Sponsoring Affiliates is the most way of becoming successful in SFI.

Why?

The key to creating a major income in SFI is by learning to lead and grow a team of active SFI affiliates. As a Team Leader you will turn on one of the most lucrative components of the SFI compensation plan – Matching VersaPoints. You will receive matching VersaPoints on all EA2 in your downline within 12 levels as a Platinum Team Leader including your CSAs.

Let say you have 5 EA2 with 1500 VP = 7500 in your first generation and assuming that have 5 EA2 with 1500 VP = 7500 in every succeeding generation up to 12 levels.
So you have 7500 x 12 = 90000 matching VP shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool.

Whenever you will get PSAs, teach them on how to make duplication. Build a smooth relationship among them. Remember that good communication can build a good relationship. Always available 24/7 for them to help until they will completely learn all the basics, methods, tools, techniques and trainings that they need to know and apply for their success.

Referring TripleClicks Members is another way of earning in SFI. But unlike Sponsoring Affiliates, this method can be as short term source of income only.

Why?

Your PRMs can possible to stop buying products at TripleClicks due to some circumstances which also affecting your commissions earning from him. You can do PRMs just to support your business in building your team or as additional source of income. Or better encourage your PRMs to become an SFI affiliates as your PSA. From this point, you can get benefits or direct commissions for all products that he purchased plus matching VersaPoints if he becomes an EA2.

So I recommend to all affiliates that learn on how to become an awesome sponsor in order for you to become successful in SFI.

I will say both.

Sponsoring Affiliates:
When you sponsor affiliates, they become you PRMs for life, meaning anything they buy from their TripleClicks store you earn Direct Commission, you also earn Executive Overrides when you PSAs generates sales in TripleClicks(this is the best business ever!), all things been equal.
I am going to use ideal PSAs, who are serious about SFI and know they have to build their team. Your PSA builds his team, his team build their team and so forth, and of course they rise in rank, you rise in rank, then you start to earn matching VPs,(you being eligible, your Downline being eligible) down to your 12th generation as a PTL. Imagine getting matching VPs on 200 serious affiliates in your Downline, and I am just been moderate, it can be 1000.

Referring TripleClicks members
TripleClicks is the reason why we have SFI, we have to generate sales. Agreed, we as affiliates buy from our stores, but this is why SFI is in business. The more sales we generate, the more successful SFI will be, we will have more in the TripleClicks pool, and more to go around. Simply put SFI's success=Affiliates success.
You also get DC and VPs(products VPs) from whatever sale you generate.
Then you never know, your PRM may just become converted to your PSA, and may just turn out to be one of those rare gems.

So at the risk of repeating myself I will say both, you need both to be successful in SFI.

When I read this question, I recalled a quote that my grandmother would always say, "Don't put all your eggs in one basket".

In my opinion, becoming succesful in SFI requires more than one approach so sponsoring PSA's, sponsoring CSA's, referring TripleClicks members are all great approaches to become successful.

If you only focus on one stream or strategy for growth, it will be a slow process but if you are able to focus your energies to use more than one approach your growth will be faster and you will become successful with SFI.

I encourage everyone (even myself) to review the four things that are needed to be done to succeed in SFI listed under the SFI Basics tab: 1. Start earning money by accumulating VersaPoints; 2. Increase your earnings by generating sales at TripleClicks.com; 3. Maximize your income with sponsoring and duplication; & 4. Add supplemental income streams (optional)

If both are easy options for you, then you should consider doing both. In fact, even if they aren't both easy options, you should strive for both.

TripleClicks members can get you the capital that you might need right now. If you don't have the money to invest in S-Builder or keep yourself at EA status, you should consider this. Most people won't last as long as a SFI referral though.

SFI referrals take time to build their down line, as you will, so the return will be gradual. However, you don't want to wait 6 months to start seeing some returns, so don't just stick to referring people to SFI. Unless you can get a down line of people willing to invest a lot of money.

Either way, you shouldn't restrict yourself to one or the other. Many people have what they prefer, but both sides have benefits and disadvantages. If you can achieve both, go for both. If you find yourself doing better with one of the options, consider doing it more, or trying to improve the option that is lacking. Achieving both will make your SFI experience much better.

It's a nice question and in my opinion, building your team (sponsoring Affiliates) is more important than referring members to Tripleclicks. By referring members, you are concentrating only on sales but by sponsoring affiliates you are building your team as well as indirectly involved in sales as your team members will be doing the sales and purchase on your behalf.

Each one has ts own merit....As you asked which one you should follow to be more successful.....My answer is "Team Building". some of the points are here to defend my choice....

The design of SFI compensation plan is such that, you will many income streams if you do not concentrate on team building

1. TC Executive Pool: As per the compensation plan, you can gent huge amount of the executive pool bonus by building team up to 12 levels. But if you only concentrate on sales, you will miss this completely.

2. Without building team you can never be a TL. If you miss that, you can never get those valuable 2nd home CSAs when distributed. That will be another set back for you.

3. Building a good team will give you many PSAs with Wave 3 membership. This will increase your chance to win Wave 3 draw every week.

4. Also you will find it very difficult to rank among the top sponsor leadership board if you do not concentrate on Team building.

5. Team building will earn money for you when you will not be able to work as much as you are doing in SFI. This builds residual income for you not sales. So to keep your future secure and guarantee you income in your bad days, team building is highly recommended.

So concentrate on team building. sales will automatically happen.

Both will definitely make you successful, but there's one you should focus on during your first 3-6 months with SFI.

TripleClicks - I believe you should focus on this (or train your downline to focus on this) first because most people who are looking to make money online want instant gratification. I'm not suggesting that TripleClicks will provide this, but you're more likely to earn commissions faster by promoting TripleClicks when you're first starting out.

If you have any PSA's in your first few months, they are also probably new and trying to get their business off the ground. They're probably not ready to make any big financial commitments at first until they become more familiar with SFI. If your PSA's aren't buying anything, you're not making any commissions. Plain and simple.

But, with TripleClicks, all you need to do is get a couple people to make monthly purchases or find one ECA and you're off to a great start. This will put some money in your pocket and give you the confidence you need in order to effectively promote SFI to potential PSA's.

Once you have some money coming in, it's time to start building your team. You'll have some background with SFI already and will also have proof that you can make money with SFI. This will give you more confidence and it will show through when you're explaining what SFI is all about to someone.

Plus, it gives you a few months to test drive SFI BEFORE you have a team relying on you for support. We all know that the active PSA rate in SFI is low and the last thing any new affiliates need is to see their sponsor drop out after a few months.

This depends on what you consider success.

1. If success means that you EARN MONEY QUICKLY, you could use various methods on TripleClicks.

A. Pay-per-action - get paid for signups to TripleClicks and SFI.
B. Penny Auctions - sell 200 tcredit cards for the Penny Auctions
C. ECA - sell your own items


2. If success means that you BUILD A LONG TERM BUSINESS, then sponsoring SFI affiliates is the way to go.

3. The BEST OPTION would be to merge all of the various methods into one business.

A. Start by doing your daily tasks and training for SFI.
B. While training, advertize you TripleClick sites.(I advise this because I didn't do it at all during the first month- now I am playing catch-up.)
C. Start with one TripleClick site, and add more as you learn about them from SFI.
D. Then, start adding as many affiliates as possible. TripleClicks sells CSA's and PSA's but the best way would be to use the penny auctions, while you build up your downline from other sources.

Remember that with PRM's you make money when they buy something, but only from your own personally referred members. With sponsoring you can make money from up to 12 levels of your downline each time they or someone they have referred makes a purchase from TripleClicks.

I personally believe that both methods are important to see the true value from this business.

It's a little bit like the old question "Is it better to have a thousand dollars now or to receive one cent and have it double every day for the next year"

Do the math and I think you'll be suprised.

Both are as important as each other. I am not well versed in the names of the income streams but I will tell you what I've learnt about this business.

It is very important to build a team as this gives you a residual income(I know one lol). By signing up 2-5 active affiliates who maintain at least EA rank and teaching them to sign up 2-5 active affiliates who do the same, you will gain matching VP up to 12 levels. You will also gain access to the TC executive pool which will give you so many benefits including second home CSAs.

Now all this depends upon the TC executive pool which you wont have without sales. The money must come from somewhere and it comes from the sales generated by the TripleClicks store. This is why referring TripleClicks members is equally important.

Of course...if you find yourself stronger in one department then you can concentrate on that to begin with but it is advisable to become proficient in all aspects of SFI.l This not only provides you with more income streams to make your business continually successful but it also provides you with fist hand knowledge and experience which you can pass down to your team.

My answer to this is that Both Sponsoring affiliates and referring TripleClicks members because both programs can help you build a strong foundation to your team of affiliates from all over the Globe.

Not only that you will be receiving the benefits from referring your own group of people to TripleClicks and as well as you Sponsoring to build up more on your team is another way to doubling or even tripling and do more on your income for the future.

You have to always treat everyone the same and no matter how you want to place them in your team, you still have to mentor them and teach them all the strategies that SFI taught you to be in the level that you are in now.
