I truly like this question. The reason why, is that ever since I have read the question on my profile when I was filling it out at the time, It asked if we will be having family members? will your target be friends? colleagues? friends of friends? your co-workers or office mates? or even your neighbor?

Well, I've been doing that ever since. Of course, I started inviting family first ones I know what I needed to do for SFI. Then I started to create meetings with friends and friends of friends invites from all over so that they too can listen in to my presentation and join, if my presentation is good enough then I get a YES! answer. Then I recently targeted my neighborhood. Which is the best! Why? Because my neighbors are not hard to talk to. Since I already know them and we all see each other in the same building everyday, I set up a meeting every week and also for them to have a referral to our weekly meeting. It has been working out for the past 2 weeks. I hope that it will continue for a very long time. We all use the same Internet Connection but everyone has it's own electronic device to check on their business with SFI. I don't think that is a problem at all. Sometimes we all go through it at the same time together so that we are all learning at the same time and doing our To-Do-List at the same time. That also gives more chances for more communications with everyone and they also feel much better when you do things with them.

So, try to do some of the things that I've been doing. You never know, it might work for you to attract more PSA's or CSA's on your downline. Plus should you decide that you want to be on top of your team, it would be easy for you since you all have a schedule to meet up, see each other or talk to each other once a week.

Hope this guides you there just a little bit. I know that it takes work but if you start recruiting from family and friends first, its the best move you have made; Then it will just follow through after that because of what you teach them to do with their own business. Also, always remind them that they need to check into their business everyday and do their To-Do-List. It's a must!

Hi to all,

I hope that I can answer this question properly....

The way I set up my co-op to my downline is by giving them some kind of incentive to get pumped up to wanting to look forward their rewards after.

It takes a a lot of team efforts, team building and most importantly, you have to continue to check and communicate with your downline in order for you to succeed.

I know that some are real busy and may have no time spare to participate in your incentive but if you are creative with their awards, in the end they will stick around more and appreciate what you do for the team.

I hope this helps everyone out. just an idea that I thought will be much helpful to every team with SFI.

Thank you for this question.... Here is what I know of what successful Leaders in SFI do...

The number 1 thing that I know of is to always check your homepage when you log in to your SFI.

all successful leaders read through everything that they need to know.
1. Whether it's the SFI News, to messages from other SFI affiliates in your team, The Forum, and also updating your leadership page. These are the most important things that you need to do.

2. You must check your Tripleclicks store... Check out all the brand new and old products and services of other ECA's in your area is very helpful. Maybe you might find things that really interest you. Then of course, don't forget to participate in Pricebenders Auction which at times could be really fun but you have to be really careful not to go over your budget for the day. As other don't know the boundaries of bidding.

3. Don't forget to working on placing ads online so that you can attract more affiliates in your team. Once you have done that, make sure that you lead them to their very own success as this will be your token to success as well.

Well, these are the things that are very crucial... so please make sure that you follow the SFI Rules and go back through your SFI Basics and you'll find out exactly what you are missing and what you need to do.

How do you get your affiliates engaged and conversing regularly with you?

First thing I know that I need to do for my affiliates is to continue to communicate with them. No matter what happens, whether if they respond to you or not, you still have to keep sending them message through emails here or your personal emails.

You can not give up on them just because they did not respond to you 2 or 3 emails that you have sent. You have got to communicate no matter what and you'll see the rewards of communication later down the line.

I know that sometimes you will feel discourage to send messages when they don't communicate back, but don't let that hold you from trying your best to lead your team.

It is still your responsibility to lead them into their success so that you may also grasp the success that they build behind you.

Remember never to give up on anything, just keep on going and keep moving forward. That will make you the best Sponsor or Co-sponsor for them. Besides, it only takes a few minutes to ask someone, how's your day going? or do you need any assistance with SFI?

I hope this gives you a little bit of understanding why it is so important to communicate. I know, I communicate to all my downline at least 3x a week.

Hello there,

To answer this question or make a suggestion to this question about how you can attract others to sign up for WAVE3 Membership, in my opinion putting the stickers out in your car is one of the best way to do it. By doing so, you are attracting everyone who see's it when you come around. Not only that you are showing others how easy it is to join but to also attract others to start being an Affiliate for SFI and soon open their own business here.

If you continue to do that, You will have a bigger percentage of attracting people in your area.

Another way also is to introduce WAVE3 on your website if you have any. You can continue to have flash going around your website that will attract someone's eye about it.

You can also introduce WAVE3 to your circle of friends, neighborhood, family, etc. Just make sure that you explain to all the benefits of becoming a member on WAVE3 so that they know what they're getting into.

Remember, others are skeptical at times when it comes to joining some kind of program that they're not familiar with. They only trust your word! So please make sure that you explain everything into detail so others will know exactly what they're getting into.

This is the question that I had in mind. To answer your question, I want to let everyone know first and foremost that nothing comes fast and easy. You have to continue to focus and work hard everyday for you to see the reward in the end.

With that being said; As a SFI Leader, I always make sure that my teams knows what I have been doing in order to grow our business. I also make sure that they totally understand the process of growing your business with SFI.

Nothing will compare you to be the best leader in your Team if you continue to communicate. Communication is the Key to all Success. I know that everyone is doing that and some don't really pay-attention or reply but for those who do, then your Leadership is important to them so you have to continue to show your team that you are not only doing your best but you are working extra hard and out of the ordinary to succeed.

Remember, As a Leader; if you become Successful at what you do for your business, Everyone else around you will look up to you and would want to strive the same way you did so they too can become Successful.

I hope everyone understands that it takes a lot of energy, hard work, huge efforts & doing things out of your way so that you can become on top of the Leader Board.
Just remember, Nothing happens overnight, you have to continue to work hard at it.

This is a wonderful question.... For my experience, having the business only for a few months here in SFI, I noticed that a lot of PSA's and CSA's are not active or they do sign up but never kept up with what they're supposed to do for their business here in SFI. I am assuming for a lot of reasons, maybe they're looking for something that can make them money right away or even thinking that SFI is a get rich quick scheme program that they can join.

Well, I don't think some of the new affiliates realize that in order for you to become successful in anything that you desire to do, You must follow the rules and create a working environment for yourself. Whether it's the hours or even just putting enough effort so that you can grow your business.

So far in my eyes, the signs are:

1. If an affiliate communicates with you right away after you have sent them your welcome message in your team.

2. If an affiliate is logging on to SFI business everyday to simply educate themselves about the business.

3. If an affiliate has gain confidence and trust in SFI that they are willing to invest in time and money into the business.

These are the 3 actions that I have seen in my months that I have been with SFI.

I think that most of us from the start can relate to some of the affiliates thinking that this business is difficult or complicated, while in fact, it's not!

It's not easy to challenge yourself with a new venture but if you continue to work hard, you have perseverance, belief and motivation to think Big and Higher into your business then you know that you in the end you will Succeed...

For now, this is my small advise from my experience but I'm sure other's have more experience than me but I hope that my simple advise will help you answer your question.

The best advise I can give to my new PSA's are as follows:

First, they should not forget to read all the information that SFI is giving them. It would help them get to know what the business is all about and what they can do to advance if they choose to do that in the upcoming months.

Second, They have to focus on their Homepage as they are fairly new to SFI. The Homepage helps you be a little more organized as to what task you need to do next.

Third, Don't ever forget to follow SFI Rules... Enable for you to be successful in your business here, you must follow the instruction and rules that they give you.

I know that sometimes things can be overwhelming but if you allow yourself to be a little more organized with your time and the task that you need to do for your business, you will surely achieve every goal you have on the list.

Hello there..

I want would like to answer this question, "How many hours a week do I need to devote to SFI to become successful"?

My answer to this is that there's no limit of time if you really want to grow your business in SFI and become Successful at it.

To be successful in this business, you have to have dedication to your time, value your knowledge and continue learning from what SFI is teaching you.

You have to remember that there's a lot of things that you need to learn before you get to the success level that you expect your business to be in.

If you continue to follow the Rules of Success and you put all your hard-work and dedication to it, then you know that you deserve the success that you will receive in the end.

Plus, who wouldn't want to feel the rewards of all the hard-work that you do. SFI clearly gives you that opportunity to enjoy the rewards that they give you every time you move forward and reach your Goals.

In my opinion, if you have a lot of time to give to SFI business, then do that!!!! Nobody stops you to become successful but only yourself. You have all the control on where you want to go, how your gonna get there, and how you will finally achieve your Goals.

I love this question just because I try to apply positive energy and positive thinking everyday into my life.

If a negativity comes along, I do my best to turn things around. Meditation usually helps me bring back the good energy.

In regards to thinking positive for SFI, I always think the big picture of it. Without applying these positive thoughts, you will end up giving up on your business with SFI.

Yes! There's a lot of challenges along the way but you will overcome them in the end. So don't ever give up! you have the control of what you want to happen in your future. If you don't take any actions nothing will happen to you. Remember that everything is not given to you by God, He simply leads you there and it's totally up to you how to take care or it and how you can move forward into success.
