personally tell all of my affiliates to please get in touch with me through a2a, email and chat.

I also personally ask all of my affiliates to rate me every month if they are able to. I also ask that every affiliate to leave me a comment when rating me so that I know if I am doing a good job or not. I try to tell everyone that a good comment is greatly appreciated, but if you feel that I don't deserve a good comment then I appreciate constructive suggestions.

Communication is what makes the world go around. So please all new and old affiliates talk to your Sponsor and Co-Sponsor. I have tried repeatedly to contact my Sponsor, but have never hear from them. I have made contact with my Co-Sponsor and have tried to give constructive suggestions.

If it were not for my upline and my a2a friends I would have been sunk.

Initial Contact:

I believe that the initial contact is really important because it lets the new affiliate know that they are not alone and if they have any problems or questions someone is there to help them. Because we all know how overwhelming the program can be at first. I personally didn't have that at first and had to read and struggle on my own. When my upline did finally contact me it did help. I felt like some one did care about my progress.

Follow up:

I believe is also greatly important to follow up on a weekly bases because it reminds you that you are not alone. There are many great people out there who are willing to help you to better yourself in the business. By helping and following up with your PSA's and CSA's it helps everyone else. This program is not a stand alone and fend for yourself program. Everyone wins when each affiliate wins.

Teaching your downline to follow the steps and the basics is very important to their growth and yours.

As I talk to some of my CSA's and PSA's I am finding out that they are just excited and delighted that some one has taken the time to talk to them and make them feel welcome.

It doesn't matter if you have all the answers for them. It is the Idea that a person had taken the time to try to help them. Talk to them and was interested in the troubles they were having. We all want to feel that someone cares about the time they are putting in.

Our CSA's that are working hard for us, so we need to work just as hard to help them. I am finding out that alot of CSA's are not being taught the business. Most are just struggling and figuring things out themselves and I have found that some can be a little bitter, but for the most part I have found affiliates just glad that someone contacted them not just one but more and asked how they we doing and could they be helped with anything.

So my answer is just try to treat everyone the way you, yourself would want to be treated. Because I was and have been one of those CSA's and I have some very good downline. But have never heard from my Sponsor and my Co-Sponsor just puts information out there to get VP's not useful information.

Most of the time I generally spend about 2-4 hours and sometimes more it just depends on what I have to do that day. There are many days I lose all track of time just reading and talking to my affiliates.
