You have to always treat everyone the same and no matter how you want to place them in your team, you still have to mentor them and teach them all the strategies that SFI taught you to be in the level that you are in now.
Whether you think that they have the time to dedicate themselves in their busines here in SFI or Not, You know exactly how to treat them and how you can lead them to their very own success.
