These are my observations about the changes especially the Designated Diamond initiative. It is clear that they are meant to:-
a) Help the affiliates reach leadership levels starting with becoming a BTL
b) Highlight the importance of having an active down line
c) More active team members means a better commission cheque which means more available funds to invest in your business.
d) It encourages those leaders who have an active team to move higher up and make a commitment to achieve Diamond Team Leader.
e) It gives incentives to prospective affiliates to see the SFI as a lucrative alternative income stream and join the scheme
f) The changes support the business idea to have active affiliates which is the core concept of this business.
