I would explain to the affiliate that, as the LaunchPad lessons state, this is not a, "get rich quick," business. If that's what the affiliate expects, he/she is in the wrong business. Then I would explain that learning as much as possible and following all of the steps and sponsoring, referring and duplicating and teaching team members to do the same, commissions will increase gradually and steadily. It takes time to work any business. It can take two, three, five or even 10 years.

Congratulate them on their efforts so far, and remind them that SFI is without doubt the best affiliate programme available on the internet. However it is a business needing time, effort, and perseverence, not a magic wand, and if they work, so will it.

Any business will have trouble making a profit in the first year. As a business owner you would visit your shop every day and interact with customers. Running an online business is no different that an actual physical store. Stay focused, persistent and the profits will increase. Take advantage of the available tools and information.

I would tell them that starting a business takes time and determination. With hard work and over time they will see results.

Explain to them that most good things start out slowly at first. As they gain experience and their team and customer base grows, then so will their commissions. I have a phrase that I like to use all the time. "Persistance and Patience Pays!"

Not easy task! At the beginning of the second month of newbies I quietly and careful remind them the commissions would be about 10th-12th and to be ready not to get huge amounts at once - to prepare them what they'll see. It's much better than to console crying (mainly) young ladies AFTER they get what they get. It's typically people who work and get good results don't ask that question at all.

Members usually start out with high expectations, and don't always realize how much concentrated effort it really takes to be successful. They have to accept that it will take a continued effort of reading and doing, following the system as laid out, and going beyond that to find new recruits and encourage them to maintain EA status. Any business whether online, or offline will require a certain amount of your own money to get going and be productive, before it earns you a living. More time and effort

I will respond to their mail by firstly congratulate them and take them back to SFI BASICS AND let them know that SFI is not getting rich quickly business.

Also, they will need to commit more to the business in order to earn more because if there is no pain there is no gain.I will also encourage them to invite people to buy from Tripleclicks.

This is a normal thinking for an employee mind. He must think that he is now a buisness owner and every buisness owner "outside" normaly has a lot of expenses before he get revenue. In our buisness there are no expenses and he should be happy to get some commisions. I started on august 18th and my first commision were $0.87 !!!. Even a baby takes 9 monthes to be born.
