How can I best respond to an affiliate who feels they worked hard but are unhappy with their first commission?

Explain to them that most good things start out slowly at first. As they gain experience and their team and customer base grows, then so will their commissions. I have a phrase that I like to use all the time. "Persistance and Patience Pays!"
Should I reach out to the affiliates on my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. generations...or leave support to their sponsor?

I'd reach out to anyone in my downline, however deep that might be. It will let them know that I'm there to help them and that I'm easy to reach.
