What is the best plan to give your new PSAs to help them get started...from day one through their third month in SFI?

My suggestion would be to let them know you are there for them all the time. Stay in regular contact, at least every second day and make it personal. You need to build up trust and confidence in you so that they will ask you questions. Give them your best tips for the first months and encourage them when they follow through. Then, give them the best way to get through the second month, and so on.

Because SFI does not require a big investment to begin with, nor to stay involved, it has given me the chance to get my pride and self-esteem back. I am on a limited budget due to a disability, but I know that with hard work and the multiple free learning tools SFI offers I am achieving something and will one day be able to gain my independence back. What is the best way to greet new affiliates, that will get them excited and active with SFI?

Greet them, just as a an introduction, but don't stop there.
I have found out that the best way after the initial contact is not to wait for your affiliate to correspond with you and ask you questions. Like me, many new affiliates hesitate to contact a total stranger, especially when we are worried that your questions may seem silly.

How do you convince someone that they can earn a substantial income with SFI?

Nothing is as convincing as hard proof. If you are getting a steady income from SFI, print out a record of your income starting from the beginning and add a short personal testimony. This way people can see how your income grew to where it is at right now. If you grab people's interest you can then explain how you got there and what you are planning to do to get even further ahead. But keep it personal or you will end up looking like a lot of those advertisements with big promises and the fine print

I think it is the same with every business or line of work. It is not a matter of how long the business or a certain profession has been around, but a question of demand and supply. For example, doctors have been around for thousands of years, but they never run out of work. You are a young entrepreneur, there are millions of people your age around ready to discover SFI and TripleClicks. When faced with negativity in promoting SFI, how do you respond and what path do you take moving forward?

I would not worry about it. They will have their reasons to disagree and the right to do so. Everyone is different. I would answer with something like "I am sorry it did not work out for you. But I love it. You can always come back to it if you change your mind." And then drop the subject and chose someone else to move forward with.
