Its good you asked this question. Allow me share with you what I have learnt about becoming an SFI Team Leader and the only secret I see is commitment to your business and Team Effort.

first: There's no reason for being a Team Leader unless you actually have a team!

Reason: All the financial benefits of being a Team Leader are derived from Matching VPs earned by your team members .Don’t just head for the Rank because you might end up disappointed. I have been there.

Yes as a Team Leader, you will get a share of second home CSAs each month depending on your Team Leader Rank but most of these CSAS are never active.

What you need to do is concentrate on the 3basic steps

(i) Become an Executive Affiliate Each month

(ii) Get at least 5 Active Affiliates in your down line

(iii) Teach them to follow the above two steps

Provided you are at least an EA2 yourself, as shown on your To-Do List (www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=to-do_list), you will earn:

•100 VP for each of your PSAs each month who are at least an EA2

•150 VP for each of your PSAs each month who is a BTL

•200 VP for each of your PSAs each month who is a STL

•250 VP for each of your PSAs each month who is a GTL

•300 VP for each of your PSAs each month who is a PTL

The following are the requirements for each Team Leader Rank

In all Team Leader Ranks, the major requirements you need will be

Action points minimum 1,500 VP

Sales/purchases Maximum 2,000 VP

However the different totals in Versa Points puts you in a different rank

Bronze Team Leader (BTL) you need 3,000 to 3,999 VersaPoints (VP) each month

Silver Team Leader (STL) you need 4,000 to 4,999 VersaPoints (VP) each month

Gold Team Leader (GTL) you need 5,000 to 5,999 VersaPoints (VP) each month

Platinum Team Leader (PTL) you need 6,000 or more VersaPoints (VP) each month

Note: All Team Leaders must also maintain his/her Leadership Page (more details news.sfimg.com/index.php?entry=entry110705-114157) and a minimum3-star sponsor rating (not applicable if TLs have less than 5 ratings) from PSAs

In summary, I argue you to focus on building a team of EAs and Team Leaders, then you will earn the VP you need to qualify as a Team Leader yourself every month.

Dear Abdul,

There is no secret formula I'm afraid. If you want to qualify for BTL every month but still don't have any affiliates on your team who have reached EA2 or higher, you will need about 90 dollars a month, according to my calculations.

If you can spare that amount, the following example will not only help you maintain BTL rank, it will also help you to grow your team of PSAs until at least one reaches and maintains EA2 rank. Then you won't have to spend as much.

SALES VP (you need a maximum of 2,000 VP)
1,500 Sales VP from a Standing Order of 125 TCredits
100 Sales VP from 30 TC Gift cards
280 Sales VP from 1 S-Builder Co-op Unit
102 Sales VP from 1 single TCredit (bought with 126 MRP)

ACTION VP (you need at least 1,000 VP)
500 Action VP approximately from doing every action on your To-Do List
125 Action VP from Bidding 125 TCredits in auctions*
100 Action VP from your Standing Order
300 Action VP from distributing 30 Gift cards

That's it! You'll have over 3,000 VP and you will be able to maintain your Team Leader Rank.

*Try to bid in DP auctions to generate double MRP. Also, if you don't have your W3 kit, I suggest you get it for the 5 free TCredits and 50 MRPs each month and 5 more TCredits each month for every W3 member you refer. You can use these TCredits to bid in auctions and the MRP to buy single TCredits.

Hello, Abdul!

I can only tell you what works for me, and you can see if it's easy enough for you. The most difficult points for me are Action VPs you need to qualify for being a Bronze Team Leader.

So, here is what I do:

1. I log in every day and I always do Daily, Weekly and Monthly tasks.

2. I fight for every PSA. I don't let them give up and I help them reach at least EA level. When they do, I get 100 action VP.

3. I am always looking for a new ECA. When they actually become an ECA and upload a product, I get another 100 action VP.

4. I buy cheap products and some presents for my family and friends' birthdays. Next month, I review them, 25 action VP each.

5. I also add some points by winning Tcredits (in T-time, mostly) and using them to bid on Pricebender auctions. Those points for bidding are action VP, too.

This is all it takes me - half an hour a day for tasks, half an hour to an hour a week for communication with my team, talking to people about SFI and Triipleclicks when they ask me how's life, thinking of TC as MY store, and playing the games.

It sounds easy to me, because it suits my free time, my lifestyle and it's not expensive. I hope it will help you, too.

The easy answer is to set up a standing order for 1500 and sponsor at least recurring 10 EA2s and there you go! BTL!

This should be a goal, but not reality for most of us...yet. So, the alternative is to set up a 1500vp standing order. I suggest 125 TCredits because in the absence of EA2s, you will have to do some auction bidding to get your action vp. And, you get 100 action vp for having a SO in place. Hopefully, by now the affiliate has come to realize that it is necessary to invest more than just time. Financial investment becomes necessary in order to maintain BTL or higher.

Log in every day and work your To-Do list. This gives you 330 action vp. Group mailing, checking T-Connect Page, and Stream posts amounts to 152vp. Add this to 100vp from above and you have 582 action vp. Not quite there.

Purchase different TC products every month so you get 25vp for rating the item. I purchase advertising to fill my co-ops in order to help my affiliates build their teams. I consider it an investment in my own business because my downline grows with each affiliate.

You may have to buy additional TCredit packs to bid. 20 to 50 TCredits may be necessary. This all depends on how many EA2s and product ratings you have.

What to do during the month to maintain Bronze Team Leader

First you should have a team, as there is not much point in being a team leader without a team, that said, there are a number of ways you can maintain the status

1. Do your To-do-List daily 330 VP per month

2. Check your TConnect page 20 VP per month

3. Team leader letters 120 VP per month

3a)Stream Post gives you 1 VP per post and you can do 3 posts per week.
You can post to your PSA's or CSA's or A2A Friends, or all you choose

4. Reviews: 25 VP per review from purchases you make (that includes buying TCredits(No VP for books)

5. 1VP per bid maximum allowed VP from bids per month 500

6. Buy 1TC with 126 MRP 102 VP and you also get 5 MRP

7. Standing order IAHBE 1500 plus 100VP for SO (around 30.00p/m)well worth it

8. S-Builder Co-op 280 VP

9. 100TC pack SO 1200 Can bid/give downline as reward

If you are relatively new to SFI, then the easiest way is to plan at the beginning of the month. After you have affiliates sponsored under you, it becomes easier because of the matching VP you will receive.

So, since you asked this question, I am going to assume you are relatively new or that you don't have many sponsored affiliates working the business yet. In order to make BLT, which is your first leadership position, you need 2000 sales VP and 1000 action VP. The sales VP is very easy to get if you make a purchase or two from TripleClicks.

What you need to focus on is the action VP. These are harder to obtain and you can't wait till the last minute to try to obtain them. You receive action VP for working your To-Do list daily. But, even, after completing everything available on the to-do list(and this is based on the assumption that you have already completed all of your Launchpad lessons, you will not have 1000 action VP.

Ok, so what will give you action points? Bidding on Auctions, Picking the Price on Auctions, Answering Questions in the Ask SC. Buying Gift Cards. You receive 10 action VP for everyone you give out. There may be a few I left out, but I hope this gives you an idea of the difference in the types of points you will need.

This is why I say, its is best to plan at the first of the month and to really work on your action points. Look for ways to get them, because these are the ones that are challenging.

The secret: Hard Work! (and investments).

Team Leaders work their SFI business daily. They do actions which will help them earn the necessary VersaPoints for their team leader rank renewal each month. They invest their time and money if they have some so they can achieve their business goals. They do not look for the easy way out, but go forward with their work.

Personally, I am a BTL (Bronze Team Leader). I have been able to maintain this rank/status for majority of the months I have been with SFI, just under a year. It has been hard work. The few months I did not maintain team leader, I ensured I at least qualified for EA2 status. Those months I did not qualify for team leader were due to financial strains and lack ability to invest money towards my business.

So, basically Team Leaders:

-Invest their time and money (when they have some) towards their business.
-Log in daily and complete their daily tasks on the home page.
-Read and educate themselves on skills they know they need to build in themselves in order to grow with their business.
-Advertise SFI and/or TripleClicks products so they may earn VersaPoints and Commissions.
-Often have Standing Orders to help them earn VersaPoints.

The way I qualify for team leader rank each month is by:

1. I set up a standing order; that took care of my requalification for EA2.

To qualify for Team Leader you simply have to BE a Team Leader! That's it!

Build your team, sponsor affiliates, refer TC customers. Show your affiliates how to do the same, lead them to become EA, then again next month so they are EA2. Each personally Sponsored EA2 gets you 100 VP. This how you start to make qualifying VP to reach TL status.

Check the Scoreboard - the higher your PSAs rank, the more points you will accrue. Don't expect to "just" become a BTL if you are not sponsoring any EA2s. Why are your PSAs not achieving EA status in their second month? What can you do to help? Don't expect to be STL if you are not sponsoring BTLs. Help your EAs become BTLs first and your STL status will follow.

Don't focus on just getting the rank itself, that is the wrong way to look at it. How can you be a "Team Leader" if you are not leading a team to do anything?

And don't look for a "secret" to doing it, there are none - do what the other TLs have done and duplicate those methods to duplicate that level of success.

And don't look for the "easy" way to do it, you need to work at it, earn it and deserve it. If there was a secret and easy way to become a TL it wouldn't be worth becoming one!
