How often should I communicate with my Sponsor and Co-Sponsor?

Hello,
I am a part of one of the biggest team in SFI counting over 70000 people. Why is that so? Because our upline is working so hard to help us downliners in every possible way. How often we communicate? Let me tell you. EVERY SINGLE DAY.
The communication is the key of the success. In order to build strong and successful team you must take their own development into consideration. The basic three principles of SFI success are:
1. Become an Executive Affiliate (EA) and remain an EA every month
2. Recruit five affiliates using the methods included in your marketing tools
3. Teach your five affiliates to do these same three steps.
When someone tells you that your sponsor is busy person not having enough time for you, let me tell you what should you do. This job is all about communication and duplication. As future team leader if you don't talk to your affiliates you want be able to build network with enough potential to support your team leadership. Its not enough to sign up someone. You must duplicate your knowledge.
So the answer is:
YOU SHOULD COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR SPONSOR EVERY DAY. THIS IS HIS/HERS OBLIGATION TOWARDS YOU.
This doesn't mean that you should harass your sponsor every five minutes. This just means that you have to build a strong connection with your fellow affiliates in your up line and your down line. You are all in one team.

What do I need to do to make myself the best SFI affiliate possible?

Really its very simple. Just believe in yourself and make a strong commitment to this job. Every day learn something, do something, talk to your sponsor and your downline. Be patient and disciplined. Do your daily task regularly. Rate 30 answer to Ask SC and read the answers. You will learn a lot. Visit training center. Go to FORUM and do not hesitate to ask. Add A2A friend. Communicate with them.
Set your goals S.M.A.R.T.
Specific – target a specific area for improvement.
Measurable – quantify or at least suggest an indicator of progress.
Assignable – specify who will do it you, your PSAs, ask for help.
Realistic – state what results can realistically be achieved, given available resources.
Time-related – specify when the result(s) can be achieved.
And here you see that you have already been ask to do this by completing your affiliate profile. In a time you will modify your goals as you progress in your work.

What are the benefits of organizing a contest for your downline?

This is the best incentive measure for all your downline generations. I will strongly recommend you to set your own rules and get your own competition on go. Also I am using this method for stimulation and its giving wonderful results. And I am 4 months in the business and Silver Team Leader.
You need to pay attention to few details:
1. Set your budget wisely - for beginning set 3-4 contest with 10$. People like gifts.
2. Write down and publish rules of your competition. Be specific about details. Explain to the reader what your goals are and what are the conditions.
3. Be creative and stimulate both leaders both new PSAs
4. Promote your monthly contest
5. Buy Gift Certificate Budget on time. When you add funds to your account it would take some time (not long) to be approved.
6. At the end issue your rewards though genealogy

Is it a good idea to reassign your PSAs to someone in their own country?

Hello my dear affiliate friend,
Why to give up on many potential benefits that you can gain from cultural diversity. The only reason you should reassign someone is if your PSA doesn't speak the same language as you do, and you cant communicate. As almost here knows English in any level of proficiency you should be able to establish a normal communication.
By my opinion the answer to your question is NO.
There are several reasons why:
1. You can build a strong downline in various countries resulting a possibility to advertize products and services on several languages
2. You will get a cultural diversity in your team and learn many great things.
3. you will be able to expand your network to the larger number of markets
4. You will earn commission value from your PSA sales on different economies
5. ECA shops from different countries to refer.
6. Much more...
Reassignment is the easiest way to give up someone. Work hard, lead by example and let your affiliate network grow and expand world wide.

I have similar monthly budget and here is how I am using it. From my experience you should:
1. Set up Standing Order for TC Credits. Use 125 TC Credit pack and ensure 1500 VP for EA2 status - $36,25. Personally I am using 200 TC Credit pack. Try to win auctions.
2. By S Builder co op unit for $24 or if you add to SO $22. A share (or unit) of S-Builder is as little as $22. That means for just 72 cents a day, you can start building a residual income stream for you and your family. Indeed, S-Builder is one of most economical ways to build an online business ever!
3. Set up your own monthly contest for your downline. It is not enough to get signed up PSAs. You need to work with them to ensure your team build. Also you need to motivate them to keep working form month to month. If you fail to do that you wont get ratings needed for Team Leader Status
To summarize:

To get answer to this question you should write down your own goals. Answer to specific question what do you try to achieve and what your focus is. Only when you do that you will understand what you should do.
If you are focused to auctions and winning them you should set SO with TCredits. Note that with enough TCredits and right strategy you can win S Builder units and IAHBE membership for several months for just around you will pay for one month.
If you are focused on team building you should invest in S Builder Co op units. But my opinion that this cant be treted as sure source of your affiliates because you can never be sure that you PSAs will work.

How do I put together a successful marketing campaign?

I would recommended to see first what all others are doing. And do the opposite. Try to figure out something interesting and yet unseen. The more creative you'll be the more potential sign ups you will get. Why do I suggest to be original? We are witnessing Facebook overload with advertizing material. At one point Facebook is blocking adds that are repeating sequentially. Therefore relaying just on Facebook is unadvisedly. Instead use classified, other social media etc.
For that you'll need to set your budget for advertizing. Although there are many free marketing methods I will strongly recommend to use paid adds. You don't need to invest a lot but try. There are also available co op like S Builder but that can't be treated as sure way to get active PSAs.
For TripleClicks pick few ECA shops and their products. Search the web and web pages you can put your adds. And place your adds. Unconditionally use key codes for tracking your adds.
And please be advised to use direct marketing methods. Go out and spread the word. 70% of my active PSA are signed up using this method. And after 4 months I am Silver Team Leader.

I have experience with in-person presentations, direct mail, trade shows, handing out biz cards, network at events, etc. Can offline marketing be as effective for my SFI business as online marketing?

Not only that it could be with same effectiveness, it could generate you more sign ups and working affiliates. I can say that you have great advantage in your previous experience. On line marketing is great but nothing can replace direct one to one marketing.
Make difference between using technologies like Skype for direct contact and adds you place on pages and social media. If you are trying to build strong supporting team you should always pay attention to their needs and commit your time to their development.
Nothing can replace your smile, body language, words as they depict your confidence and your commitment to this business.
Just to clear up things you should use all methods simultaneously. And very fast you will see wonderful results.
