To start with, the advantage of being an ECA is numerous, you're having your own storefront in front of millions, on a website that's ranked 1500 world over (imagine the attention of potential customers this affords you to get to know)

You'll have total control in your hands (best way to handle competition yourself)

You're doing this also on a free webpage (TripleClicks wont ever ask you to pay hosting its free totally)

You determine how best to handle things, add a change you can observe is missing.

Best of all you can see your sales skyrocket and know how best to handle your own business growth (believe me most ecas never saw that part comming)

On helping your SFI business, I'd say you'll get to meet great marketing gurus on Sfi, who'll connect with you and drive your sales traffic way more than you imagined, you have the marketing drive of millions of affiliates who'll help you get the word out.

Most importantly your own sponsored affiliates would see your Ecas achievement and be motivated by it to want to do more.

Also you're helping grow the pool commission even on your SFI pay cheque.

honestly I was not so good with affiliate recruiting and sponsoring but voilà the eca thing was really for me.

Honestly give it a go, try having services people really need to fill and you'll see why the ECA is a big YES for your Sfi business.

Honestly, I'd give you a brief answer to this question.

For SFI not to be overwhelming i believe you first of all need to immerse yourself in the program, make sure you read and understand every bit of sfi, follow and be active at the forum, make sure the SFI basics and Lunchpad series are information you not just know, but can apply without hassle, also understand much about TripleClicks too & IAHBE, that way when your team members need any sort of help, you can also assist them with that and break it all up so as for them to also understand the program same way you do too.

With this i believe SFI wont be overwhelming for either you or members of your team.

To be honest, there is actually 'no best method' to either attract, or to convince a person.

There are only various ways to try to get peoples attention, and how you approach that varies with each individuals, if there was a best way, we would all be doing just that one way until it becomes routine, monotonous.

If you scroll to the top of this page that says marketing, you'll see that there are various ways those marketing aids there deals with, no one works superbly than the order, the question is how best can your marketing method be, are you so good on Sales, Sponsoring, Running Offers, Giving gifts, or even getting the corporate bodies to listen to you. when you can identify your own strong points only then will you be able to drive your motivation, which is what will move your potential client to act towards what you're offering.

Also to even achieve any goal on your strong points, you need to introduce your approach according to the circumstance.

so I'll advice you try various ways, both those outlined here and not.

Also use key-codes, and always view your hit-tracking to see how best each approach goes.

I have personally used Skype (both IM, voice and Video) chat with some of my team members, and I'll actually tell you its the best experience, you have all the time in the world to not just explain SFIMG to them, but guide them, walk along with them, as they ask you questions, you reply by guiding and navigating them, also following along with your own PC or logging device too. It gets to much fun when you're on a group chat(video or Audio/IM) you'll find out that the bond to make SFI real for them will be felt, they will tell you their fears and you will also interact closely and help them the best possible way.

Honestly, skype is the way to go, i also even use G-talk video too, but skype is more powerful cause it has more users.

I even learned of a way to make 100 versa point i never knew existed while on a skype chat with my team.

I'd recommend you find the time convenient for you to use it to get to know your down-lines more better, ask questions, and even suggest ways to build the whole team.

There are a whole lot of ways, but getting it straight, your whole point is to motivate them to get and stay active, so you might consider looking at things on the long run, you can tell them to plan to work the hardest their first 6-12 months or so and you need to get them compensated one way or another. Also guide them, make this fun too, run contests, have frequent voice or video chat with them, discuss about life as a whole, don't just talk SFI alone, be FRIENDS, thats my point, get to know the family, make yourself real to them, that way, whatever guidance you give will be appreciated, as much as you're also there to show a leading example.

The Fastest way to be paid your commissions would be thru PayPal (assuming your Payoneer card hasn't been shipped yet), but as for determining the best, that depends on each user, some would prefer waiting for their Payoneer card to be shipped to them and receive their cash via the closest ATM point, some prefer it to be stacked to their Paypal, and some just want it to remain on their member account. but for the fastest way, i believe paypal still has that spot, you get an instant alert. Also the Payoneer process takes some verification, but paypal is instant as much as the email id submitted is valid.

But as for your member account, lol, the cash was just sitting there already all along. :D

As an ECA, I'd offer one recommendation that works, it's simply increasing the percentage of TripleClicks commission. That way you've just increased not just the versa points attached to that purchase, but the promoters commission, PSA commission, CSA commission and the TripleClicks pool too, this way you'll get more people to buy and also promote items on your ECA store.
