To be a good Sponsor, of course keeping our team engaged all the time, would be a perfect situation. Somehow, the actual situation is so difficult to predict when it comes to the activities of our newly appointed affiliates. There are so many unforeseen circumstances behind the reasons as to why most of the new sign-ups not being active.

However, as a good Sponsor we should:

1) Sent them an e-card or welcome letter immediately after they join, as per notices received

Good day Yvonne,

They are various ways to make our new sign ups engaged with SFI,  but remember some will while some won't.

As a good sponsor, communication is very key especially when we are trying to guide our new sign ups so that they don't loose forcus immediately. How this is done is for us to send them a welcome letter immediately when we receive a notification on our new sign up. In the welcome letter, there must be some salient actions that needs to be addressed

First of all You have to send them welcome card.
After that you should use its personal address and send personal message.
In you personal note you should list the tasks which you are doing every day and day that you are there to help.
One of the very good message which I send to my PSA and CSA is the one which include links to the video in their language which explaining to them what is SFI, how to to starting tasks, why is important to do daily tasks and how they should do

Hi Yvonne ,

1. First of all tell the new affiliates about the green line and E365 contest with prizes attached to it on completion of each round.
This will keep them coming to SFI for few days.

2. Utilize this time to make them acquainted with terms like Versapoints , Tcredits ,T-time play, Daily Grand etc the easy things to do.

3. Get them familiarised with the homepage and the different areas on it such as the RED TABs belt for Daily/Weekly/Monthly actions

I believe that first 24 hours are critical, especially the time when new PSA sign up.

If they are online, get in touch with them immediately to see and feel that real person welcomed them.

Be ready and prepared to have good answers to some of their possible questions which may determine them to quit or continue.

Whether new PSA is online or not, send him/her Welcome message with greetings, short introduction of the job and task that they should complete in first 24

Hi,Greetings!
You have asked good and important question about retaining new affiliate for longer than one day.
I hope following few tips may be useful to you for the question you have raised.

As important as it is to work towards improving SFI levels of affiliate engagement, there's no getting around the fact that it can be rather difficult.
But it doesn't have to be that way.
PSA, CO-SPONSOR, SUPPORT TEAM and "higher-up's" need all the help they can get

would say that the vast majority of sign-ups are not really engaged with SFI at the beginning. They are new to SFI and probably know nothing about affiliate businesses. I am always delighted the next day to see that they haven’t opt out. If they are active the next day, that’s even better.

When advertising and talking with prospects, I really make the point of letting them know that SFI is not a ‘get rich quick’ venture. It will take time to grow their business and

One thing that is common among SFI affiliates is the question on “how to motivate my newly arrived referrals so they will stay long enough to become active?”

When dealing with Internet marketing and a “free” to join marketing company comes with knowing that our ads will draw a lot of people who are just clicking on everything in search of “fast” money or looking for that magic “one button” to success business. This same thing happens even when using paid, and

Hi Yvonne,

This is an interesting question and I'm sure many Afilliates want's to know the answer...

First of all you need to contact your new team members in the shortest possible time on their mail, send them a Welcome message and you give them brief instructions for first steps in SFI (you can input a video into your message)

Then monitor them through their VP Leger to see which tasks are done and send them another mail with sugestions

That is the million dollar question. You can do a number of things - but no guarantees - it might or might not work. As long as you do your best there is nothing more you can do. You can not force them to sit down, log in and work. You can not force them to want to make a success.

So what can you do?

Welcome them and engage with them as soon as you find out they were assigned to you or they joined SFI. You can do this with an e-card, a welcome letter, Instant chat
