Now is the best time to explain that many recruits will fail to do the work but some will.
Add the next month and then a third month. Tell him that is why you are interested in this business. Explain about time and money leveraging and the freedom to do business anywhere in the world at any time of the day, or from anywhere you have internet connection.
Then ask him if he thinks he can make enough money for it to be worth his time and effort.
