I just read on your profile your an ecommerce associate so I guess u should have an idea of what the gains and advantages are..
1] you have easy access to consumers which on normal basis you woudnt have..if you make 50$ as an eca here don't panic or be disappointed just remember that money would not be if you weren't an eca,besides it doesn't stop your business back home..
2]your an eca of course you earn commissions for sales you make and your earnings increase so simple..
3]make sure to upload quality and affordable products
4]products of high demand and learn to acknowledge your customers
I would do anything to have that eca badge in my gallery..To our success in sfi!!!

i think direct confrontation is a better and faster means,however you can can call a contact,send an email to the eca.try to know the products in high demand and affordable prices and also their corresponding price on tripleclicks.Yhat should give your eca an idea whether to add or reduce their prices
Any eca with the interest of its customers at hand will adhere.thats the way to make sales but if you decide to be expensive???sorry your products will grow old with you!!!

their are so many ways to get action versal points..

most importantly get a standing order
IAHBE or TCREDITS ill prefer you go for tcredits because you can use it to bid at auctions to get more action versal points,
you can also use tcredits to win more tcredits at auctions for further biddind and action versal points. at most 500vps
you can play the eager zebra games,pick the price and other games available they all give Action versal points

another important point is having active members in your downline...remember you get points for sponsoring EA2s team leaders etc every month they maintain it,that alone can go a long way to cover for your action versal points without your spending so much money..and their is no limit to the points you can get from that...

participate in Ask Sc you might be lucky especially now it has been extended to 10 top anwers.

IF you still choose to,distributing gift cards to friends affiliates etc gives you act
ion points at most 300vps monthly

try to buy at least one new item every month so you can get versal points for reviewing the product

the last option is becoming an ECA or even referring ECAs it gives you unlimited Action Points.

building or having an active downline is the best thing that can happen to your business here in SFI..
5 active PSA's is better than 20fairly active or even 100inactive EAs they will only fill your gynealogy..

why building your downline,Avoid negligence: make sure your always there to support your team especially during the pre;iminaries don't feel because you made it on your own then they should figure it out themselves...You woudnt want your PSAs to fall prey to other businesses..Remember active PSAs are like gold1!!,hard to find..you may never know who will be there to stay


Don't write off an affiliate because you feel he will never come back;ive heard some affiliates testify that their once inactive affiliates turned out to be the most active after couple of months,years thereafter...always try to send them emails,Ecards as the case maybe..Keep reminding him of the grave mistake he is about to make leaving SFI.and its never too late start off...remind him SFI is free which is a rare characteristics you see in businesses nowadays
Your 100th email might do the magic!!!!

Even when you know or feel uve gotten that active affiliate don't neglet him or leave to once in a while try to encourage him maybe by gift cards,Ecards,Tcredits as the case may be,ur only telling them your aware of their hardwork and deserve that gift...That act alone will make them want to build their own active team and do same and you what benefits it could fetch you.

having their contacts to speak to them once in a while and give them more tips is worthwile.

Never form the habit of telling them to become EAs or team leaders for a particular date uve set obviously for selfish reasons...let them take their time..remember we are all here for the same thing,some of them might not have active downline which will be difficult to maintain esp team leadership status it doesn't matter...just encourage them
Don't think they want to loose the benefits they already have....they just cant help the situation and too much nagging will only make them leave because they see it like your interest with them is for ur selfish pourpose...Of course it is

you can make them get to know themselves which is optional instead of causing conflict amongst them..this is just a business.

some affiliates might not even be aware they ve achieved those goals you can be a reminder to them1; and they are like wow!!did I just win this?or did I just get that??

well, u can help your affiliates move forward In so many ways:

firstly,sending congratulatory messages whenever that affiliates reaches a milestone,earns a badge,wins a price.you can also send E-Cards to them which are made available for free maximum one daily for each affiliate,
The idea transferring t-credits to ur affiliates is another wonderful way of suportin them..giving them ideas on some steps to take to achieve some ranks,positions or badge

introduce them to the world of duplication and sponsoring..let them know that duplication is an important factor to succed in sfi..that way they earn commissions from their affiliates purchases,who in turn earn from their own affiliates and it goes on and on.
You can still serve as a reminder to them.some may have forgotten,some especially the new affiliates my not be aware of the vast services sfi can give them and end up quitting because of poor or no sponsoring...Don't only be a sponsor be a Teacher and also a friend.
However we find out that after giving much support some affiliates don't know how hard and how much u have put in to keep them going because they don't care or not even interested in where they have found themselves.Most of them are disappointed because they thought it was going to be a fast cash scheme so they quit.

I once gave an affiliate of mine the support I thought he needed even going to the extent of doing his tasks for him so he could reach the minimum requirement because he claimed he didn't know what to do and was confused even after the explanations I gave him..i helped him get very close but the rest was what I coudnt do I told him to finish he never did it and never reached the minimum.Thats the kind of thing u see as a sponsor but don't ever give up!
You can go as far as ur strength can take unless ur convinced they are not Interested!dont force it on them lest they look at it like ur interested in the gain u can make from them.just keep reminding them.always give your support
And above all try To be the Leader your Affiliate will want to Emulate!!

1]have a tripleclicks standing order of at least 1500vp
2]Try to be a team leader if u can attain the PTL position then your certain to be on the top5 list depending on the number that advanced to that round in your class
3]you can check the list of those that advanced in your class to know their vp ledger and how much more u need to put in
4]make sure to do ur daily weekly and monthly tasks vversal points no matter how small still counts!!
5]never relent,relax or think no one in ur class is not interested in that badge too..someone can win it in the last minute!
If u make it a priority your indirectly promoting your business and reputation here because the more investments u make the more earnings,badges,ranks etc you get.
stay focused and determined..ur Badge will be waiting..remember its not how far but how well

most times people judge other by looks..your picture has a way of giving you out.makes people have an idea of the kind of person you are and what your capabilities are..official looks tells one you mean business and here for it.no one would want to make business or associate with some weird or unserious looking person.not even me..
in my own perspective a good photo should
1]Be clear and colourful
2]recent not pictures taken 5 or 6years ago.that way u let people know what you look like in the present
3]the individual should look cheerful not necessarily smiling but not frowning
4]your face should come out well bold enough for people to recognize u
5]put nice clothes on if u wish to show it not a singlet or bra or even a towel either to avoid passing the wrong message

You see,want to know,send a request or message before any form of interaction begins.

As starters you have to encourage them to do the items on their to do lists to accumulate 500vps In their first 24hours.that gives them extra 200points and the fast track badge...let them know this

secondly get up tp 1500points to get to Executive affiliate because the are just Aff and can not earn a penny with that rank so by advancing they can start earning from SFI.

tell them to review their Launchpad lessons to no more about SFI.they should be aware SFI is vast and cant learn it all in one day.

most importantly the SFI bhasics should be read and noted to increase their knowledge too

then you can introduce them to the power of duplication,sponsoring and referring affiliates,ECAs ,PRMs etc

tell them the corresponding commissions and profits they stand to gain by doing all these and im sure they wont want to leave...

SFI must be visited daily!!!!
