A new affiliate most of the time would not like to hear of investing. He/ she might get it wrongly and think it is all about money. All in all I think investing in SFI does not really mean bringing in any cash.

The most important investment is always your time. Try to program yourself search that you get into SFI daily and perform the daily tasks. It will take some few seconds so make sure it does not affect your life/job. You could spare your break time for this.

The second option goes to those who are able to spare some few coins and place an order. Most of the orders in TripleClicks are of great benefit to the affiliates. I recommend purchasing Tcredits. By doing this, VersaPoints and MRPs are earned. Either of the two could be used in purchasing other items at TrippleClicks.

The Tcredits you purchase, gives you the power to participate in the PriceBenders auctions. Here you would be able to purchase items at a throw away price. You will definitely save a lot of money when you win. Since this is a competition, doing it after you are done with your training and other daily activities refreshes your brain. Believe me it is so interesting.

The SO (Standing Order)is another option that suits new affiliates. By placing an SO, you are assured of getting a standard amount of VersaPoints every month. An order with 1500VP, assures you of maintaining your rank which you cannot afford to loose by just lacking some VPs. This suits new affiliates because most of them find it difficult signing in and performing daily tasks. The SO covers up and really stands up for you.

Advising new PSAs is a wonderful thing for any new affiliate to do. This acts as a test of how much he/she has learnt so far from the trainings he/she has taken.

Try to advise them on taking up the simple things that could not lower their esteem.

For example:
Encourage them to always work on their daily, weekly and monthly tasks. As they do this simple tasks they will gain lots of knowledge that they need to move up.

When they are done with the above it’s important to let them know that it is always easy to get more VPs if they have some cash to invest. Most PSAs ask for other places where they could get more VPs after doing away with the daily to do list. Insist that investing in cash is optional so as to maintain them.

Remember new affiliates are looking for money making activities and are not ready to give in any cash.

For simply buying some items on TripleClicks, they are assured of attaining VPs. Most purchases that could earn them 1200 VPs or more could move them into the next rank.

I always recommend they order Tcredits. Especially the TCredit Pak (100 TCredits), (125 Tcredits) and (200 TCredits) to earn 1200, 1500 and 1,661 VPs respectively

With the above T-Credits they could participate in auctions too!!

Good affiliates could be known by their performances.

Firstly, those that make sure they perform their daily duties. Just like a good student they create a timetable that will help in assuring that some few hours per day are dedicated to the business. When you notice their daily actions, then it shows they are good.

Secondly, those that always perform the daily, weekly and monthly actions not forgetting visiting the business store (TripleClicks) are also fine.

Thirdly, we have affiliates that check on the stream posts and either comment on them or post their own streams. By doing this, they prove that they are learning something and also showing confidence in expressing what they learn.

Good affiliates will always communicate with the upline. If you come across any asking questions, then that is the one to work with.

Last but not the least, good affiliates will make sure that they keep their rank. Especially the EA status. In case an affiliate goes as far as purchasing items on TripleClicks just to get the VPs that will make him/her remain in the current rank, then that is an affiliate that is going to be perfect.

New Affiliates really need preparation. Most of them are still new and not yet used to internet marketing. In their first month, affiliates read a lot of documents. Most of them benefit from the content by gaining important skills that trigger them into their new business. Others get excited by the VPs and end up collecting all the VPs but end up forgetting what they learn. The first important thing is to remind them the importance of maintaining their EA rank in the second month. To achieve this with just action points could not be that easy since many of them would have exhausted all their action points in the affiliate rank. Advise them to get involved in TripleClicks where they are entitled to collect VPs from their sales and purchases too. From the purchases they make (especially for tcredits) they would be able to participate in other exciting features in our business. Some of them are, the pricebenders auction and the pick the price contest. They could also win important tools that are important in any affiliate programme. Good examples are the S-Builder Co-op Units and the Int'l Assoc. of Home Business Entrepreneurs subscriptions. Remember many second month affiliates have no cash budgets to bring into their new business and they really need some of these offers.

A superstar could be defined as one of the best affiliates in SFI. I believe any affiliate with the PTL (platinum team leader)rank is automatically a superstar.

To get to that PTL rank I think you just need to follow the SFI rules of success. This will jump start you from your current position to the topmost position and thus being referred to as superstar.

TC Members with a 1,500 VP Standing Order have an advantage of becoming superstars. This is so because they do not concentrate on collecting the monthly VPs. They spend most of their time sponsoring and mentoring their PSAs and CSAs and thus stabilizing their versapoints matching.

The best goal that could move your into stardom is if you also try to outdo fellow affiliates in your class, country and then overall rank.

It is challenging but also interesting!!!

Setting goals is the only option in any business expecting to grow. In a business where there are lots of expectations, the sky is the limit. When you set a goal you become active and thus making sure you do something everyday to get you closer to your goal. If you have none, then working hard becomes an option and success also moves away from you.

Success is a target that could be seen at some distance. To get to it you have to take one step at a time. This steps are set as the goals and by beating each goal you get closer to the SUCCESS.

It is also so encouraging when you reach your goals. It makes you set higher goals every time and thus achieving your success in a shorter period than you expected.

By setting your own goals, you succeed without knowing it and it becomes like a game. By the time you come to notice you are swimming in a pool of SUCCESS!!
