hi. thanks everyone for the replies. Yes i have done most of then things mentioned . The big challenge comes after the first month when gaining vp by JUST completing the actions doesnt seem enough to get qualifying vp

Advertising free is also good & I do recommend them to my affiliates
But the net is already riddled with such ads by millions of SFI affiliates that newbies ads hardly go noticed

I am also trying to find some other ways that newbies with not much money to spend can do to have an effective sponsoring

The best way to help your affiliates when they can't afford to buy anything would be to simply change their mindset.

Of course, the first step of importance is to learn and commit to scoring as many points as you can each month, so with that out of the way, we move on to what ails most of us in SFI. That questions is," How do you really grow your monthly residual checks?", ....which entails developing sales and commissions. A lot of affiliates start out by focusing on how they can get buy without spending any money or less money as possible, but they want huge and massive results and monstrous bonus checks overnight! Most business opportunities usually require some type of initial investment to get set up. SFI does not require you to purchase anything, nor make you mandatorily spend money to make the business work for you.

Most people will spend money on products and services if they see value or a need, and will automatically do this without a second thought. The key is to channel some of your disrcetionary spending over to our Tripleclicks site, so we encourage you to keep it simple, have fun, be stress free and just shop....shop and SHOP!!! You know your financial situation better than anyone else, and if you feel that you can't afford to do that, it is ok. You can always make your wish list of the things on the Tripleclicks site that you want and will buy later once you figure it in your budget or get the extra money.


If you feel that SFI products or services are too expensive, have no value or there is no need, you will transmit that same type of attitude to your entire downline, so, please dismiss that! Your group volume sales and commissions will be sluggish and will be missing so much money that you could be earning on your monthly residual bonus check.

In my opinion, this the key to growing your income and everything else is irrelevant. Just find ways to increase your sales and commission volume in your group and have fun doing it.

Here are some ways to help. First, encourage affiliates to learn everything there is to learn by logging in and completing LaunchPad Lessons and reading all of the pages and everything else on the Ledger. Second, encourage them to log in every day and complete the To-Do List. Third, sponsor affiliates by sharing this business with others, including the use of eCards, telephone contacts, using marketing tools and gift cards. Fourth, give them TCredits and gift certificates. Fifth, be imaginative with incentives like extra TCredits, advertising co-op shares, etc. These things encourage affiliates. Also, remember to keep in touch with your affiliates via the communications tools in the Geneology and the Stream posts.

Send them gift certificates...even one for $2. Will give them 102VP or allow them to buy an e-book and then do a review (for 25VP) a week later. Seems small--but it gets them involved in the workings of the business.

Affiliates' time is the highest investment that anyone can receive from their down line and from their up-line. When everyone invests 5 - 10 minutes each day to send an e-card about Triple Clicks, SFI or an e-mail to share what is currently being sold through Triple Clicks Auction, these few minutes turn into GOLDEN opportunities for everyone. As has been recognized by leaders - Time is the most valuable item that we all have; once time is gone, we are unable to get the minutes back. So with this in mind, simply encourage affiliates everywhere to spend a minimal investment of 5 - 7 minutes...I am sure with 8 - 12 affiliates you will see these minutes turn into hours of work being being performed. I would start by emphasising the importance of Getting Started properly. As with any business there is a period for reading and learning the business procedures, so it is important to read and do the lessons on the LaunchPad and the personalised daily To-Do Lists. These activities are rewarded by VersaPoints.

To help Affiliates earn more VersaPoints, I would remind them to also do the following, if not already done-
. To confirm their registration – 150 VP
. To complete Affiliate Profile – 75 VP
. To whitelist [email protected] – 100 VP
. To register as an A2A member – 60 VP
. To send SFI Commitment Message to you as their Sponsor – 50 VP
. To read Getting Started FAQs - 50 VP
. To review the marketing methods and aids for generating TripleClicks sales.

FIRST. and contrary to conventional SFI advice: Get them to scan and click on EVERYTHING as quickly as possible. The target is that they should get the 500 point FastTrack matching bonus in the first 24 hours. Clicking on all the tasks and tabs for the rest of the month will get them at least close to EA (and maybe to Team Leader if they CAN add a standing order).

SECOND, reinforce that TripleClicks SALES are a large part of SFI. Help them choose ONE product from the TripleClicks stores and start marketing and SELLING it, perhaps in their warm market to begin with.

THIRD, get them to register for the TripleClicks debit card. The timing of this is delicate. You want them to have it in place, so if they make enough money ($20+)from 1) and 2) it will be paid on to the card. But if they are making good progress, it might be better if the 500 points for getting the card hits in the second month. If in doubt, go for it immediately.

FOURTH, get them to find TWO people THEY KNOW to enroll, and make sure they then do EXACTLY the same as they just did themselves.

FIFTH, and this is MOST IMPORTANT, <<NOW>> GET THEM TO GO BACK TO THE START, and work through the SFI system step-by-step and slowly. They will have discovered that TripleClicks is about more than where they would buy their standing order if they could afford it.

SIXTH, prepare to work with them very hard in month 2. They still will only have a little money if any, so they need help marketing TripleClicks, and recruiting. You have to help them recruit while you still need to recruit yourself. That can be very difficult.

They will have discovered a 45% commission from sales is really worth having. Having made some commission (even if they will not have been paid yet) they will be more effective recruiters. Having recruited two people (who are themselves recruiting two people...) they will have discovered the team work that is at the core of SFI. Having got the card, they might avoid some of the local difficulties of billing and payment in some countries.

I'm sort of testing this theory, but I have access to a little money so it isn't an exact test, as I have a standing order* and can buy TCredits. But I did do 1) and 3) - I got Platinum in my first month and I just activated the debit card - and now I'm working on 2) and 4)...

Tony Scott, Platinum Team Leader in first month with 8000 points, 4000 each from purchases and actions. Next month? We'll see.

*Even without the standing order I would have made EA on ACTIONS.

Encourage them to follow the basics, launchpad and get their Daily VP. Have them "Pick the Price" at Pricebenders Auctions for a chance to win. Be sure they enter the Daily Grand for a chance to win there as well. Encourage them to advertise daily. Remind them to Never Give Up!

Once your affiliates are doing all the activities on their to-do list, and are working their way through their launchpad activities, they should be encouraged to begin marketing products from tripleclicks to build up their list of personal referrals. At the same time they should be promoting the SFI program and trying to personally sponsor new affiliates for their downline.
I began by promoting these activities to my family and friends using my email address book and facebook, Twitter etc. I have recently begun advertising using free classifieds (which can be found on the internet in most countries) and by putting flyers on community noticeboards etc.
