Some people are natural born leaders this is innate to their personality and character. For others it has to be learned.
We are blessed that within the SFI program there are lessons teaching us how to be great Team Leaders by putting all you learn into practice.

So any-one who takes SFI as a serious business can be an awesome Team Leader and lead their Team by example, others will follow great leaders.

So read everything, put what you learn into practice, offer you help, advice and be caring and considerate and you will be the best team leader.

If you help make every-one in your team Diamonds then you have achieved the ultimate.

This after all is the Goal, you are successful when all your team is successful.
