Follow-ups need to be IN LINE with results from the previous email.

1. If NO answer, the person is either not interested (or skeptic) or the email landed in the SPAM folder.
2. If NEGATIVE answer, the person is either not interested or skeptic.
3. IF POSITIVE answer, the person is either keenly or vaguely interested.

If you're referring to following up new PSAs and CSAs who have just joined your team, and to whom you have sent Welcome E-cards, following up after 10 days of their joining in SFI is crucial to your success.

While some may respond to your welcome message and log in and start to show activity, some may need following up if after a week or 10 days they have not visited their homepage.

Start reaching out to them. Send a "Hello" or "Here to Help" E-cards

I have to admit, I have not found that secret weapon yet.

When I receive a new PSA or CSA I send an e-card as soon as possible and follow it up with a mail to introduce myself in more detail.

Sometimes I am lucky and the new affiliate is online - so I chat with them (if they see my message and they know how to use Chat)

While I chat with them I ask them if they need help and with what. I then make a point addressing their difficulties via e-mail - this is also a

My follow up emails that has yielded me results are:
1. My Warm welcome letter at their home page. This is what they see when they first sign.
This sets them up for a good start and i've found out that most began well.
2. This is to teach them about the fast tracker and its benefits, the time limit and the extension. Many had the eager to do so.
To some i give 10GC to assist them.
3. I teach them about how the system works and the different Ways that they can earn.

Active members like to be consulted when you are planning your strategies. They may have suggestions or ideas that they consider relevant. Therefore, making a point to ask their opinion, often brings a response.

Let them know any news they may have missed, and ask if they have any questions concerning this news.

As soon as you get a mail about someone joining you as your SFI affiliate, try to set up communication with him/her by email, Instant Messaging or by any other method like phone call.

Find and communicate with your team members currently online and logged in to the Affiliate Center...Just look for the green "chat status ball" on your Genealogy report, on the My Movers page, on Affiliate Snapshots, and on your Upline Team page. Just click the green ball

First of all, don't use pressure. Make your contacts feel comfortable. If they don't like you, you will get no where. Be a likable person most of all and you will go further with people and gain their trust. They have to trust you first or you will be stuck in the mud.

Make sure you appeal to them according to their needs. Show them also why they need what you are offering and why they can't live without it. But don't ever lie, be real and down to earth. Make sure you offer value as well.

As the saying goes, the key is in the follow up. Keep all of your emails centered around a general theme and give 1 or 2 steps at best at a time. Introducing too many ideas at once can cause information overload and burnout. So whatever the goal of your email is stick to that 1 goal.

Emails that are chocked full of links usually hit the spam filter and are not delivered. Thus not read.
So capture your prospect with your subject line. Then stick to that theme in the email.
