Happy New Year Julio,

Just to name a few common methods in how you could use the new digital TC gift cards:

* You can blog about the exceptional give-aways you have for your readers etc.
* Place ads online/ list them in ALL of your advertising and marketing for TC
* Distribute them to your friends and family via email (or instant messaging)
* Give shoppers a chance to learn about this promotional offer when shopping and being redirected to Tripleclicks by making that information available on your website.
* Promote online contests via social media (IE: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
For example on Twitter: If I get X amount of re-tweets (a tweet about SFI or TC hehe) then X amount of people will receive a $12 gift card to shop at our store, TripleClicks. (Keep in mind, you're emailed each time someone re-tweets your posts, so you could even determine the lucky winners by order in which the emails were received).

There are a variety of ways in which this can be done on your Facebook business/personal page etc as well...including a multitude of online avenues that need breaching and exposure to our awesome business ;). Good day to you Michael,

I will answer this with a touch of personal experience.

If an affiliate has a non-responsive Sponsor but wishes to grow their business, all hands on deck...then that's exactly what they'll do despite the odds.

For example, when I first joined...I had to "tippy-toe" around the sign up process. I wanted to make sure this wasn't another site that would spam my email [ha-ha]. Pleasantly surprised, it was anything but that. I was thrilled! That was just the first layer on my checklist though. I also wanted to make sure it held true to it's statement--"Free to sign-up!". So again, I "tippy-toed" around that too...waiting for the pop up some where insisting I fill out my credit card information to participate. I even waited the next day and 30 days after to see if it was just a trial run of being "free". Nope...it was all good. Man was I stoked! I thought...is this real? Can I really take my time to learn while I earn? This is so exciting, and the back office looked amazing! So professional. So on I went...oh and just to be absolutely sure, I even entered my first name inaccurately in the off chance that this turned out to be something I wanted no part of. Once I realized SFI was a keeper (and that didn't take very long lol) I asked that my name be corrected.

Do you know how I knew where to go to have that corrected? By simply reading. With any website that offers products or services etc, there's always a contact option...so I utilized it. I wasn't even sure what a Sponsor was so I didn't EXPECT the assistance. I knew that regardless, -despite the first day jitters- that I was going to tackle the reading bit by bit. I had the time, and the will...there was nothing else holding me back. I am SO thankful for SFI and my decision to stay as well as my endless need to observe [lol]. The only person I heard from was my Co-Sponsor. He answered all of my questions and promptly...I had all the typical newbie questions as expected, and I like to remind myself of that when dealing with anyone new to my team. Humility, humility, humility. A slice of humble pie goes a long way.

In short, an affiliate who wants to progress will find a way to do so on their own merit. Use the time needed to absorb all necessary information so you can then implement that within your team--duplication. Be the Sponsor to an affiliate you'd want for yourself. We're here to help guide as Sponsors, but it's up to the independent contractor (the affiliate), to take control of their business. I know this was lengthy but I hope it was helpful [ha-ha].

To be the best *anything* in life would require diligence. I believe the same applies to SFI.

"The best" according to whose standards and to what degree? Would "success" make one "the best"? If so...how would it be measured? These are things and concepts you may want to graze over and ponder to yourself.

Here's a concept...

*Condition yourself to be well self-disciplined
in the areas needed to grow your business.

*Stay consistent but never stagnant.

*Check your attitude at the door--in other words,
be to others what you'd want them to be to and for you.
This most certainly applies to your team and of course
all interactions with any and all affiliates/SFI staff.
Be kind.

*Focus on your foundation and better it any chance you get.
Your foundation with self (because ultimately you are the driver
of your own bus, you'll attract what/who you are) affects all things
around you. That includes your business. Once the core is right, everything
else will fall into place...IE: the above noted strategies/methods.

If you apply these very basic things, you'll find that the actual tasks (advertising, studying, teaching etc) become fluent and you'll understand the expectations both good and bad to keep you from self sabotaging. APPLIED knowledge is power--everything else becomes much clearer when you're focused and provided the proper tools. You'll learn with time that the best SFI affiliate does not exist--the competition is not with others, but with self. Becoming a better you in all that you do.

The benefits of reassigning a PSA to someone within their own country/region are the same as A2A friends from the same country/region linking up to share tips and advice to help guide each other--especially in their own language.

I have done this a few times effectively, generally given to a more seasoned affiliate with the proper business mentality for SFI. It leaves the new affiliate optimistic about the concept of someone in the same boat on a series of different levels--leaving no excuse available to hold them back. It also instills confidence in the affiliate receiving the PSA (to have been given a responsibility over ones team says great things about their performance), and for the affiliate given. They now can connect and relate on matters that maybe they presumed you may not.

I'd totally encourage it--it's an all around win win for the team. I hope my answer has been helpful.

Outside of the mentioned requirements in SFI's training to become a Team Leader, a few good questions to ask yourself would be:

-Do I lead by example?
-Have I been a consistent friend and mentor to my team?
-Am I assisting each individual according to their needs & abilities?
-Can *I* in any way, effectively enhance any area within my team mail, stream posts, and or direct contact with my team?
-Do I project a positive outlook in all that I do to motivate my team?
-Am I LISTENING to my team...their concerns--both local and international? Have I been helpful and do they feel comfortable relying on me to assist them?

But most importantly, am I reading everyday to enrich my personal growth so that I may duplicate myself within my team?

After all, duplication is key when building anything in life. As a parent would be to a child, or a teacher to a student--the same applies to us as Sponsors/Co-Sponsors. Let them see your diligence and sense your authenticity so that they can absorb that energy and direction and apply it to their team. Always remain honest with them as SFI is honest with us in the Launchpad training, reminding us of realistic expectations--the ups and downs that come this business and in turn it will give them the option to choose accordingly. It's all about mentality.

A great way to show them SFI is legit, is to highlight all of the things that make SFI a great and safe place to be. A place that you Karmen, chose to be as well. :)

As stated somewhere in the SFI reading...we're not in the "convincing" business, so always remember to let it flow in your approaches whether offline/online advertising or when dealing with prospects.

Keep in mind your confidence or lack thereof in SFI--it will gleam in your speech and your presence. Ensure you're 100% confident in your business and that will be your silent testimony without all the extra hype. Trust and believe, many people are turning off their radars if they detect an "over sales pitch". Remain genuine and honest. Honesty is always the best policy.

A friendly reminder:

-"It's very real. SFI is part of a growing global industry with annual gross revenues estimated at over $100 billion, involving major multinational corporations and tens of millions of independent business people in every country of the world." -(From the FAQ section)

-The longevity of SFI and the President of the company should say a lot about the foundation of this amazing opportunity. Our long time members who share their successes with us are also a nice attribute to add to the pot.

-All of the key points highlighted on our splash pages and text ads are also a few things to note.

Be creative in all that you do when speaking to prospects about SFI, and know your audience. Some may not always respond the same to a generic approach, so personalizing what you say or making the beauty of SFI a reality for them in terms of needs and goals should also be helpful.
