I love this question! What good is a new biz if it is not fun too?

someone who is dead or unknown.They want help from their sponsor.

My welcome message and the followup message 4 days later encourage them
to read my Stream posts.I add a new message every day by posting one in the
comment section of Stream.

Add up to seven active members to one co-op.Advertise the co-op places where
you can post more than one link a day.Fund it by Tripleclicks ECA"s and PSAs to go
and S-Builder.

Just like a baby new referrals need encouragement the first week.Help them reach
EA that first month any way you can.

To make it fun for your team. You have do one or more of the following:

1. Contest giving away TCredits, Gift Certificate, or Awards.
2. Play games ... See who can answers about ECA referring, SFI Affiliate recruiting, TripleClicks
3. Do Surveys
4. Have an online outing. Have everyone to log on and do a hangout with you on Google Hangouts or even Facebook Messenger.
5. Do a tablet or ipad recruit outing.
6. For those who are in other countries who do not have frequent access to technology, snail mail is appropriate.. if no access to their address, call if possible. Other then that you can use the translater. However, responses may not be as frequent as others.

These are just a few of many.

SFI by design is my answer to this question.

Be creative for how SFI can be fun. Check with others on how SFI is fun and project that to your down line team members too.

Some team leaders will have a survey for team members to respond to and in return for the right answer have a prize draw that can be entered.

May want to consider hosting in home parties to show how SFI can be fun by hosing a SFI Games Night with local affiliates or hosting a SFI Games day with your team members via the network.

May want to host competition for team members to prepare and submit a 140 Character message that highlights a SFI Marketing message and then have everyone pick their top 3 from all that were submitted through a Google Form Survey or Monkey Survey. The one with the most votes will then be shared with all and can be used to help each other with Twitter posts. In return for top picks, the author can be given a few CSA's or PSA's to help build their team.

There are many ways to make SFI fun and exciting.

If you show that you are committed and that SFI is a proven way of making an income online - lead by example - then you should find that your affiliates are excited by the fact that real people are getting results by staying active within SFI.

One reason why people keep doing what they do is because they enjoy it. Indeed work without some fun can seem stressful!
One can start by introducing the team to the fun that is already in existence at SFI; Eager Zebra Games. What’s more is that with some of these games, team members can play for free without spending a Tcredit.
To make it even more exciting the Team Leader can consider having team contests with attractive prizes such as Tcredits or Gift certificates.
If it is feasible, organising conference calls for your team is another exciting way of team bonding.
There is really no limit as to how creative one can be in putting some fun and excitement in the team!

I show my memebers that I realy enyoed in EZ games,explained to them that is so exaiting to see how I grow step by step and learn every day something new .
Also I teach them how to train a brain and how is it in my heart and soul to be a winner,
Every time I fill proud with mayself.
Every one of us love to know how much is brain or IQ.
SFI we must see as Strong,Feith and Inside deap ,deap desire as job for my little room who conected me the all the world.

Today, more and more companies are Realizing the need to form alliances to Succeed. Even the Largest companies can no follow-have Their Own Their destiny secure. This is Often the technology and the elaboration of international standards That lead to alliances.
So to Succeed, you must work as a team.
To make SFI more and more exciting and fun for your team, you only have to develop a very good strategy and after that, you must translate this strategy into action.
It will not be easy, but we must try.

The strategy and action plan should then be implemented and monitored.
Not to forget the first three attributes of success that are the backbone to success: strategy, structure and systems.
Then there are four other elements that provide the marrow:
1. The style that is imposed on all company personnel in its thinking and action.
2. The expertise, forged by the company to implement its strategy.
3. The staff selected by the company for the different needs of its business positions.
4. And the fourth element stems from the shared value system that drives the entire company.

As to its implementation, the strategy associated with the field of activity will be monitored and a customary control. This is made all the more necessary that the environment continues to evolve. Periodically, the company will revise its action plans and strategies, and even its objectives.
To understand the strategic marketing process, you have to start the operation of the business. The role of a firm is to create value in a market while generating a profit.
Traditionally, we first tried to produce and then sell.

If I were allowed to answer your question in one word it would be "incentives"! Give away an incentive for certain achievements.

For example you could re-assign 2 PSAs to each new affiliate who becomes EA, a $5.00 gift card for the top 5 affiliates who earn the most VersaPoint etc.

Why offer incentives?
As the old folk saying goes, "Encouragement heartens labor"! The "encouragement" in this case would be the incentive you offered your active referral. It show how much you appreciate their efforts hence sprouting more efforts.
