We have a saying that “honesty is the best policy”

Since you are both new in SFI and at the stage of learning and knowing everything about the business, better to tell to your PSAs that you can help and advice them for any queries that they have as long as you can.

You can also refer them to ASK SC for any answers for their questions. Tell them that there are lots of knowledge and information that they can find in this section. They can search by category for easy to find

SFI has many resources for you to support your PSA's.

1. Your sponsor - connect with him or her, ask questions, and if they are successful, do what they do.
2. Your upline - if your sponsor is not available, start moving up your upline. You will find someone there who will be more than happy to help you.
3. AskSC - right here are some great questions, like yours, and great answers, like mine!
4. Forums - Search the forums for answers. Browse the forums just to learn.

Chances are we have all be in this position as a new member of the SFI family and for me it was an anxious feeling when new members of my team asked questions. I did not feel knowledgeable enough to answer their questions and yet if I did not answer I could lose a potentially good affiliate which would prove detrimental to both of us...so what was I to do in a case?

I did what a good sponsor should do; I went digging for the answers, I read tons upon tons of helpful information supplied

I am in this boat right now as well. At first, I got a few CSAs and thought "how am I supposed to help them when we signed up the same day? We are learning the same things."

What I did was I got ahead. I got the Fast Track Badge, and even achieved EA status the first day. I read and I re-read. I took as much time as I could in the first day and the first week to learn all that I could.

This allowed me to answer any questions my CSAs might have had and give advice as

Well in my opinion let’s not reinvent the wheel but instead to make use of all the available resources available at the SFI website to tap on it to leverage and propel your PSA to success and start out on a right note.
Some of the stuff will be :
1)have them watch the SFI getting started Video
2)go and read up the to do list especially on the tips and do the daily launch pad for 30 days (encourage them to print out for future reference)
3) tap on ASK SC and go thru the various

Everybody did receive a warm greeting from their sponsor, saying that business with SFI is simple just focus on the Basics and LaunchPad.

To be a good sponsor we need to learn how to duplicate our upline and we were asked to submit a welcome greeting to our incoming sponsor affiliates. Since we are new, I followed and copied the package welcome greeting.

As I go along with my business in SFI, I realized that I made a mistake copying the welcome greeting and kept on revising

Hi Stephen.... my answer to your question is simple...
The best advise I can give to my new PSA's are as follows:

First, they should not forget to read all the information that SFI is giving them. It would help them get to know what the business is all about and what they can do to advance if they choose to do that in the upcoming months.

Second, They have to focus on their Homepage as they are fairly new to SFI. The Homepage helps you be a little more organized as to

Advising new PSAs is a wonderful thing for any new affiliate to do. This acts as a test of how much he/she has learnt so far from the trainings he/she has taken.

Try to advise them on taking up the simple things that could not lower their esteem.

For example:
Encourage them to always work on their daily, weekly and monthly tasks. As they do this simple tasks they will gain lots of knowledge that they need to move up.

When they are done with the above it’s

Thanks! a lot dear stephan for asking such a great question and my answer is written below:-

If he/she ask question from you:-
1)Then you read about this in SFI.
2)Contact from Support.
3)Write on forum.

First they say because the SFI have everything at our disposal, and that is a great. Here you find answers to almost any question you may have a new affiliate.
SFI Basics tells him to read every day, every week and when he is an SFI affiliate than once

I have seen it happen several times where a new Affiliate is excited enough about the business that everyone he knows jumps right in. And once, the new Affiliate forgot to add his own ID# to his gateway and the new PSA signed up without that ID# and was assigned to someone else. Inexperience has it's blessings and it's cursings.

So what happens when these new PSAs begin to ask questions? One of two things happens: the new Affiliate either knows the answer or he doesn't know the answer.
