Good day Muhammad,

Some of the ways you can get your affiliates to be EA2 is by telling them about the NMP Pack which cost $20. The benefits includes 200 Member Rewards Points, 50 TCredits,10 EZ Express tokens and 30 FREE entries in the TripleClicks Daily Crown Drawing that is one free entry each day for the next 30 days. 3 Co-Sponsored Affiliates (CSA) added to your team and an extra 250 versa point bonus for doing the Getting Started Actions (500 versa points) which gives you 1250 versa points in total. That is 500 SVP for the NMP pack, 500 AVP from the Getting Started and 250 bonus versa points. The balance of 250 AVP can be got from doing your daily, weekly and monthly tasks to become an EA2 in the first month.

Another way for my affiliate to attain the rank of an EA2 is by having a monthly Standing order of 100 t credits at $29 which comes with 1200 SVP combined with the Daily, Weekly and Monthly tasks to make EA2 or 125 t credits at $36.25 which comes with 1500 SVP and automatically qualifies you as an EA2.

Another way of my PSAs becoming EA2 is by them being actively involved in my team contest. If they win the contest, they can be given gift certificates to help them build their team.

Another way of my PSAS becoming EA2 is by transfering active affiliates from the same country to them to assist them in team building. That active affiliate will help them build their ranks and achieve their goals.

Another way of my PSAs becoming EA2 is by encouraging them to refer family members, friends and relatives to make purchases on tripleclicks. If their referrals make purchases, they get commissions. Such commissions generated can be used to makd purchases for them to acheive theit EA2 ranks.

Another way is for them to be ECAS or refer ECAs. They get life time royalities commissions on sales generated by the ECAs. Once they get their first 10 dollars sale, you as the referral gets 100 AVP.

Another way my PSAs becoming EA2 is by telling them about the Signing bonus where they can get up to $100 signing bonus being a Gold Fast Track Member.

Another way of my PSAS becoming EA2 is through the Milestone shares. Its an incentive for them as they get up to 18 milestone shares for each 10 Versa Point earned. As they attain the first milestone which is BTL, they can claim the shares they have banked till they reach DTL. Letting them know that the Milestone shares banked expires after a year.

Good question. Sometimes reaching too high can overwhelm people or even cause them to think this is beyond their reach. Simply focusing on becoming EA2 is much easier for a lot of people than worrying about what is beyond that. And so it's easier to take them one step at a time rather than throwing the whole 9 yards at them.

Explain to them how a continual dripping faucet would eventually fill a very large barrel over time and that this is the thinking behind SFI. They don't have to reach top numbers but simply be consistent. And in time, a little every day will bring a lot in the end. Keep things at a simple pace for your PSA's and many of them will take hold on it easier.

The minimum requirement for EA2:
- Held EA level last month
- Have accumulated 1500 VP by the end of the month

By the end of an affiliate’s 2nd month in SFI, if he had achieved EA the previous month, he would have most likely near exhausted the majority of the readily available VPs at the ‘to-do- list’ tab.

The main sources of VPs now available are sales, games & contests, auction bidding and ASK SC. The only ways they can earn the needed VPs are within SFI. They cannot be earned externally.

In my opinion, the best sources for the needed VPs are TripleClicks sales. Encourage your affiliates to promote TripleClicks products and services. Not only will they earn the VPs from any purchases by their PRMs but they also earn MRPs & Commission. Even if they are unable to make EA2, their experience & earnings (if any) will stand them in good stead for the future.

Regarding what you can do, which are not promoted by SFI, to help them succeed with their sales and reach their EA2 targets – there are many of these:

- Teach them how to run advertising campaigns
- Select what to promote
- Where to advertise
- Help/show them how to build/acquire/ operate websites of their own & how these can be used to facilitate sales
- How to develop a web presence
- Show them how to use the various social sites
- Show them how to start up and operate and online store with the view of having their own EC store at TripleClick

There are many other things you can do but the drive and the focus should be to increase their ability to succeed with more sales resulting in more VPs for their EA2 qualification.

The skills learned can also be used for recruiting PSAs.

You can't control the human will.
2. Show and let them know the benefits that is attached in becoming an EA2. This will give them a desire and focus to pursue it as a goal.
3. Building a good relationship with your team is another key, because the more they trust you, the more they will work with you to achieve it.

6. They can participate in the Ask Sc, DG, Tripleclicks sales etc for free vps. These i will call utilizing the unlimited Vp Principle.
I used the above ways to requalify as an EA2 for 4 months straight With many free Tcredits from PTP wins.

Getting your PSAs to the EA2 by design is easy. That's why we have the following:

1. Fast Track.
2. Designated Diamond
3. Milestone shares
4. CSA Reassignments/PSA Reassignments
5. Signing Bonus
6. Contests

If all of this doesn't motivate your PSA to be an EA2 then quite frankly you may be dealing with a situation where the PSA is not committed to their success. When this is the case, you have to work with the affiliates who understand that this is a serious business.

When none of the previous resources push the PSA to the level of commitment required then if you feel the PSA have potential then you really need to gather feedback from your PSA by asking open ended questions like "Can you tell me what your expectations are for your business and how do you plan on achieving this doing what you are doing?"

Some people are disillusioned into thinking that if they just do the diaily actions they will eventually start making good money over time. This is the same type of disillusionment that can occur with badges. Badges for Forum likes, SC Ratings, Power ranking and the like are nice to have and they serve the purpose they were created for but have no monetary value.

Therefore, as a leader you have to find out the motive of your PSAs if they are not motivated to excel in ways to produce income. There is an obvious disconnect. So a good leader helps their team to see the benefit added aspects of the business for the PSA. Perhaps their is a life event that is interfering with the focus of your PSA. Empathize and communicate your concerns. Your journey may help the both of you to understand if this business is a good fit for that PSA or not. Then if not, it's ok. But if you help your PSA to understand the value then you will likely to gain another EA2. Always let your team know that you support their decision to act or move on.

Sometimes we may think all the necessary methods needed to reach at least a EA2 has bee. stated by SFI, yes! but then the question is requesting for what extra things do you we do to reach EA2. aside buying from TripleClicks, Earning VP through downlime requalification, playing EZ games, daily actions etc

It may look like with all that is listed by SFi, there may be no other way to reach EA; but I say there are maybe few and here is one of such

1. Manage your resources

Yeah, to meet up with EA in the next month we need to manage all that we have in our possession to gather more VP. For an affiliate who is still struggling to recruit PSAs need not waste much time gathering VPs, instead of building the team. If you have like 500 VP over the EA Versal Point, save it for next month instead of having 2000VP for the recent month which neither qualifies you as BTL, nor help you earn Matching VPs. So save it for the next month.

2. Continue to build courage

At the beginning of a new month, new affiliates tend to want to withdraw as they have. it earn as they were thinking. But building more courage to enter the new month to want to do more will definitely drive you towards achieving the level of a EA. If there is no courage then there is no drive to want to continue not to talk of becoming EA.

3. Keep Track of Activities

Most times we realize that we had earn less Versal Point in a particular month and vise-vesal. It's no doubt that some activities we engage in help us accumulate either more points or lesser points. Such as when I play EZ games and Answer questions at ASK SC, I earn more VP and divert funds for VPs to PSAs. So its good to keep records of activities at SFI and TripleClicks that helps us gather enough Versal Points to reach at least EA level.

To it also add .more diligence to your hard work, and to your diligence add resourceful strategies to your monthly activities, this will help reach EA in no time.

There are several ways that SFI shares as a way to achieve rank of an EA2 consistently.

Strategies that are shared by SFI are basic for all to use and so is up to each affiliate or team to create new strategies to add to what SFI discusses there is no replacement as all what SFI shares is accurate and effective.

It is important to consider with downline members what skills they have and what is available to them on a local level. At times, ideas shared by one may or may not be a strategic fit for everyone. Example of this would be the Wave3 program - since it is primarily a program to use with a vehicle it may be adapted in a way which stills shows respect to SFI but is a strategy that the affiliate can do. So for affiliates who may not have a vehicle, they can still use the bumper sticker in a different way such as asking a family member to affix this to his or her car so that marketing can still occur. I know of an affiliate whose vehicle was in an accident and unable to get finances in place to get a second vehicle so opted to place the Wave3 decal in the front window of his home so that delivery people, visitors, and even other services such as the cleaning company staff see the decal and inquire what it is about.

Recruitment as a marketing plan can be done by using various programs such as PSA's, CSA's, ECA's, PRM's and even musicians. Each program requires more people so be sure to consider "team building" being more than simply focusing on getting more PSA's and CSA's.

If down line members have comfort and knowledge on how to have a web presence with the use of Social Media tools such as Twitter, Snap Chat, Blogging, Vlogging, Instantgram, Facebook, Pintrest, Google Circles, or even the creation of landing pages - then encourage them to be creative with such skills to embed TripleClicks and SFI into all such Social Media Posting.

Make advertising YOUR number 1 priority in SFI. Don't just give it lip service actually do advertising yourself. Helping an affiliate earn the money in SFI to make EA2 every month is to assure that they will remain EA2's. One way to improve their ability to become EA2's is to run contests every month that cover the cost of being an EA2. For instance have advertising contests - Your affiliate places 20 ads every day for ten days. Sending you lists of where and how the ads were placed. If an affiliate is doing this with products, he will probably earn enough DC to be an EA2.

Do your very best to teach them advertising. Do some advertising for them, even if you have to purchase some.

Advertising for them in areas where you have had good response in the past allows them to see that advertising does work.

Send them to places where they can see your ads so they know that you are advertising. Send them subject lines and ideas that have worked great for you.

Help them locate niches that are suitable for advertising products, then find products in TCECA that would sell in that niche.This improves their chances of selling enough to make EA2.

Send them lists of places to advertise, with instructions on how to use these advertisements to their benefit. Send them letters and ads you use to get a response.

Help them set up a biz page in Facebook and other social media sites. Have them join your biz page.

Help them with a web site, and then each of you advertise for the other on your sites.

Many of these suggestions can be promoted in an auto responder, so you can send out many letters at once and don't spend time writing them for each individual.

Remember that sales of products brings in the most money the fastest. Developing a downline is more profitable in the long run, but will be easier for them if they learn how to earn their EA2 without having to make an investment because TC is paying the way.

Getting your EAs to EA2s is not that difficult if the EAs are committed to moving up and are prepared to do what it takes to succeed in SFI.

We already know that having a Standing Order with a TC product with 1500 VP can ensure an EA can keep the rank and be EA2 the following month. This is the easiest way to do it.

Although SFI stresses that it is not compulsory, but a convenience in not having to do it manually every month, it is still worth considering as an investment to your own business.

SFI has clearly spelt out how one can advance from EA to EA2 Rank easily and in the process how one can earn more benefits.

Unless the sponsor works closely with the Team Members it will be very difficult to see growth.

If this is the case, it is important to have Active Affiliates in your Team. Active here means people who log in to their Account every day and who are committed to their business.

If you have such people, it will be quite easy to coordinate with them and guide them to advance to EA2 Ranks continuously.

In reality, it is not happening.

What best the Sponsor can do create more active members?

1. Encourage them frequently through mails without overwhelming them;
2. Keep them informed of developments in SFI through Stream Messages;
3. Where ever possible, try and speak to them;
4. Identify potential EA2 within the team & offer them:

- Gift Certificates;
- TCredits;
- Re-assignment of Members;
- Conduct contests & reward them with attractive Gifts from TripleClicks;

5. Sponsor should indulge in "Transfer Buying" & show the products to the affiliates explaining how
two things can be achieved with one hit i.e. Family requirement is met & enough VersaPoints are
obtained.

6. There are no hard and fast rules that can be applied to get your affiliates to become EA2.

7. What suits one person can not be suit the other person. Such being the case, its better that we all
stick to what is being provided by SFI, (Proven and Tested Methods) without complicating things.

8. In essence, I suggest promoting Transfer Buying preferably through local ECAs, on a large scale,
by every SFI Member will help a lot in building the Team & growing together with the Team by
advancing to the next level continuously.

Beyond this, if you want to do anything different to your Team Members, please think out of the box and act upon it. What works for you better will not necessarily work for others!
