Thank you for your question because it is one that I have been giving serious thought. I think that the new changes are great for SFI and for its affiliates. I have never been fond of change but SFI is changing my mind! (Pun intended)
I absolutely love the Designated Diamond program. I have a great sponsor who is always willing to help his team so I am already a Designated Diamond. This gives me even more incentive to work hard and see results.
The Milestone program acts as a balance to the new team leader requirements. It ensures that you won't neglect your To-Do list and earning vp. Both of these are important because they help you to achieve different goals.
The change in the way that you can collect vp is fantastic. It makes gathering vp for the month a lot easier. There have been times that I have struggled to make the action vp so this is a big boost.
I am learning a lot from the new Biz Quiz even though there a still a few bugs. It is making do research and reading which I think is the purpose. I thought that I knew a lot about SFI and TripleClicks until I started answering the questions.
I think that with all the new programs and opportunities, SFI is off to an awesome year and I am even prouder to be an affiliate.

The new changes made known to all SFI affiliates are:-

1. Requirement to meet the Leadership Status like 1 First level EA2
for BTL, 2 First Level BTL for STL etc.
2. Milestone Shares
3. Designated Diamonds
4. The Biz Quiz
5. Simplified VersaPoints rules
6. More VersaPoints opportunities.

With the new changes, we have to look at how this changes would accelerate our business growth.

In terms of Leadership status, I would advertise more aggresively. Towards the end of last year, it was stated that before you can become a Team Leader for instance, Bronze Team Leader, you must have at least 1 EA2 first level. This is the new twist unlike before you can be a Team Leader without having an active team. This I agree is stragetically a good move and i would work harder to help recruit at least 5 active team members to help rise in Team Leader ranks and aid Duplication easier. This would have a positive significance as your active PSAs would be someone's CSAs helping to reduce redundancy and Inactive PSAs that would be churned by SFI.

Milestone Shares:- Also with the Milestone shares, for every 10 personal VP you earn, you also earn up to 18 bonus shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool that will be paid to you upon reaching the milestones of SFI's five Team Leader ranks which are:-

1. Bronze Team Leader (BTL)
2. Silver Team Leader (STL)
3. Gold Team Leader (GTL)
4. Platinum Team Leader (PTL)
5. Diamond Team Leader (DTL).

You will bank:-

* 10 Milestone Shares per 10 VP if your rank is Affiliate or EA
* 12 Milestone Shares per 10 VP if your rank is BTL
* 14 Milestone Shares per 10 VP if your rank is STL
* 16 Milestone Shares per 10 VP if your rank is GTL
* 18 Milestone Shares per 10 VP if your rank is PTL.

Shares that you bank each month are reflected in a new Milestone Shares counter have been added at the Affiliate Center ( http://www.sfimg.com ) header. Your Milestone Shares is also displayed in the My Earnings panel on your Scoreboard tab (https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=scoreboard ) .

With the Milestone shares, it gives a significant and meaningful bonus commensurate to the effort invested to earn them. For instance, if you personally have 1500 VersaPoints for this month, that would be 1500 milestone shares which is dependent on the rate.

The beauty of the Milestone shares is the earning opportunities we as Affilates will earn when we achieve certain Team Leadership Ranks till we reach the highest rank. That is Diamond Team Leader where after claim, would be maxed out. 5 additional layers as we rise in rank, 5 times earning as we attain each new rank. This means that asides your commissions for tripleclicks sales, you also get an additional bonus when you rise in Team Leader Ranks.

The change would now make me and my team strive hard to achieve the Milestone shares centered at sponsoring and duplicating my actions thereby rising in ranks and achieving goals to attain the Milestone shares.

Designated Diamonds:- The Designated Diamonds (DD) program is directly aligned with THE PLAN ( https://www.sfimg.com/the_plan ) which prescribes identifying five serious PSAs and working together towards the mutual goal of becoming a Diamond Team Leader.

With this new change, it has actually made duplication easier as one would work only with the diligent, dedicated and resourceful affiliates in the team. On your part as the sponsor, there is open communication between you and your designated Diamonds as well as an attractive $200 signing bonus payable with your commissions spread over 5 years achieving Team Leader ranks at the sitpulated time frame. In order words, work with the workers in your team to achieve the best results.

The Biz quiz:- This is another innovation by SFI this 2016, as it builds all affiliates IQ and knowledge of SFI/Tripleclicks business. This is helpful to me as it involves me constantly reading and acquiring knowledge which I could channel down to my team members.

Simplified VersaPoints rules:- This rocks as the changes in my opinion is to the positive as we need to achieve success by simply meeting team leader requirement especially on our first level PSAs being EA2 and above, do our to do lists to acquire the necessary versa points for the ranks in question. For instance, BTL will require at least 1 EA2 first level, combining both sales, purchases, our To Do List to achieve the rank and so on. This is much simplified unlike previously, maximum sales and purchases was 2000SVP but now, no limit provided Team Leader requirement has been attained.

More VersaPoint opportunities:- With this new change there would be increased awareness and patronage on Tripleclicks. More versa points to be earned when bidding, lising of unwanted items in the home, music downloads etc. Such AVP would be helpful in the long run when trying to achieve Team Leader ranks.

In summary, innovations by SFI has brought about people strategizing to build their teams, advertising tripleclicks products to get the highest earning opportunities.

If we look at the concept of change in general, it is a good thing. It is important things change because it gives you a chance to adapt, learn and grow. People that don't like change usually struggle to take the necessary steps to become successful. With this in mind, let's look at the changes in SFI in 2016:

All these changes (I prefer to say additions) are already positive on it's own. Milestone shares, Biz Quiz and the simplified VersaPoints rules will make everyone more money. There's no way you can look at this in a negative way because if you simply do the same as you were doing in 2015, you will make more money. The Designated Diamond program is a great opportunity to work closer with your sponsor, which in return will make you more money too. And it will (in most cases) motivate you to work that little bit harder this year to become successful.

The changes announced on January 1st 2016 simply set the stage for a stellar year. Everything still depends on what you do to reach goals and achieve milestones. Growth is dependent on our actions. Therefore, if we move in the right direction and execute our plans this year is going to be the best and here's why.

Milestone shares is not only brilliant but a definite boost to commissions. For ever 10 versa points accrued, shares will be banked. These shares will continue to build for one year and then they are forfeited if the next highest milestone is reached. For example everyone starts earning 10 shares per 10 versa points accrued until they are paid when the next highest milestone is achieved. Then what's in the bank is paid as a bonus to commissions and shares are banked toward the next highest milestone.

Moreover, for every milestone achieved the shares banked per 10 versa points increases! The milestone shares banked per 10 versa points accrued can reach 18 shares/10 VP. The focus is clearly BUILDING SOMETHING GREAT - building the SFI business and its people.

Through the DD program, the Team Leaders and their invited DDs commit to each other to work together to achieve DTL both for the sponsor & for the invitee. The new announcements on 1st January are certainly not going to provide any new tricks or systems to make a difference. But, it is going to change the way you are working. With new Milestone Shares and Designated Diamond program, now you have a time limit to achieve your goals. So, let me give you the outlines I have drawn from each of them..

1. Milestone Shares: This is a huge introduction to keep all of my team members eager for achieving new ranks. Because the milestone shares are going to expiry after 1 year of award. if someone is really serious about building a good business, he wont like to loose them. So the affiliate will always eager to advance his rank to TL which is going to help my business grow.

2. Designated Diamond: This is just a WOW program for the year. Now with this, I have the commitment of my PSA to achieve certain team leader rank within a given period. My PSA's success is ultimately my own success.

3. New Simple Versa Points: Yes, this is great introduction. Earlier even if you have 2 EA2, accumulating 1000 action versa points was never going to easy unless you spend a good amount of TCredits in bidding. But now, you do not have any such restrictions. Now you can put a standing order of 1500 VP and wait till the last few days of the month doing your regular activities. During last part of the month, if you have one EA2 just purchase the rest VPs and become BTL. Similarly, if you have 2 BTLs in PSA, you can easily become STL and so on. Is not that good enough to relax your mind from the hectic action VP plans?

4. More VP options: This is not the biggest of the announcement when you consider that the sales/purchase and action VPs are just simple VP now. However, it has few benefits. For example, previously you were receiving 500 VP maximum from bidding even if you spend 1000 TCredits for winning any Pricebender auction. But now, you can receive maximum 1000 VP. This basically means more matching points in the executive pool.
