Your business will grow faster if you can make it a team effort rather than one person working alone.

However, some family members may not be in support of your efforts from day 1. They may be skeptical about your involvement in an on-line business. Give them time, and make sure you tell them about your successes.

The best way to get them actively involved is to ask them to do something they are good at. You may need to offer a fixed payment at first. Then tell them about

I will give you an example of a couple of things my wife has helped me with since I became a member of SFI.

1- As I submit advertisements on the social media platforms, whether it be for TC products, SFI or my websites. My wife has helped me out by liking the posts that I enter to help keep them up to the front of the pack.

2- I have made flyers for individuals to enter their email addresses if they are interested in learning about our TripleClicks store. My wife has taken

The term ‘business partner' can have a wide range of meanings, with one of the most frequent being a person who, along with another person, plays a significant role in owning, managing, or creating a company.

The term is also frequently used for two businesses that cooperate, to any degree.

You will want to review what skills your family members have that can be leveraged to enhance what you have for your SFI business.

Involving your family members with your SFI business is a very healthy environment because you are collaborating with people you trust and care about.

Here are some ways you can involve your family members.

1. Let them understand why you are doing SFI and the reasons why you want to involve them with the business. Briefly tell them that now on its 17th year in the business, SFI is by many measures the best home-based online global business that has evolved on the net. SFI is

1. President - someone who will oversee every member of the company to ensure that their time, gifts, and assignments maximize profits for the good of the business.

2. Vice-President - someone who reports directly to the President as it relates to particular area of expertise. For example, the Vice-President of Marketing would oversee

Personally, my family members help me out with the daily tasks at SFI to free me up for other chores.
Here's how I get them to help out:

1. I make available to each of my family members a laptop each with internet connection cards to enable them to get to work.
2. I give them several 'watch-over-the-shoulder' practice runs until I know they're doing the right thing.
3. I co-ordinate working hours or time-shifts for them to ensure each has a fair working time thats convenient

I think a good way is to tell your family about your activity, not only once but all the time when you have a relaxation moment, when you drink coffee together, when you chat while you watch TV or when you have lunch or dinner together. Believe me they will feel your enthusiasm as you speak about your own business and how good it is not to have a boss, about all the nice things you sell and you can buy from the online store which a successful one because other people already took care of it.

Family members play a vital role if they are your partners in business. They have a very long list of contacts through business and other ventures that they may be involved in so their list of prospective affiliates is a never ending one.

It is amazing how one member of your family may link up with a friend who knows another friend and this positive chain of contacts is there for you to explore and exploit.

The other extremely useful participation in your business comes

It is great if a family can work together and build a business together.

According to SFI rules you can not sign up a family member that lives in the same house as you - like your wife for example but there is nothing stopping you from signing up your family members that does not live with you - like your siblings and cousins and even grown up children.

I believe you are in a partnership with your team - up and down line. You need your upline to teach and guide you
