Stream posts can be a powerful tool to communicate and train your team. Although, it has a limit in length of text that you post but an advantage that they are viewed by all affiliates in your team at all levels.

You can inform them about:

1. An event. It could be, spin & win; any SFI news or to carry forward of VP’s for new comers who could not qualify as EA last month within first week of subsequent month.

2. You can update them with any contest you have

Good day Susan,

Stream posts are good ways to communicate with your PSAS and CSAs to get them actively involved. Stream posts can either be Motivational, Informational, Educational, Affirmative or Acclimation.

Its quite important as a Sponsor or Co spononsor to know the difference instead of over whelming them with information that might be confusing.

For me indulging them or getting them engaged, in using stream post I tell them the importance as they can be used

There are times when you will want to get a short message out to your teammates in a hurry. SFI has provided a way for all affiliates to do just that. This is done through the communication system that is called the “Stream.”

With the Stream I can send messages to my a2a friends, my CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates), my PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) or to my CSAs and PSAs combined.

The size of your messages must be no more than 340 characters

Stream Posts is a powerful tool for communicating with your team members. Here are some ways to engage with your team through Stream Posts effectively:

- You can keep your message simple, but deep in meaning.

Communicate to them your strategy briefly. By doing this, you’re going to establish your strategy’s relevance with your team in a way that makes them care more about their development and growth in SFI. It should be at the core of all of your communications, a simple

It is of great value to use SFI Tools to cultivate your affiliates. And the Stream Message is a good one.

I see people wasting their stream message with meaningless dribble. I had one guy who posted every three days "Hello there". Sometimes he changed it to "Hi". This guy was after the VP, not the cash. A strong well educated and capable affiliate team earns you cash. Here are some stream messages that may help you to do just that.

Stream messages should

Stream Post are meant for sharing valuable post, where you can instantly send brief messages to your PSAs, CSAs, and/or your entire downline. You are automatically set to receive messages from your Sponsor, Co-Sponsor and Upline Team Leaders. You will also see messages from SFI Corporate and your A2A friends.

Stream messages are like your Facebook or Twitter status updates. You just have to post any short messages since the character is limited to 340 only. My suggestions would be:

1. Post reminders about what they should be doing in SFI from time to time. For example: we should set our goal by the 10th of the month for 5 VP, tell them about that and they should do it before the 10th.

2. Did you just learn something new that would benefit to your SFI business and also to your team?

Stream messages are one of effective methods to get engaged with our affiliates.

1. Keep posting some important methods you involved during your journey.

2. Post the quotes related to our business and which in turn brings enthusiasm to affiliates.

3. Congrats Newest EA or qualified EA2s or any ranks on Streams to get other affiliates motivated.

4. Always try to post some unique ideas and strategies.

5. Arrange webinars or group conversations

If an upline member writes in his/her stream ‘Welcome to SFI (name)’ and if this is his/her message most of the time, it’s not the most engaging message. Is it?

To me the ‘stream’ is a great way of building our teams and getting them engaged and active in the business.

The messages must be short but lively, active and useful.
Remember our team members are most likely to read these messages because:
- They have to review the Stream tab in order to earn their
