Hi, thank you for this question.

Yes, I do think it is a good idea. I did it few times myself. Specialy if you have PSA who is not good in English and you don't speak his language. It could be better for them if they could be reassigned to someone who speaks their language.

I had a PSA who was very bad in English so he told me Urdu was his mother-tongue. As I could not speak Urdu, I tried to translate my instructions through Google translate, but it was not successful. He gave

I think it is a very good idea to reassign PSAs to someone in their own country. Especially if the PSA is struggling and need some more assistance and help. He can be contacted by a local sponsor and even meet the sponsor in person which can help a lot. It is easier to work with someone that is available in your own country than to work with a sponsor from another country.
A local sponsor in your own country can also better assist you with say marketing in your country, ECA sponsoring in your

Absolutely Marjorie! ;)

The benefits of reassigning a PSA to someone within their own country/region are the same as A2A friends from the same country/region linking up to share tips and advice to help guide each other--especially in their own language.

I have done this a few times effectively, generally given to a more seasoned affiliate with the proper business mentality for SFI. It leaves the new affiliate optimistic about the concept of someone in the same boat on a series

Hello my dear affiliate friend,

Why to give up on many potential benefits that you can gain from cultural diversity. The only reason you should reassign someone is if your PSA doesn't speak the same language as you do, and you cant communicate. As almost here knows English in any level of proficiency you should be able to establish a normal communication.
By my opinion the answer to your question is NO.
There are several reasons why:
1. You can build a strong downline in

Personally speaking, I think it's a good idea to reassign PSAs to someone in their own country for several reasons:-

. Sharing the same language, they will have no problem in communicating. Even if they have different dialects, they can still talk to each other in their national language and therefore explaining how SFI works will be much easier.

. Sharing the same culture, religious beliefs and practices is also an important factor in forming a business relationship based

I would have to say it might be a good idea, depending on the PSA. If they have a reasonable command of your language, I believe I would pass emails, discuss subject, see how they feel. My Co-Sponsor is not from my country, doesn't seem comfortable in English, but translates well, and is very helpful to me.

If the answer is not fully known, I am sent to a source to get a better explanation than can be given by Co-Sponsor.

Develop a relationship with the PSA, and - as I said

Hello,

In response to your question. Yes it can be a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country. What you would want to do is to recruit members on your team until you have up to 5 active members. The rest of them you can continue to recruit and reassign them to your hard working members on your team. For each member on your team that you reassign to someone else, you would get 10 Versapoints for each reassign "only" if the person you reassigned has 600

It is a goo idea Marjorie Stulce,

If there is a communication problem between you and your PSA, then reassigning them to the person who is from their country may help to understand the SFI.

It also encourage to the PSA to whom did you reassigned.

By reassigning that PSA will get direct contact with the PSA whom did you reassigned and learn the whole process of SFI.

Since another way is to Translate the mail into the PSA's own Language using Google

Hi Marjorie,
First of all, as a sponsor, you have a possibility to reassign your PSA. Inactive PSAs are given to active ones as a gift, that the active ones can gain weekly 30VPs for sending a TM. On the other hand, active PSAs are given to other active ones also as a gift, to start their own duplication process. The sponsor gets 5 VPs this way and he' s not at the loss. It becomes his second generation of PSAs and he will keep enjoying the benefits. So, why not reassign a PSA to someone from

At present the most of the Re Assignments take place just to score 5 VP points on each re-assignments . Therefore the quality of the reassigned PSAs in many of the cases are very low since most of them are inactive and at the verge of leaving . Some of the re- assignments are made just to help your down line to send a weekly PSA message enabling them to score 30 weekly points. It is indeed time for all of us to look into this tool of Reassignment with larger interest of effective
