It mostly depends on how much time you have available to devote to SFI and how much your team requires of you. Don't put so much in that you drain yourself, yet make yourself available as much as you reasonably can.

This is a people business, so we will be involved with people. Helping them can be one of your greatest assets as you build this business. If things get too busy for you, don't try and do it all at once, space it out throughout the day. Do some in the morning, some in the afternooon,

Hello!

I am always for helping affiliated move forward. The only occasions when I think we should stop is:

- what the affiliate can do it on his/her own (and learn from the experience)
- when helping the affiliate means a violation of SFI rules or your moral codes

It is true that our PSAs and CSAs need us most in the beginning, but I wouldn't say that you are supposed to focus on them for a few months, and then focus on some other beginners. Or help them

I believe that every sponsor should gauge their affiliates' progress and their desire. I have learned in times past, you may not be able to tell if a person is serious based on their language, but watch for their investment. People generally put their money where their mouth is.

As a sponsor, I would spend time with all of my PSA's, but the line will be drawn on affiliates that are simply trying to get only freebies and not really putting in any real time.

The limit - the limit

As a Sponsor, it is our duty to ensure our PSA's are provided with the proper information to enable them to successfully move forward with their SFI Business. We should also be prepared to answer any questions, concerns, or just general comments in regards to how we do business with SFI. Continual encouragement is also a great attribute to provide for your affiliates, this will provide you both with a meaningful and trustful relationship in the long-term.

Any point that you may consider

There is no "distance" or limit one should put on training your Affiliates.
Duplication is one of the main goals we push for and we all should be open
to seeing our downlines do better than ourselves! However, just as raising
a family, there is a point when the child must move out on their own. As any
parent would say, "support is always here" meaning I am always around to help!

The point of "coddling" is reached when the PSA/CSA uses

Hello fellow affiliate,

This is a very apt question in this business where the object is to lead as many people as possible to success, thereby helping yourself by helping others.

A good leader teaches and encourages. The sponsor should show the affiliate both by example and by communication how to go forward. The sponsor should in effect teach the affiliate how to "fish" but at no point should s/he do the "fishing" for him/her. S/he can however put the bait

There is an old saying: “Give somebody a fish and you’ll feed them for a day. Teach them to fish and you’ll feed them for life.”

A Sponsor should follow this wise advice and teach their team WHAT they have to do and HOW to do it. No more and no less.

It isn’t an easy task and we all learn while working. Lead by example, explain as much as you can and always be available for questions.

But when it comes to doing business it’s one’s own responsibility.

Interesting subject.

It's difficult to say how much you should help them but one is certain you must make them independent. It's ok in beginning to help them explain them certain things but if this continues over and over again after a few months and you need to explaining them every thing that they read than you are doing all the work and they are doing nothing, and this would be the line you should never cross. It's difficult subject because we don't have same knowledge so based on that

It is a duty of a team leader to guide each Affiliate under his sponsorship especially at the initial stage where there may be a confusion on how to proceed. You will notice that as he moves to the next level with your guidance, he become knowledgeable even more than his Sponsor because each one of us has its own talent in doing things. Of course, the Sponsor is part of the development process but there's a time to give your Affiliates a chance to shine from their own initiative.
