You first of all have to make sure they are up to date with the latest happenings at SFI. We sometimes assume that everybody will know about it because it is in the Newsletter and it is discussed at the Forum but I learned something a long time ago - never assume anything. Pay attention to detail and rather tell them something they know already before you assume.

I decided that I am just going to tell them shortly about the milestone shares and that it is just one more way SFI added for us to make a success of our business. As I see it, it is as valuable as cash. Then give them a link where they can read more about it themselves. I am doing this with all the new additions and changes SFI made. Just keep in mind that English is not everybody's mother tongue and that some of you affiliates might need a simplified explanation. I will follow this up with a short simple explanation in my own words. If you have a reactive team you can invite them to ask questions if they do not understand - but if you have a quiet team you will have to explain more and simple enough.

Think back to when you were in school. How did you understand and remember concepts and more complex problems? You took keywords and simplified it for you to understand. First make sure you understand it and explain it the way you understood it

SFI started this Milestone share to help provide a significant and meaningful bonus--commensurate to the effort invested to earn the shares. Its such a great opportunity for all affiliates all over the world to earn upto twice there monthly income.

Earning the Milestone shares is as easy as earning our daily Versal Points because for every 10 personal VP you earn, you also earn up to 18 bonus shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool that will be paid to you upon reaching the milestones of SFI's five Team Leader ranks!...which are:

Bronze Team Leader (BTL)
Silver Team Leader (STL)
Gold Team Leader (GTL)
Platinum Team Leader (PTL)
Diamond Team Leader (DTL)

You will bank:

10 Milestone Shares per 10 VP if your rank is Affiliate or EA
12 Milestone Shares per 10 VP if your rank is BTL

With the above it is glaring that their is truly no ceiling to how much we can earn. 1. They are capable providing a significant and meaningful bonus–commensurate to the effort
invested to earn them;

2. a) TripleClicks Executive Pool should be rewarding every one for the efforts made.

b) Therefore, quarterly, the quantity of Milestone Shares award per 10 VP may be adjusted up or
down (with the rate increase or decrease effective starting with the new quarter).

c) We will earn these special bonus shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool when we achieve
the rank of BTL, and then each time you advance your Team Leader rank (up to five times
total).

3. Before you try to ensure your affiliates know about & understand the value of the Milestone Shares,

4. I find from your Profile that you are yet to get "Designated Diamond" by your Sponsor.

Q: Is there a place where I can keep track of Milestone Shares that have expired or will be expiring soon?

Q: What if I achieve a Team Leader rank, then lose that rank, and then achieve it again at a later time? Do I earn the Milestone Shares each time?
No, you can only earn Milestone Shares one time for each Team Leader rank.
Q: What if I’m already a Team Leader? How does the program work for ME?
If you’re already a Team Leader, you won’t be able to earn bonus shares for all five Team Leader milestones, but you’ll be able to earn for all the Team Leader ranks you’ve not yet achieved. Looking back one year, you’ll receive shares at the 10x rate for the months you were an EA…and at the 12x rate for the months you were a BTL. If within that year you advanced further yet, say, to STL for a couple months, you would earn some shares at the 14x rate, too.
Q: Do I earn Milestone Shares for all the Matching VersaPoints I earn?
No, Milestone Shares are banked only on the PERSONAL VP you earn.
Q: What happens to my Milestone Shares bank once I achieve the top rank of Diamond Team Leader?
Once you reach Diamond status and are paid your banked shares, you’ll no longer be earning Milestone Shares, your Milestone Shares account is zeroed out and it will no longer be displayed to you.

The to do this is by explaining what the Milestone Shares(MS) is all about in your weekly Team mail. The explanation needs to detail so that they can understand. A simple explanation goes thus:

The Milestone Shares is an incentive to encourage and also boost earnings of affiliates growing in their SFI business. You start enjoying it when you become a Team Leader or progressing on the TL plan. Team Leader rank starts from Bronze Team Leader through to Diamond Team Leader. The Milestone Shares is directly tied to the VPs you earn daily. If you earn 15 VPs, your MS bank has 15 shares. If your VP increases to 720, your MS bank becomes 720.

If you are an affiliate/EA now, by end of January your total VP is 3563, you are having 3563 in your MS bank and you are already a BTL (provided you meet other requirements). Milestone Shares for BTL is 10 bonus share for every 10 VP. This implies that in your January earnings, you will have 3560 share of the TripleClicks Executive Pool. Instead of receiving 3563 shares (in the former system), you will now receive 7123 shares from TC Executive Pool! Is this not an income booster?

Despite collecting the above, you still have 3 shares as balance in your MS bank. The 3 will be added to the new VPs you earn in February. Assuming you end February with 4129 VP, your MS bank will have 4132. You are now a STL (provided you meet other requirements). For a STL, you earn 12 bonus share for every 10 VP. This implies that for your 4129 VP, you earn 4956 bonus share, and your earnings from TC Executive Pool is 9085(4129+4956)!!! Nothing as rewarding as this.

This opportunity to earn Milestone Shares only begins after earning one of SFI'S Team Leadership positions (EA2, Bronze, Silver, Gold Platinum, and Diamond)
Once your leadership position is obtained, for each 10 personal VP (VersaPoints) earned you will earn between 10 and 18 shares of Milestone Shares according to your level of leadership. these shares will be posted in the header of your affiliate page.

When I think about milestones, I picture my children growing up. How do we let our children know that each milestone is important? We celebrate the milestones either by something simple as cheering and clapping or something formal like a party to celebrate a special birthday, graduation, etc.

We can use this same concept for our teams. When a PSA achieves a new milestone, you can cheer them on by recognizing the accomplishment in the forum, stream post, or weekly team mail. You can also send an E-card to make it personal. This will show others that the milestone is a big deal and hopefully that will motivate the rest of your team to work towards that same milestone.
