I remember when I first joined SFI and I started sending team mails to my new PSAs. I wanted to share with them the things they needed to do and each team mail I would send would take me what seemed like forever to send because I would have to research every tidbit of information to make sure I was sharing the correct information. And guess what?
I became a GREAT student so that I could be a great leader. Now, each and every time a new change happens with SFI I find myself doing the same thing. I want to be sure to share the correct information .... AND be able to answer questions when asked of me ... so I research it and then paraphrase it into my own words.
This helps me to know that I have grasped the information in my own mind so that I am prepared to share it with others. Still, I may need to look things up or ask when a question arises that I do not know the answer to ... but fortunately we have an OUTSTANDING SFI community and so answers are never too long left unanswered.
So in short, my recommendation is to become the teacher and mentor and by doing so you will also be an EXCELLENT student!

Before you can help our affiliates understand the value of the new Milestone Shares, we have to read, study in depth and understand the concept first. We cannot give something we don’t have or share something we don’t know.
Understand that for every 10 personal VP we earn, we can now bank up to 18 bonus shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool; paid to us upon reaching each of the five Team Leader ranks!

You may want to see that If an Affiliate is active or not, not only to login to SFI but to his/her mail, SFI Chat and others that you have communicate to them.
If such Affiliate is active surely he/she will look unto this, the news/updates and others regularly and in turn response to you for any doubt/more information about such things communicated to them.
If such Affiliate is not active there is a chance that they might/might not got it.
Still then to make sure that such important things/ updates/ notification not miss by them you may want to let them know about it in any modes of communication and let them understand that you can earn more for the same hard work, time and money spend.

This will increase their chances of becoming a Bronze Team Leader and beyond this one level and will continually to increase their abilities to gain new Milestone points and gain new levels,in this business when they buy verse-points from Triple-Clicks and increase their Milestone points in their sales that they make.

Well,I think the best thing to do is to reach your downline via stream post, team mails, or in anyway of communication which you think your team mates are active.
Introduce them the milestone share program, and how it works or how are you going to work for it. Gather, more positive ideas about it to discuss and share with them.
