How can I learn to be a good Team Leader for my group?
I have found the best way to learn about being a leader is to look at my leaders. Whether they are doing well or doing poorly there is something to learn from them.
If I have a leader I am not motivated by I look at what it is they do, or don't do, that makes me feel that way. In other words I try to learn from their mistakes.
When I encounter a leader who impresses me I look at their actions and try to copy them. I use them as my role model.

The most important way to be a good Team Leader is to log into SFI daily.Read the news.
Participate at the Forums and Ask Sc.
Ask questions here at Ask SC and always answer them.Even if you never win a prize for best question or answer,as a Team Leader, you need to participate here. They need 30 new answers
for each of us.Do your part.
Put up a co-op for your movers.This way these referrals be just like they advertised for them.

If you wish to be not a good team leader then the best team leader for your group,You must learn from your sponsor and co-sponzor and from all your upline team member,you must listen and carry out they tips and advices and carry out with it.You must teach all your affiliates all what you learn from your upline team.And unconditionally transfer knowledge to them. Think about the things that meant a lot to you. If your Sponsor was/is a good Leader, what made them so?
Think about your a2a friends, and what Leadership techniques did you learn from them?
Think about those in the Forum (guru or not) that you see as leaders. What makes them leaders, in your eyes?
Often those that have been good followers also become good leaders!

Be a leader means to take responsibility of its people and dedicate them completely. A good leader can not be any to begin devote himself to his men and find them when you need them . Help your people to progress and explain the purpose of the SFI . People who join the SFI have many questions and you have to have the answers . I hope I have at least helped a bit .

The important thing is not to be afraid and to start and do not know and I'm not sure, ask your sponsor must. Learning from the sky naspadl, as they say.
But if you do not start in time that is needed for this activity and since you are required to, and assumes that you do so, you can count on the fact that you will not succeed.
It is then good to urgently overcome this fear. I keep my fingers crossed for all.
Surely it is now particularly important to choose their PSA closely, you can be successful.

If you believe that your team leader is doing a great job you have to learn from him and also from other trailing on the forums advice and experience has implemented them, what is most important is communication with the team, being at their disposal 24 hours, encourage them and offer unobtrusive help when you find problems !!!

To be a good team leader, I think you should always be there for them, help them when they get in trouble and congratulated when they get something. And more importantly, a leader must be able to give a good example, could encourage members to immediately go forward with the awareness of their own and providing a variety of useful tips.
Though, everyone can be a leader;

This is just a process of learning to be a good team leader of your group where in, you, yourself isn't aware you've been executing the deeds of what a GOOD Team Leader should be.
