The CSA Exchange is a newly and timely introduced Co-sponsoring tool that provides a better match with our CSAs. It takes away language and culture barriers as well as obstacles relating to time zones. All the affiliates we get from the CSA Exchange speak our own language, have the same sensibilities and work their SFI businesses at the same time of the day we also are online.

Thus, all communication barriers have been removed. The sponsoring tools we use for our PSAs and other team members

A new program has been started with SFI it is called, CSA (Co-Sponsored Affiliate) Exchange. You can read about it here: https://www.sfimg.com/Support/Solution?id=211449&referrer=search

The inactive affiliates from different countries other than yours are exchanged with affiliates from your country. This will make it easier for communications to take place between co-sponsor and affiliate. Because of this many of the once inactive affiliates become interested in

Hi Gilbert,

SFI has published a solutions page about the CSA Exchange here:
What is the CSA Exchange? How does it work?
https://www.sfimg.com/Support/Solution?id=211449

There are a few FAQs in there which address your question directly so I´ll pull them out for you:

Q: Will exchanged CSAs know they’ve been assigned a new co-sponsor?
Yes, immediately upon reassignment, we send each person an e-mail letting them know they have a new co-sponsor from

Thanks for this question.

The purpose of introducing CSA Exchange program was to increase activities in CSAs due to better communications and compatibility in regards to Language, Culture, etc.

You can feel free to work directly with all your CSAs. This is one of the best ways to get your CSAs actively engaged and grow your business.

Immediately upon reassignment, SFI sends each person an e-mail letting them know they have a new co-sponsor from their own country.

The first move is certainly to welcome them to your team and you may even do so writing in the language that you share.

From what I have noticed most CSAs in the exchange pool have been at SFI for a while and most of them are inactive. There are of course many reasons why affiliates are inactive but if it were due to language and cultural barriers, then this would be a great opportunity for you to help them rejuvenate their SFI business. Just chat with them in friendly

Start with a welcome to my team message or e card. Getting the attention and engaging CSA's can be approached in so many ways. I would think if a person joined SFI, they joined for a reason. Their reason for joining SFI would be what I would use to get their attention and engage them. As I build a relationship with them, I would introduce them to other areas of SFI which might interest them.

Best of Wishes

1. The first advantage of having CSAs from your own country is that you usually speak their language (not always) and not everybody is that good at English. So approach them in your own language and try to help explaining how things work. It may be more important than you think.

2. The second advantage is that you can offer to meet them personally to help them get started (again, not always, it depends on location). They might even turn out to also be prospective ECAs.

3.

Great question.

It all depends on your budget

1. Telephone call
2. Email message
3. Face to face.

Each of these suggestions have their pro's and con's. But it all depends on you and how much you really want to build your business.

Honestly the more you approach this challenge but with positive attitude you can succeed to great heights.

Wishing you all the best.

It's very important to take care and explain what i will do whit them.
You must have a positif action plan and let them know that we will look, talk, to make sure that they will understand.
Keep it simple.
They must repeat to you what you have say step by step.

We must take the time to explain what we want, where we want to go.

We must never live them without answer. The feed back will be very important.

the team work, some e-card, feed back from the

I am interested in this question and i will have to answer you directly from the life experience i have passed through.

You have to congratulate the new CSAs from your country,
You have to introduce yourself to them as the new Co-Sponsor, and
You need to start guiding them from scratch, showing them how to become success in SFI and most of the things ( to do and not to do) to be able to succeed in SFI.

Make out time weekly to send them weekly success tips letter.
