The most important is to always send messages directly to the e-mail here or via instant message services, send even those who are not active, who knows maybe they will start.
When you see that one alternates or still languishing job offer support, to know that are always with him, respond to his every question, it is always better short concise answer.
If you want to motivate them the best they pass this, "Do you want to do this job?
Understand that this is literally your business,

This is a good question. The only way to motivate your team to get and stay active with SFI.

Number one is that you should make sure that you team log in everyday to get the recent news on their page.

Always do weekly action by sending group messages to your PSAs, Geneology and CSAs that gives you 30 points.

Also i will advice my team to always do their monthly action by rating their sponsor for 10 versa points.

i also make them to that TCredits are a

I motivate my team to get and stay active with SFI by sending them a few times a week Team e-mails with direct information, directions, steps and tips about SFI.

Also in those Team e-mails I give them some direct examples how much they can earn with Matching VP when they reach Team leaders positions, how much they can earn (and how many VP they will get)when the sell products from TripleClicks shop somebody who is not SFI affiliate or how much they can earn when their PSA-s and CSA-s buy

I believe letting your affiliates know they are not alone and that there is an abundance of information on SFI Basics, Launch pad and the To-Do-List. Asking questions of your upline and Ask SC is very informative. Utilizing all the Tutorials. Getting people to have a Standing Order if it is in their budget and Triple Click gift cards are a great way to get the word out to potential affiliates. Also READ, READ, READ. But most of all let them know that you are their for them.

First of all, I make sure that I am motivated. If I am not motivated to succeed in my SFI business by doing all of my daily tasks, how can I expect to have success. In essence, I lead by example. Becoming and maintaining an EA status is paramount!

Secondly, I encourage my team to make purchases from their own SFI business. Product knowledge is important. how can you truly recommend a product or service if you have never tried it or seen it in action. If you can purchase most of your personal

The first thing you do is to learn to claim free Versa Points by visiting your Home Page and taking actions required in your To-do-list. View the Scoreboard to be sure you have the Versa Points 11 or 12 due for the day. Part of this VP is from To-Do List which requires you to view the latest products at TripleClicks to earn 2 versa points.

Do weekly action by sending group message to your PSAs, CSAs, Genealogy that gives you 30 Versa Points. Review your TConnect Page to earn 5 Versa Points

There are a whole lot of ways, but getting it straight, your whole point is to motivate them to get and stay active, so you might consider looking at things on the long run, you can tell them to plan to work the hardest their first 6-12 months or so and you need to get them compensated one way or another. Also guide them, make this fun too, run contests, have frequent voice or video chat with them, discuss about life as a whole, don't just talk SFI alone, be FRIENDS, thats my point, get to know the

The best way is to use tools provided to us by SFI.

Team mail is the most time efficient way to communicate with hundreds or even thousands of affiliates in one message. We constantly promote TEAM CONTESTS as well as recognize people who have achieved special milestones line BTL or who have sponsored many affiliates of their own.

Stream post is another way to engage affiliates in discussion and motivate them to take some actions.

I myself like to motivate my team by rewarding them for there efforts.I like to use tcredits, and gift certificate's. I also remind them of the badges they will recieve and how proud you will be to see them daily knowing that you have achieved a goal you set.
The tcredit's and gift certificate's are like an extra paycheck to beginners, and a feeling of self fulfillment. Knowing that when you work hard and give it your all, it pays off. Some people need that extra incentive to see thier is a

To help motivate my team and keep them active, I answer their questions as fast as possible and make sure they understand that doing the to-do-list and launchpad is very important to get them the fastest start.
Many new affiliates on my team are from different countries and don't understand what is written on the website even if it is translated into their language. Many times this is because it's not interpreted well into their dialect. I've found that when I explain step by step for them,
