There are many payment options available for India and the affiliates from India can avail those options for payments and receipt of money.

As far as I am concerned, I make the payments through Credit Card and receive money through PayPal Account.

PayPal is an international account and anybody can open after verifying PAN and that too free.

All international Credit Cards are acceptable and are very good options for payment in India.

Western India Money transfer is another payment option.

This is a very good question and lot of affiliates want to know the qualities of a good new affiliate. We in our SFI daily activities found new affiliates under us and many of them become non-performing after the first month. Even some of the affiliates become inactive right from the beginning. Good and committed affiliates are curious and regularly keep touch with their team members and particularly with their upline members. They try to continue SFI business even after the first month and try to remain EA every month by acquiring 1500 VP. Good new affiliates will try to expand their business by advertising SFI and try to make more and more PSAs under them. For that they may even invest a little to get future residual income. The good new affiliates will read continuously the Q&A in SFI and the basics. They also try to transfer knowledge to their subordinates so that they also can be benefited in SFI.

This question has a great relevance in growth of SFI business.

SFI has provided many online as well as offline marketing tools to promote ones business. However, there are many other online marketing tools available and members of SFI have utilised those tools to a great extent for promotion of their business.

I personally use google adwords for advertising. Moreover, I also use some free classified ad sites for promotion of my account.

Recognizing the achievements of the PSAs are most important for growth. The best way is to congratulate with a phone call. As the voice of a sponsor values the most for advancement in SFI and the personal growth of all the members of the team. Sending Gift Certificates and forwarding some TCredits are other ways to recognize the PSAs achievements. I personally send emails and team mails and remain in constant touch with the PSAs.
