How can I learn to be a good Team Leader for my group?

Some people are natural born leaders this is innate to their personality and character. For others it has to be learned.
We are blessed that within the SFI program there are lessons teaching us how to be great Team Leaders by putting all you learn into practice.
So any-one who takes SFI as a serious business can be an awesome Team Leader and lead their Team by example, others will follow great leaders.
So read everything, put what you learn into practice, offer you help, advice and be caring and considerate and you will be the best team leader.
If you help make every-one in your team Diamonds then you have achieved the ultimate.
This after all is the Goal, you are successful when all your team is successful.

There are many actions in SFI for which you can earn VersaPoints. Which is the action you should recommend to your downline to focus on and why?

I believe doing Red Tabs and To-do list every-day; weekly and monthly actions without fail is imperative to setting up a positive, persistent and passionate work ethic that you want all your downline members to emulate, this is why we have VP streak badges on display.
There is 400+ VP available through these actions every month, this can help people with limited funds achieve EA by adding a 1200vp Standing Order of different products cross Tripleclicks.
I consider that some new people may not have a lot of funds, after all they often join SFI to make money so this sends the right message to new affiliates that working every-day in their business will assist them in growing and learning through the Forum and ASK SC.

I don't believe there is any different strategy for this age group, it is definitely a certain type of person/ personality that will join and work any affiliate or networking business.
What sets SFI apart from many others out there; is any-one can do this business, young or old, with or without experience with or without money. The career training is supplied FREE so what it takes is committment, determination and persistance to be successful in this business as in life. The fact that social media plays an enormous role in every-ones lives today makes this business equally attractive to younger people.

It is a simple answer, Communication, when you receive a message from your upline, reply, it is not only polite, but important for you to make contact, you may not need their help now, but you may later on. As a sponsor we cannot assist our downline members if they simply ignore our communications, we are here ready and happy to give as much support as we can for you to become successful. Open communication should be how you get maximum support from your upline.

Offline or online recruiting...which is best and why?

This is an important question Eleh, because it really is not one or the other, it is about both and how you can best use your talents in building your business.
Building your business in your community is great, ECA's can be part of that, people you know friends or family this gives you people to work with, no language barriers etc.
Online requires Marketing, free or paid, communication is vital, you must have reliable internet connection and email. You need to have an S builder or be prepared to buy PSA's regularly each month to build your downline.
So it is and can be a combination of both.

This an interesting question.
My experience has been that you must sell yourself first and foremost, people must buy you, trust you and what you stand for before you can "sell" them anything.
Being honest, respectful and able to communicate are the keys to being a great salesperson. Always be honest and find out what their needs and wants are; give them what they want and you will get what you want.
