This is a great question.... How do I respond when someone asks me about SFI?
It's simple! I tell them a small detail about SFI.
I make sure that I am honest about the business and have the opinion of having their very own business online. Of course, no business is easy. You have to work hard at it.
I go down to details how it will be a great deal of residual income for them for their future.
I make sure that I give them a break down of positive things that SFI has to offer all the affiliates from all over the world. You don't have to give way too much information until you have completely convinced them that this business can change their outlook in life forever if they work hard at it.
Well, this is just some of the simple ways that I tell people that encounter if they ask me about the business.

This question is right to the point.
Why should they join you and your team in SFI?
I always tell them that it's a great opportunity if you are willing to start a business online. It doesn't cost you any upfront cost like other online business offers out there, although; you do have to make an investment along the way.
The investment that you put in for the future can give you great rewards as months and year passes. You have to have patience and perseverance to move forward and target your goals. Nothing but targeting the way up there!
It is also important for them to know that SFI has so much wonderful marketing materials that you can use to promote your business.
In any business that is starting, nothing comes real easy. However, if you continue to focus on your goals and what you want in life or for your business, eventually you will get there and you will receive the greatest reward there is.
I hope that I was able to give small advise on what you should be telling your new affiliates or clients. It's not gonna be easy but if you continue to think big and aim high for your dreams, you will succeed.

What is the best way to get your PSAs to submit a sponsor rating and comment on how you're doing?

This is a very interesting question, Why? Because I am not sure if everyone even participates on rating their Own Sponson/Co-Sponsor.
My answer is the best way to get your PSA's to submit a sponsor rating or comment on how you've been doing with SFI is to continue to show what kind of a Leader you are.
Remember, You earn badges every month or every time you take actions on what you do to grow your business here. If that is not enough to show what kind of a Leader you are, then maybe you have to be on top of your business. To convince them that you are serious about your business and you have to constantly check on your team. It is very crucial to all the Team Leaders that they communicate because Communication will lead you to your success of your Team. You have to think that your Team are your Business Partners, without them, your business will not be moving to a different level.
I hope that this will help other Team Leaders to think that the most important Mechanics that they can use to be successful is to keep Talking to your Teams.

Do you use any type of conference calling to help your affiliates with training or recruiting? If so, which one do you recommend and how beneficial is this type of communication?

To answer this question for all to know that the best way to use a conference calling is "Skype"... Why?
1. You can easily communicate for fee online.
2. No hastle when it comes to responding every question that they may have for you.
3. Skpe is used from all over the world!! It's the best tool of communication there is.
Nowadays, everyone would like to see you in person when they communicate and video calling is the best way to do it.
I have done it many times and there's so much more that you can do with Skype. I don't think anybody can go wrong utilizing this tool.
Being on top of your team is a must in this business just because the business keeps growing and growing and growing.... It's endless if you have a great team behind you and of course, the right communication always makes a difference.

What is the best and fastest way to be paid your commissions?

Hello, I was thinking about this question.... Good question! Now to answer your question, I think that the best and fastest way to be paid for your commission is on the is via TripleClicks Master Card that they issue to you once you have reached your commission to $10 dollars in the United States Affiliates and in International Affiliates $20 dollars. If when you do reached that amount, You will have the convenience to use all the available amount that you have earned. Of course, there will be charges on usage as far as fees and such.
If you want to change your commission payment structure, you can go to your My Account, My Reports, My Commissions.
In the Commissions Index you will see the options that you can choose to Change Commission Payment Options. All you have to do is click the word HERE.
When you click the word HERE, it will lead you Edit Commission Payment Information.
In the page, it will list all the options that you have so you can choose whatever is convenient for you or whatever will work the best. As easy as possible, the better.
When you have made the right choice for you to receive your commission, then you don't have anything to worry about every single month as it will just be recorded and added for you so that you can enjoy using your hard earned money.
I hope that this will be a simple reminder to everyone/every affiliate that you can and have the options to make things much easier for you to receive your commission so that you can be motivated to work harder and stay on top of your business here for SFI.

My answer to this is that Both Sponsoring affiliates and referring TripleClicks members because both programs can help you build a strong foundation to your team of affiliates from all over the Globe.
Not only that you will be receiving the benefits from referring your own group of people to TripleClicks and as well as you Sponsoring to build up more on your team is another way to doubling or even tripling and do more on your income for the future.
You have to always treat everyone the same and no matter how you want to place them in your team, you still have to mentor them and teach them all the strategies that SFI taught you to be in the level that you are in now.
Whether you think that they have the time to dedicate themselves in their busines here in SFI or Not, You know exactly how to treat them and how you can lead them to their very own success. What are the signs that a new affiliate is going to be a good one?

I don't really think that there's any kind of sign to tell if your new affiliate will dedicate his/her time to the business for SFI.
It takes a lot of hard work and focus on this business due to all of us affiliates are continuing to build a business with our teams from all over the world.
If you think that new affiliate is not serious, well then... it will not be worth your time to even push them to be motivated with this business.
A lot has to do with rumors and people talking about bad experiences in their past. But you have to eliminate SFI because SFI has been a legitimate business for a very long time.
It's not a Ponsi Scheme where everyone will be losing a lot of money while in fact, you will gain more money.
I hope that in the future, all affiliates will not judge a new affiliate if their a good one or not because it's not right. it's not being equally to all that would like to be serious with SFI business.

As for me, I don't really intend to reassign any of my Personal Sponsor as they are my future growth for my team.
If in the future though, I want to assign one of them, I will make sure that they will be assign to the right affiliate.
It takes a long time to know when you will be doing this with your business here for SFI but for my own opinion, I will not assign them until I am certain about my own Personal Sponsor and the activities that they do for their business.
You want to mentor them first to succeed, then if they are still in the same situation as the beginning, We have to do something in order for them to learn how to grow.

To answer your question, I think that there's a lot of different ways that you can motivate your affiliates witht the TripleClicks gift certificates.
First, You can make an announcement to your team of affiliates that you can give them an opportunity to make extra Cash if they give out certain amount of Gift Certificates.
Perhaps, extra VP for the month, like say; 50VP and those points can be also used as Cash.
Second, If they know your team affiliates work hard enough for the month, Then you can gather all of your team affiliates points and turn them into a free gift, like maybe giving them more Extra Cash or maybe a particular item that they may like, Of course you would set up your team like into 5 affiliates per team. Whoever gives out more Gift Certificates for the month Wins.
These are just a couple of examples that you can motivate every affiliate in your team. You have to give them something to look forward to. With the hard work that they put into the business, of course they deserve anything even if it's small they would feel good about themselves. Another thing to is that, You want them to feel and be appreciated so the reward in the end is an incredible giveaway for your team they would be really happy with that and expect more exciting things to be given away each month.
