How much time should I allow before I should expect to be producing income from SFI?

Hello, this is really good question.
Your income depends on YOU and only YOU. If you have money to spend at the beginning for FAST TRACK you already have big +
but, the point is not just by doing daily weekly and monthly tabs,it is important, but we have to spread our lovely SFI web.
Of course it's not just have more and more PSA and CSA, they must be active.
Believe me you only need 30 minutes for doing daily tab and playing games. But for advertising you need much more time. Make a blog,do not do COPY/PASTE, be original.. Put your link of Facebook, Gmail,and register link,share your blog in every group on Facebook that you can,share it on Google + share it on Twitter share it on Pinterest share it on site for job... e v e r y w h e r e.
Don't let the day pass without your advertising if you want to get some income pretty fast.
If people see that you are active and you believe in this job they will gladly follow you. But do not be dictator,be friend with them,help them in any way.

How do you lead your team and have duplication when they are confused about everything?

I know how you feel...
I am sometimes tired of explaining the same thing over and over again, but i am trying to not show that because they will feel really bad. Maybe they lose interest in this job so i am doing my best to be good sponsor and friend. You should be active every day and show them that they can do this too and everyone can do it with just few $ in month. Of course explain them that it's not just clicking on tabs and playing games, they should build TEAM !
this 20$ for every new affiliates is really great thing and they should use it for advertising :)

big picture.. you gotta every day do daily tabs ! and you have weekly and monthly to do,too..but the point of this job to share our internet marketing web,it's not just doing those tabs. You must have people behind you, you want money ? Invite more and more people.
So it's not just doing tabs,playing games,auctions,and etc :)
What's a better investment and why? TCredits or S-Builder Co-op?

Depends... with tcredits you can play games,award you new affiliates and you can bid,collect tear drops,convert the for more versa points...buuut,builder co-op is something that can help you with more and more new affiliates but that doesnt mean they will be active...so it's not the point to ave many affliatrs,they must be active if you want to earn from their job... and if you are too lazy or something to creat blog and share I on facebook,twitter,google+ etc..then builder co-op is good idea,but for me personal I will share my blog everywhere and make my affiliates active.

For me personally I like to be friendly with them... If you act like you are the boss and they HAVE TO listen you,and you are really strict about that, you have to change...
I like that I am a friend with my sponsor and I can ask whatever and she will have answer and she is really polite.. with my downline I talk like they are my friends from school and we share hearts and many other loving emoticons ,it's really better to be friendly then bossy.
And I recommend you to create a group on facebook for your friends and talk with them In that way,it's much easier :)

What do I say to an affiliate who complains he's not getting as much out of SFI as he's putting into it?

If he/she is complaining how he/she do not get much as he/she putting into... Probably he/she is doing just daily, weekly and etc tabs.
This job is not about just clicking on tabs and playing games, you got to have people surrounding you and make your team work like one.

Depends but for me personal, TCredits.. you can buy things on TripleClicks,can earn MRP with them,can play games,can Bid auctions,can earn Versa Points,thanks to TCredits if they are short with VP at the end of month they can but TC on TripleClicks and they can gain some VP and become EA or EA2 and etc... but do that after you see that they really want to do this job,and of course they should earn TC and you should not always giving them yours :)

Now you must stay in EA2, you must earn 1500vp to become Bronze team lider,do EVERY day daily tabs and do the Weekly tabs,Share your blog on Facebook,Twitter,Google + etc...
Explain people that this is job of future and that they can do this job for the rest of theirs life, do not share everything about this job on your blog or however you expand your SFI web ...

First of all,if you are at the beginning you should start just sharing your blog or website,it's better to have people that really want to do this job and that you can have answer immediately(Positive or Negative ) ,after some time,if you see that you do not have so many people that you wanted to have,then you can think about buying PSAs... But,keep in mind that even if you buy PSAs, doesn't mean that they are online,want to work,or theirs last log in was a year before...

I think Pay Pal... but you can activate Standing Order and you can cancel it,too..so you can choose what you want,but keep in mind that it's better to have some money from other job,at the beginning of SFI because you will need some other card for buying TC example.. Keep in mind all the options ..
SFI have free training and you can register total free but just like in every job you got to have some investing in your career.
