How would you convince an affiliate giving up on SFI to continue in the business?

I find one of the best tools for helping an affiliate remain in SFI is to tap into their original desires and allow them to talk about their hopes.

I have to say that the thing that has made the greatest difference in my on-going success with SFI, has to be the few dedicated men and women on my team who make the daily effort to log on.

These folk, often in countries much harder to live in than my own, inspire me with their dedication and perseverance. Not only do they contend with social and political issues on a daily basis that would wear down anyone, but for many, English is a second language.

Great question. As a new affiliate one year ago I knew nothing of internet marketing or business and I needed a lot of help. As a sponsor now, one year later I cherish contact with my team.

Thee is no set limit on when or how often to contact your sponsor or co-sponsor. If you need help do not hesitate to contact them as it creates an opportunity every time for us to talk with you and to maybe improve our own knowledge in SFI.

I give most of my cards to my PSA and CSA affiliates either who have achieved a significant milestone in their business or who may be going through a rough patch. I tend to send them out 5 at a time so that it can make a real difference.

I also use them to encourage folk in my A2A who are struggling to meet a quota or simply struggling with life. After all SFI is better off when we think not just of ourselves but also of our business partners in other parts of the world.

Adam, I have started using a layered approach.

Day one I introduce myself by sending the default letter from SFI welcoming them.

On day three I send the following;
Follow these steps.
1. Sign in to your homepage.
2. Go to the bottom right of the page and select your language if it is present. The page will appear in the chosen language.

I do not believe there is one clear answer that will suit everyone here.

When buying in Affiliates through a co-op or other means you may access a larger proportion of people that will choose to sign up and do nothing. As your only connection with them is an email, there is no guarantee that they read, answer or acknowledge you at all. But then that is human nature. The beauty of this style though is that you are able to reach a wider audience and you will secure a few that are serious

The best advice I got from my up line was a few simple words, "don't push it, when the time is right it will flow."

He was right of course. As I tried to move things forward at my pace, I became bogged down with questions and requests for help that I did not know how to deal with.

So I stopped pushing and relaxed the need to get rich by the next week. Sure enough, my understanding increased and my empathy for my business, my team, and myself began to rise.

I think day 11 is when it started to make sense for me. I could see that real people were making real money over time. I still had my doubts but I was at least sure that it was not a fly by night scheme. All the lessons were valuable but this one was very human.

I have found that four simple rules are helpful, the last being very important.

1: Look back on previous auctions. Watch for patterns within the time zones.
2: Decide what it is that you want to buy, don't bid just for the sake of it.
3: Set a budget, make sure you have the T credits to go all the way and don't auto bid.
4: Remember the prices rises by 1 cent, but your T credits cost you a lot more each.

I believe that many people search the internet for that one elusive program that will bring them instant happiness, just as the e-mails promise them.

Unfortunately, many are searching at a time when their finances, self-confidence and motivations are at their lowest ebbs. Hence, they jump in to anything that may hold a promise of relief.
These poor souls seldom go any further than signing up. As the emails come rolling in and they realise that there is no quick fix, they fall away
