Why don't more people work towards advancing in SFI?

I would not necessarily say people aren't working to advance here in SFI. Advancing in SFI requires patience and hard work. Besides, I think the answer can also be simple the main reason it's because of money and the lack of it. Sometimes even if you do have some money to invest and advance; when you do what you get back in return might be discouraging or slow-coming. Yea it's money that's why a lot of people aren't advancing as they should.

What is a good weekly support message to send your downline?

The support message should be as simple as possible. The last thing you want is your downline to spend time reading lengthy messages.
It is basically a check-in note. We have to keep in mind that all our downlines are different. Some are working, some are struggling and still some are just not doing anything.
Here’s what to consider;
1. Encouragement for all – keep up the great work.
2. Goals – what are you hoping to achieve this week, goals etc..
3. Experiences – what worked for you and what they can do to improve.
4. New Happenings - Anything new or changes taking place in the company.
4. Assistance – if you have any questions or concerns please contact me.

Putting it simple here are words to consider in your choice and suitability of banners:
1. CONTENT
2. COLORS and FONTS
3. LAYOUT
4. IMAGE
3. PLACE

May I suggest that you don't use the same banner all the time. You don't want to drive people away with seeing the same thing over and over. A new one at times would be very attractive and eye-catching.

Many factors can contribute to such determination. Price and value always go hand in hand. The questions that people usually ask are; Am I getting value for money? What’s in it for me and my family? What is the level of satisfaction I would receive after using those products?
In today’s economy we must also NEVER LEAVE OUT THE NEED FACTOR. Do people really need the products that I choose to promote? It can also be the season (time of year) & when you can compare certain tripleClicks with other products which you would have used and by distinction provide more advantages whether it is durability, brand, taste, style or results driven.
Also you can take time to read the product reviews so you can add a personal touch when you are promoting.
Oh and don’t forget the VP, returns and commissions etc....but always think about other people, their needs and satisfaction.

How do you maintain EA status on a shoe string budget?

I am happy to provide an answer because this was the first question I wondered about in SFI. Here is your answer:
1.Every day you earn 10 VP for a total of 300 points in a 30 day month just by clicking the tabs on your SFI’s homepage.
2.Get 5 points each week for clicking on your Tconnect page a total of 20 points a month.
3.Get 2 points every day for checking out the latest items at tripleclicks which gives you 56 points per month.
4.Go to "Hot Spots" on your SFI homepage and then go to "genealogy". Click on "Send an e-mail/TeamMail to this group" to send a weekly message to your downline and get 30 points each week which gives you 120 points.
5.Submit your SFI and sponsor ratings point you get 10 points per month
6.To get added point you get customers to purchase items at tripleclicks – remember to include your SFI ID in the link so you can get the credit.
7.You can purchase single tcredits for $1.95 each.
8.Become a W3 member and get free tcredits monthly credits.
You can use tcredits to purchase digital downloads for example. However, when you use Tcredits or MRP to purchase items you don't earn VP but you get to do reviews on the items 15 days later. You get 25 VP for each review. (You want to make the purchases by the 15th so the review can be done before the end of the month so the VP will be on the current month.)
Lastly, answer “Ask SC” questions just like am answering your question now. 1st place receives 100 VP and second place receives 50 VP. That would be an amount less for you to worry about that you need to get for that month.

According to the president of SFI it's simple LEAD BY EXAMPLE. Whatever you want your team to do, you do because they are following you. A leader has to work with others, support and assist their affiliates, communicate with them, answer emails, questions, concerns etc... A good and proficient leader must have knowledge of all aspects of SFI, must read and continue to learn and stay abreast of new occurrences, new initiatives and new ventures, for example recently launch; announcing ask SC?. Am sure a lot of the leaders may not be aware of this yet so that is not considered to be good and proficient. A leader should praise their affiliates, give them motivation and inspiration and help create interest and develop strategies to keep them interested (coaching skills to improve performance). Provide positive, encouraging and uplifting comments whenever they can. Do continuous training themselves so they can continue to lead. Last but not least, build your people and never forget your affiliates. Let them see & feel the best in you!! Think for you & them, reach for the sky at SFI and teach others to do the same!!
