Great question! I particularly like this question because I used to belong to SFI with my mother many years ago and we used to work as partners (which was so nice!). What we did was play to each other's strengths. Since she had more time (being retired) she would do some of the marketing things such as mailing postcards, ad writing, following up with our downline. I would create a strategy, marketing tools, and handled the many of the more technical components of the business.

I believe in answer to your question the key is to play to each person's strength. So in this day and age if a family member has a knack for YouTube that could be an avenue for advertising that one person owns versus another owning solo ad marketing while another owning FB advertising. I believe that follow-up should come from the actual sponsor so that would remain with you.

This is just an idea of how tasks could be divided ... the key is to play to the strengths of whoever is partnering with you.

Some ways depend upon the following:
1. Your relationship with your family.
2. Their trust and closeness to them.
3. Your attitude to the business. When you talk to them about SFI, what do they see? Is it appealing or repelling?
4. Your success story.
5. Your earning power, impact
6. Family responsibilities.
I outlined this to you because those are the foundations that you will need to make your family as your partners.
If you don't have a good relationship with your family members, no one will trust and thus will not support.
What of your attitude to them? Are you aggressive or supportive as well? All these counts because we are talking of family here.
Do you show support at home and do you earn well enough to make your impact felt? Do you embrace your family responsibilities and do them? If you abandon these responsibilities, no one will want to partner with you talkless of investing. To them, it is an act of irresponsibility
Lastly, your success story and change of standard of living is a great influence.
Do all these and your family members will love to be your business partners.

Hi when you asked this question 1st thing it came to my mind was SFI is one of the best place to do business with our family members involved,,,as you considered not as affiliates but as a partners..
but when it comes to SFI rules some one has to be a affiliate to do business,if they not real partners in SFI head office(because SFI is a family business)...but once you are affiliate you can start a ECA store and ask your family members to help on that as partners (but they do not have to be a affilate to sfi to get partnership with your ECA store...
they can
promote your ECA store
make sales for your eca store.
buy items from it
expand it globe,,etc

so that way they are partners of your sfi business and you guys can share what ever the profits you make according to work they put into your ECA family business

Well, if your family just wants to help you out with your SFI business but don't want to become affiliates themselves, there are three main options:

1) Become customers: TripleClicks is a great place to shop, and they can always buy things they need there, and earn you commissions in the process.

2) Join Wave3: Once they're already customers, they can spread the word about TripleClicks that way.

3) Social networking: When your friends and family like and share your links through their network, your reach and influence can expand dramatically

Thank you for asking this question because it is one that I have been pondering for awhile. I joined SFI because of the advice of my father who is also my sponsor. I have learned a lot since I joined in 2012 but neither my father nor I have yet been to convince more family members to join SFI.
My husband and I share our bank account so he sees the expenses that come out of our account and the money that is deposited into it. He also sees the work that I do and he has become more interested as the money increased. He has owned his own business since we married 42 years ago so he is experienced and able to offer valuable advice when I need it.
I am slowly gaining interest from some family members as I discuss the games and the auctions with them. I also share the milestones that I reach such as my my top author votes and the fact that several times I have made it into the top 10 with my answers. I show them my badges and explain the reasons why they are awarded. I realized that they will only take my SFI business seriously if I take it seriously and I do. It is not a hobby or just something to fill my time. It is an important part of my life.

If you want to involve your family members with your SFI business as partners, the first thing you should do is earn their trust in what you are doing.

You can do this only by demonstrating:

1. How you work every day?
2. How much time you spend?
3. What's your performance?
4. How much you spend to develop your business?
5. What's your achievement?
6. What sort of team you have?
7. What's their success rate?
8. How much you are earning?
9. What's your goal for the future?
10. What's the time frame to achieve it?

If you have a clear answer to each of these questions with concrete action plan, they will be impressed and they will be convinced that you are on the right track in fulfilling family's dreams and long term requirements.

Naturally, they will have full confidence & trust in you.

Once this is ensured, you can involve them in:

1. Spreading words of mouth about SFI & TripleClicks with friends/relatives & family members;
2. Bringing prospects for dialog;
3. Identifying potential Traders in your local region who can be contacted for ECA referrals;
4. Demonstrating TripleClicks products (that you bought for your family) to others;
5. Sending E-mails on your behalf;
6. Visiting places where huge gatherings take place, to hand over flyers;
7. Identifying free advertisement sites & placing ads;
8. Fixing appointments with Professional colleges for SFI/TC related presentations;
9. Organizing small gatherings outside;
10. Organizing small group meetings for your housing complex residents/friends;
11. If you have retired people within your family, they can be guided to contact their former
colleagues;

Conclusion:

Like these, every one in the family, depending upon their status whether student/housewife/
retired person/employed can, subject to their willingness, be involved in appropriate SFI
/TripleClicks related works. You should not exert any pressure on them. They should do on their own volition. This is possible only when you earn their trust in what you are doing.

I think there many ways to involve family members
First a family member business always grows because every one will struggle to make sure they do not let them self down

Working with family by involving them ,gives you chance to discuss with them when you are stuck or worries ,two heads is better than one. Families will help in advertising to their friends ,for PSAS

My daughter helps when am stock ,sometimes I read out what am writing then helps to correct my way of writing ,when she is around
As an old lady I sometimes asked her about TripleClicks show her the picture then she will say mum buy this and explain the use to me ,one day I was answering the question s I almost finish then all wipes away ,she helps me to retrieve it.

Families can help in follow or approach the ECAs in your around as well.
If your families do not welcome your business it can be a bit difficult ,they must understand so that when you just sitting working the disractions will be limit,known that is your business you are doing.

This is excellent question. As we all know, we can't sponsor family member from same address. But all your family members can be involved in this business. All of us got 24 hour day. We got our offline jobs, kids, house. But if you involve your life partner in this job, result will be see soon. As example, one of family member can do daily tasks, but in same time another do promotion. Communication with members can be much faster, if you are in the rush, your family member can do this part of our job. Everyone can do things which are better to him, and on that way your business can grow much faster. I am happy to say that my husband do all of this things I wrote and this way we are together in this excellent business. We learn together all things, talk about strategy and communication with team. And those are just some of things you can share with your family members. Main thing is be together and have same dreams.

I would ask them to place my stickers on my $12 Gift Cards and stamp
the other business cards.

Best to not mention your biz at all if they get turned off.But as you see
those folks more often, the ones that get exposed to SFI will ask you
about your business.

Remember you are looking for your best 5, not 5 dependents.You need
folks who are excited about the biz as you are so you can work together.
