I want to make sure my affiliates know about and understand the value of the new Milestone Shares. How do I do this?

You first of all have to make sure they are up to date with the latest happenings at SFI. We sometimes assume that everybody will know about it because it is in the Newsletter and it is discussed at the Forum but I learned something a long time ago - never assume anything. Pay attention to detail and rather tell them something they know already before you assume.

I decided that I am just going to tell them shortly about the milestone shares and that it is just one more way SFI added

To help affiliates understand the value of the Milestone Shares, yiu need to help the understand the reason for which SFI has decided to start the New Year with such great gift.

SFI started this Milestone share to help provide a significant and meaningful bonus--commensurate to the effort invested to earn the shares. Its such a great opportunity for all affiliates all over the world to earn upto twice there monthly income.

For every 10 personal VP you earn, you will also earn up to 18 bonus shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool that will be paid to you upon reaching the milestones of SFI’s five Team Leader ranks!

Everytime you earn 10 personal VP, up to 18 bonus shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool will be earned as well which you will be paid for when reaching the milestones of SFI's five Team Leader ranks. So Milestone Shares are basically a measuring rod for determining how much more money

1. They are capable providing a significant and meaningful bonus–commensurate to the effort
invested to earn them;

2. a) TripleClicks Executive Pool should be rewarding every one for the efforts made.

You will need to talk to your team members about the Milestone Shares. You can use the Group Mailer, Stream, Weekly Newsletter etc to bring it to their attention.

I would suggest that you ask them to go and read the official announcement and FQAs at http://news.sfimg.com/2016/01/01/new-for-2016-milestone-shares/

Invite and encourage discussions withing the team about it. You can also encourage them to read and take part in the Forum discussion on the Milestone Shares.

It is not very hard to do . Just send the email about milestone shares newsletter link or details as follows and ask them if they can understand or not. In this case most of the affiliates do not give reply. So I think it is not easy to get confirmation. But as a team leader we must try our best to help new affiliates . As a good team leader we must try our best to give all information to our new affiliates.

When I think about milestones, I picture my children growing up. How do we let our children know that each milestone is important? We celebrate the milestones either by something simple as cheering and clapping or something formal like a party to celebrate a special birthday, graduation, etc.
