Keep your downline from Giving up or Quitting SFI by,
1. Sending them Team mail about Benefit Plans in SFI regularly.
2. Motivate him/her to gain Versapoints by different actions in SFI.
3. Issue him/her a Gift Certificate or card for their hard work done in SFI every day.
4. Transfer 20 T-Credits to them as promoting way to that they attain EA every month.
5. Advice them to become Wave3 Member for just $1.95 for getting FREE T-Credits and MRP
and shares in every week drawing.
6. Build a Co-op with your downline who are really doing well with shares and sign-ups
to let them build downline and earn Income.
7. Always free to ask them any queries from and resolve them.

The most effective promotion/incentive you have offered your down line to become (or re-qualify as) an EA.
1. By making a Team Contest for the month and giving Triple Click GC for 10,20,25 etc.,
2. Next gifting T-credits.
3. Building co-op with your downline you can may have sign-up or shares.
4. Also say your downline to participate in T-Time contest and use their MRP to
purchase T-credits.

* I thing it is really a good ideas.
* If i have my own website, I will recruit as many as possible by advertising about SFI
in my own domain.
* The thing to note is how they design and how they attract people to admire their
website.
* Even one should have their domain, they have own believe to recruit by advertising
and promoting TC products.
* By it he/she will get good sales report by promoting TC products in their own
website,even it increases their income levels.
* If one have good sales he will be at the top, Creating and maintaining their own

In SFI their is many things to share with your Team as a Newsletter you can start as follows,
1.Recruiting/Duplication:
The success in SFI is Duplication. Duplication grows your team and earning. Duplicate your PSA and tell them to follow as you did.
2. Sales/Purchase/Standing Order:
The one of the another topic is sales, Purchase, Standing order. Because this 3 increases your VP's, Shares, Income. Standing order over 1500 Vp's gives you EA requalification every month.
3. Advertising
By advertising you will get more PSA's and PRM. You will get commissions of 45% on all their purchases. It also increase your earning.
4. Support/Motivation
Support each and every affiliate in your Team, that makes you a great Team Leader.

There are many ways to stay in connect with your PSA's and CSA's.
1. Team Mail (Genaology)
Regularly send your team mail and support to your PSA's and CSA's twice or thries a week. It help you to get your downline Active.
2. SFI Chat.
If your downline are online then made a conversation on SFIMG chat and help and give them advice and motivation.
3. Stream Post
You may also give a notes and tips on your Stream post everyday. It will also stay you connected with your downline.
4. Facebook/Twitter
You may add your downlines as a friend and followers in FB and Twitter. You may post a regular updates of SFI and TC.
