The most important thing to do in this business is to work with those who really try to make an effort. Many affiliates, unfortunately, will just sit on the fence and do nothing and let their business close on its own. They just simply are dropped from the roles and the genealogy. However, they are still customers, and they can opt in again at some later time. Some affiliates realize what they left and come back to a business that is very different from what it was, even one or two years before. I say this because SFI has changed drastically from what it was when I first came into the most unusual, wonderful, different and innovative business ever seen in the global marketplace. So be encouraged, and don't let these affiliates who really want to leave or who say negative things about TripleClicks or SFI cause you to lose your focus on your goal. Many of these affiliates probably haven't even filled out the profile and written their goals. If they do not want to work at this, nothing you do will encourage them to stay; and they may just get in your way as you build your team.

This is a good question. The only way to motivate your team to get and stay active with SFI.

Number one is that you should make sure that you team log in everyday to get the recent news on their page.

Always do weekly action by sending group messages to your PSAs, Geneology and CSAs that gives you 30 points.

Also i will advice my team to always do their monthly action by rating their sponsor for 10 versa points.

i also make them to that TCredits are a great way to maintain EA status on a monthly basis and at a reasonably price too.

They should always claim their free Versa Points by visiting your Home Page and taking actions required in your To-do-list.

yes i think so too, the gift cards are really a great tools for marketing your TripleClick business.

The first people i will give the gift card to are my family members, because i know them well and can easily talk and flow with them.

then i will move over to my friends, the will make good follow ups.

Also my colleagues at my work place everyone is looking for how to make additional income.

First and foremost SFI is not a get rich quick business. So it takes time to build relationship that produces results.

secondly, you shouldn't learn everything about SFI in a few days or weeks, it takes a long process so that you can understand what is all about.

Always make sure that you remain as EA and remain an Executive Affiliates every month. In order to Advance to team Leader, you will need a team to work with.
