To be a good Team Leader requires your commitment to the course. You must dedicate your time, energy and resources. You must create time to send newsletter to your group, attended to members questions, motivate as well as encourage your group. Allocate your resources towards supporting your group to grow. This resources can be in form of creating a co-op, Gift certificate, TCREDIT etc.
Another important step to be a good Team Leader is to take action daily at growing your SFI business,which includes your group. Read a lot of SFI growth resource materials, do all your daily task, participate at the Forum, etc. Making sure you are continuously improving in your SFI business.
Being a good Team Leader means you have to lead by example. Your group members will easily believe in your leadership when they see your accomplishments through your badges. You need to have a Standing Order, Product Review,Good Ask rating, EA streaks, VP streaks, Designated Diamond etc badges displaying.
