This is a great question, and one that I should have submitted(LOL). I tell my students all the time, "The more you know the more you grow!"

There are so many excellent books to recommend, but my #1 recommendation to all SFI members would be THINK & GROW RICH by Napoleon Hill. This book is one of the most influential books of all time! A self-help giant!
Taking over 20 years to research and write, THINK & GROW RICH guides you to financial fulfillment by conditioning your mind, body, and spirit. I have personally applied its famous principles
in my life and I continue to reap the benefits from reading them. Success is a relative term. My definition of success may not equate with your definition, so read and re-read this book and set your own goals!

First of all, I make sure that I am motivated. If I am not motivated to succeed in my SFI business by doing all of my daily tasks, how can I expect to have success. In essence, I lead by example. Becoming and maintaining an EA status is paramount!

Secondly, I encourage my team to make purchases from their own SFI business. Product knowledge is important. how can you truly recommend a product or service if you have never tried it or seen it in action. If you can purchase most of your personal items that you use everyday from yourself, just think of all the VP you will accumulate!

Last of all, I give lots of gifts, incentives and rewards to help my team members who are willing to try hard and not give up.
