Use your GENEALOGY report under the HOT SPOTS link frequently and check the MOVERS link everyday. Treat every PSA’s or CSA’s the same because they are all needed to grow your business. You may choose to recognise them via the STREAM POSTS which is done 3x a week. When sending out TEAM MAILS be sure to recognise their achievement by mentioning their names but be also sure to make the message a general progress mail to every other affiliates, so that they are also considered important even

Recognizing the achievements of the PSAs are most important for growth. The best way is to congratulate with a phone call. As the voice of a sponsor values the most for advancement in SFI and the personal growth of all the members of the team. Sending Gift Certificates and forwarding some TCredits are other ways to recognize the PSAs achievements. I personally send emails and team mails and remain in constant touch with the PSAs.

I REWARD them. When I get a new PSA the first thing I do is send them a welcome e-mail and introduce myself to them. In that welcome e-mail I also explain the many benefits and perks of being active in SFI. I also inform them of my rewards program which is to help them build their own downline. When they obtain EA status, I reward them by assigning them 5 of my own PSAs into their first level downline and inform them that for every month they continue to maintain EA status I will KEEP assigning them

Recognition of the PSAs achievement can be done by having a glance at the GENEALOGY and regularly monitoring their progress and then congratulate them for their achievements at the STREAM POSTS, TEAM MAILS and also the LEADERSHIP PAGE.

I’m sorry – I can’t recognize my six PSAs because the first day they appear here is the last day, too. And I’ve never get a single syllable in answer to my Welcome letter and (separate letter) first tasks, advices, questions. Am I the only one confronted with such a problem? In that case I’m just in a wrong place and with a wrong education. With my 70+ it would be hard to change myself but I ought to know it at least. Help!

I always send encouraging letters to my affiliates with congratulations and start them on the way to reach that next goal. Maybe re-assigning affiliates, running a Team Co op, or other reward to boost excitement in making goals.
