Welcome E-Card is the first communication between the Sponsor and the New Affiliate in a Team.

Since SFI will be sending so many messages to the new affiliate almost on a daily basis, it is prudent that the Sponsors keep their communications very short and sweet.

When the affiliates return the courtesy by asking any questions or seeking any clarifications then the Sponsors can be elaborative in their replies.

Since Welcome E-Card will create an impression in the minds of the new affiliates in a Team, positive or negative, it would be better to keep the following in mind:

1. Choose the E-Card that Welcomes the new affiliate to your Team, straight.

2. Just a few line introduction about your self.

3. Ask the new affiliate, “What can you do, so that he/she can get started?” OR

4. “How can you help so that he/she will be able to certain initial Tasks quickly?”

5. Commit yourself that you are there to support them with all your heart so that they will grow and become successful!

6. Upon reading, they have to realize that you are there for them and that you are waiting to hear from them with lot of joy!
7. In short, please be very brief in your first communication.

8. Do not talk about scoring VersaPoints quickly or placing a Standing Order for 1500 VP, etc.

9. Do not mention anything about earning potential with inflated figures.

10. Message should reflect your genuine interest in their growth and it should be worded very naturally for them to realize it easily.

11. Use your own simple language that shows your heartfelt desire to assist them;

12. Praise them sincerely for joining SFI.

13. Make them feel at ease when they read your First Welcome E-Card.

14. Based on their reaction, please plan your subsequent replies.

15. In every subsequent communication, please repeat your commitment to their growth & always ask them how you can support them.

I think welcoming new affiliates with the SFI Ecards is more professional and would be appreciated by anyone reading it's content.
Welcoming a new affiliate would be nice if the writer/sponsor would keep things simple, because most Sponsors tend to bore incoming affiliates with things to purchase rather than showing them free gifts, bonuses that have been made available to start the business. Also when welcoming them give links to where you'd like them to visit as new affiliates.. things I would include in my letters would read like these,

1. Salutation/Welcoming the affiliate to the team.

2. Introduce yourself as his/her Sponsor and your duties

3. State your commitment/dedication towards helping him/her grow faster at the business.

4. Encourage affiliates to whitelist you and fill out the affiliate Profile

5. Let them know that SFI has made provision of FREE Versal Points

6. Remind them of their $20 Sign up bonus and how they can increase it to $100

I presume the ' Good Text ' that you've mentioned should be something that attracts or at least opens their interest to learn or conduct more actions as part of their trainings.

Not forgotting that building a good relationships between Sponsor and Affiliates is important.

Therefore, it is also important to choose some better or simple Text that works. But, you will know which good text is better, after few experiences and results. Another words, this 'Good Text' needs to be tested and apply.
